When we checked into this hotel we were pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the room. It was only after we had settled in we noticed a few issues. As others have said, the TV was in an awkward position and difficult to watch from the bed; not a major issue, but one of those small touches you'd expect to have been thought out a little better. The […] biggest issue with the room was the bathroom, the extractor didn't work so the bathroom always felt damp, the toilet wouldn't flush at times and the shower was very noisy. (Not just for us, as we could tell when others were showering because the noise travelled) The facilities are excellent, and we made good use of the leisure centre: A definite plus point for the hotel. The location is excellent and only 2 minutes from a couple of Inverness' best restaurants, and 5 minutes from the better bars in town. Unfortunately, the area (And occupants in the room above, talk about leaden feet!!!!!) gets quite noisy when the bars close and everyone heads home or back to other local hotels. Overall, the hotel has many more plus points going for it than minus points and we would stay there again if we visit Inverness, but will insist on a top floor room!! 더 보기

good hotel apart from the tv not work well

- bathroom smell horrible - small room - TV was situated in the wrong corner of room, difficult to watch - doors did not close well, noise from hall - the alarm went of a few times, in the middle of the night!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel.Would highly recommend it

Comfortable but a little noisy in the room. Clean and well maintained. A good and varied breakfast. Everyone very helpful. Checkin and check out very quick and well organised.

Don't book this hotel - EVER.

Very enjoyable stay. Room comfortable with usual amenities. Car parking limited in hotel car park but on street parking plus car park close by. Excellent pool with reasonable gymn facility. Lovely hotel, ideal for touring highlands. Room very spacious overlooking river. Would definitly recommend it.

We looked forward to staying here, it says Palace so it should feel like one. Instead it was a cheap hotel. The beds feel like they were once used in a hostel for 20 years before put in our room. The lights outside shown through curtains, the door did not fit the opening and we had light coming in all around it. There was constant noise from above, […] below and outside our room. They have an extremely small parking lot, the additional parking was about 2 blocks away at a church. They supposedly had valet parking but there was no evidence of that other than the parking lot having valet spray painted on 3 parking spaces. We would not recommend this hotel for anyone. 더 보기

Rummen är oerhört lyhörda. Man hör allt som grannen säger. Överallt är det ljud som surrar, brummar, tickar och låter - hela natten! Sängarna är som en hängmatta och mycket obekväma. Vi valde hotellet eftersom det hade Internet, vi skulle jobba under vår vistelse. Men datasystemet fungerade inte. Mitt ressällskap startade om hela systemet för hotellet […] och fick en öl som tack. Nästa dag var det dock nere igen. Vi ville stanna ytterligare en natt p g a ändrade planer, men receptionisten kunde inte ge oss något pris. Hon kunde inte se priset i datorn, förklarade hon. (Så vi struntade i det) Flera av personalen verkar mer eller mindre ointresserade av gästerna. Behöver definitivt någon form av charmkurs. Jättebra läge - men skulle aldrig bo där igen.
