The room was quite satisfactory except for two items: 1- Lavatory was very, very slow in draining 2- Noise level from adjacent room was not acceptable. We could hear commode flushes and shower noise.

Hotel was very good, I was surprized and disappointed that breakfast was not included.

Wonderful stop on our journey! Great room, staff, and breakfast.

We were just passing through town and I was very happy we booked this hotel. Staff was great, room was nice... shower was AWESOME with a dual showerhead.

A great hotel in Gastonia, just off the I-85 expressway and easy to get to. Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. Would definitely stay there again (on business) and recommend to others. Only potential "downside" is that there's not much within walking distance, so a car is necessary.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms and pool area was clean and well maintained. I would tell any one staying this area of NC that this is a great hotel.

Our stay was a good one. It was close to resturants and the White Water Rapids center. That was our destination.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, up-to-date and very nicely decorated. The hot tub was hot, though there were few jets and the timer only went to 8 minutes. My only complaints regarding this hotel were that the breakfast was expensive (we opted for the Cracker Barrel or Waffle House, both […] next door to hotel), the pool water was murky, and there were only three towels left each day for a room booked for four people. This hotel met all of our expectations

hot tub. indoor pool. informative hotel clerk. everything was clean and new and we had the perfect stay. you'll love this hotel.

A reliable courtyard experience; however, the continental breakfast included in the hotels.com reservation was not included. The hotel wanted to charge us again for it.. They would not provide it to us without paying even after showing the hotels.com reservation receipt. We went to Cracker Barrel instead.

The overall hotel was okay, though a bit dated. The location was great and close to shopping, food, and the interstate.

Breakfast is not included in the price of the hotel. Disappointed to see this. But other than that it was a nice room, great pillows, friendly staff.

I would gladly recommend this hotel to anybody who will be visiting that are in the near future. from the time i checked in they were more than welcoming me in the hotel. the staff for breakfast was great and customer saervice that they had was awsome.

Everything as advertised. I'm a bit too cheap to pony up the dough for the breakfast, but it looked great too. Bed was comfy, everything was clean and functional, everything was great, definitely recommend to anyone.

The hotel was nice and clean. The desk was a too high to comfortably work at for a 5'6" person.

The first room we were assigned had a very noisy air Conditioning unit. We called the desk and they immediately moves us to another room.

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott was better than expected. The friendliness of the employees was impressive. When I mentioned to the employee at the front desk that I had just gotten married, she gave me and my husband a voucher for a free hot breakfast (which was delicious). I couldn't have been happier.

This hotel was clean and quiet. Very well maintained and in a pretty location. They were helpful and responsive to my needs. The rooms were nice and spacious and it was near the main roadway as well as Charlotte. I would definitely stay there again.

This was ideal for us- we were in state for the coca-cola 600 nascar race at Lowes Motor speedway (we were from NY state). We chose this hotel because it was near family in Gastonia. We did not have much free time to enjoy the pool, but the area looked great. Very clean and modern. We never attended breakfast, however, it was available. Our room was […] straigtened up daily, a job well done. It was a very quiet hotel. Bed and pillows very soft and comfortable. There was even a wedding the weekend we were there. Staff was great. We felt very safe and secure no matter how late we got back to our room. This hotel works along with the local police department, and there was patrol on premises/ monitoring property each night we were there. It was very convenient to stores, resturants, gas stations etc. The greatest part is right across the street is a Waffle House Resturant, that is open 24 hours a day. It was a life saver late at night. We definetely will revisit this hotel when we are back in the area next year. 더 보기
