We booked a non-smoking room but you can smell the smoke as soon as you open the room door.

Not close to anything except airport

For the handicap always de Hotel bus has take it and the driver does not caree about the handicap people. In Front Desk we ask about it an Don't care Too. Room Realy Dirk and Smell Bad. Complete Bad Experience

Basic but clean and near the airport. Parking small and feel unsecured in the back of the hotel

Adequate for 1 night. Hotel dark and generally cold (finally got room warm). Not comfortable in leaving room. Not a good area.

I was pleasantly suprised at the condition of my room for the price! I arrived late and left early so unable to comment on the neighborhood or location, but was greeted by a friendly, professional desk clerk. The airport shuttle was on time and efficient.

The hotel was clean and very convenient to JFK. But: the "fitness center" consisted of 3 machines- one of which was broken. They should not be allowed to list this as an ammenity. Also, we did not recieve the wake up call that we requested. We made to the airport-no showers and had to drive ourselves since we missed the shuttle.

Not clean, not updated, somewhat skanky. We were looking for a handicap accessible room. "Handicap accessible" in their minds was different than in mine. Room did not include high rise toilet (a basic accessible feature), roll-in shower drained into the main part of the bathroom, resulting wet bathroom floor tile was unbelievably slippery. the floor i was on reaked of maijauna the room was ice cold took 1 hour to warm up i called the front desk and was told by the receptionist ""what do you want me to do"" the bathroom was ice cold the whole night as if i was standing outside there was loud noise and fighting outside my room and when i went downstairs to complain i saw prostitues in the […] lobby 더 보기

There was very little heat in the room even in January. I turned the air conditioning/heating unit on full and it gave out a very small wisp of warm air. The room was very cold! But it was clean and the staff were nice! They just need to provide more heat - especially in the winter!

I stayed here for an early morning connecting flight from JFK airport. It's a really convenient location for getting to the airport and their free shuttle bus service is a quick and easy way to get between airport and hotel. Friendly staff and the room is fine. Overpriced for what you get. Exercise room an absolute joke. One broken elliptical machine, and one treadmill does not an exercise room make.

Service was ok constant strong scent of marijuana in hallway throughout my stay where was the Manager? much too noisy at night front desk needs to be better aware of it especially at night. morning front desk clerk always seems to be extremely rude. why is that???

the hotel was fine. Just the noise coming from the heating unit was a bit loud and it would'nt adjust properly. You could.nt get the room comfortable , either it was to cold or to hot. i think they could do better with a hand adjust temperature setting.

this was a very convenient location and a very simple, low-keyed accommodation. the room was very compact and relatively clean. shuttle service was efficient and cheerful. they accommodated a 45 minute delay in check-out. the neighborhood was not conducive for looking for a restaurant for dinner if you are without a car. rate was appropriate.

the service was great the cleanliness of your room was perfect but the only complain so far I had is that u have to take a bus for 30 min aprox to the closes subway station and then take the e train like a 1hr to the city but besides that great experience really quiet place.

Staff was somewhat helpful and the ladies that cleaned the room did a wonderful job. If this is your time in New York this is not the hotel to stay at to far from the Main Attractions.

Breakfast is free but the same as everyday. They are not offering scrambled eggs or boiled eggs... It is near the JFK airport but far from the downtown. The front desk is not that much helpful. The hotel is charging for local calls.

Convenient if you need to get an early flight from JFK. Bus Q6 from Jamaica goes right to it, and there's a shuttle to the airport twice an hour.

I went to there at night and all staffs are sociable. However, the room is a little bit is small and not quite new. But for me, this is acceptable. The traffic is good, outside the inn, there is a bus stop which the bus goes to Jamaica subway. I can change the E train to New York City. Near the inn, there is a burger king and Chinese restaurant, so […] even I came late, I still can have some food. The breakfast is rich, they provides bread, donuts, cake, self-made waffle, milk, coffee, tea, apple, etc. The choices are far more than other inn. 더 보기

Employees and especially the shuttle driver seem not to like guests since that means work. Just tip can motivate them at least a bit. The shuttle service to the airport is a nightmare since bad organized and the driver not motivated and imprudent. I will not book this hotel again.

Close to Airport. 10 minutes away. Free shuttle service. If you need a place to stay the night while waiting for connecting flights, this beats sleeping in the airport seats. Older hotel, but less expensive than most. Don't expect much. It's very basic. A Burger King is on the corner if you need to grab a quick bite before bed. The quality of service provided during my stay at the hotel was very good, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming, the room was vclean and the hotel convenience to public transport is good as well Also, the surrounding neighbourhood is calm and peaceful

Luckily I only had to use for a few hours between intercontinental flights. My room was street level and needless to say, view was awful and the neighborhood seem quite unsafe. Noisy outside and inside(you can listen to everyone's conversations in the hall); quite dirty as well (wouldn't hurt to invest in buying bleach and a powerful vacuum cleaner) […] . breakfast the first am was rough--way too many of us in the room and way too llittle food--kudos to the female staff responsible for cleaning the room for letting us eat atfter 10A which is end of mealtime other than that, can't complain-free parking (albeit small amount but no problem for us)-on the bus line, next door to 24 hr. drive thru burger […] king, etc 더 보기

I got to JFK and called the lady said 15 min an hour later, I called back only then was I told to take the Air train to Federal Circle after another 20 min got to the hotel. Checked in and set my alarm for 4:30am. Mind you they gave me a room that you could here people talking by the front door. Also a lot of noise in the hall. Stayed 6 nights. Staff polite, helpful & friendly. Good room - great having small fridge. Some surfaces and corners a bit dusty! Airport pick-up/drop-off a big plus influencing my selecting this hotel - long wait, seems I’d just missed a pick-up. Metro public bus stops nearby for services to subway for downtown ~75-90mins to get downtown. Arrived a […] bit earlier than normal check-in of 3pm so room had just been finished – door was still open. Wasn’t happy with lower floor & no bath tub (disable access wheel-in shower room?) so requested and was immediately given room change. Self service breakfast between 6-10am, fair selection and ample amounts as staff continuously top up supplies right up until 10a.m.. Nice ‘n’ easy make-your-own-waffles set-up – help from staff & fellow guests on hand – gave a demo myself! Good room wi-fi connectivity. Tiny gym: 1 of 3 items was broken – only used treadmill anyway, around 7a.m., no-one else so no waiting. Met with a wide range of really interesting people at the hotel and in the neighbourhood: splendid Sunday afternoon semi-finals cricket match going on in nearby park. 더 보기

all good friendly helpful service good breakfast,room and access to transport

I usually stay at The Holiday Inn Express on the S Conduit, but the price was more reasonable for our 3 night stay. This was an all girls trip to celebrate my girlfriends b-day. We booked 2 rooms and called a couple days before to request that the rooms were near each other. The hotel accommodated this request. We were even lucky enough to check-in […] early which was convenient. The continental breakfast was satisfying, especially the waffles which is a nice touch. The only downfall in one of the rooms was the constant smell of a wet dog/kitty litter. We used Febreeze to rid of the odor. There were no odor issues in the other room. We selected this location because of convenience (although we had a vehicle to drive around the city). I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would surely recommend it to a friend. 더 보기

Nicely renovated room with newly tiled bath. Good breakfast with hot waffles, bagles and toast; coffee,tea and hot chocolate available. Excellent location near JFK airport and Belt Parkway (easy connection to Veranzo Narrows Bridge). It has limited off-street parking available.

Was confirmed for a non-smoking king room and upon check-in was given a room with two double beds that stunk like cigarettes. Tried to change rooms but was told the hotel was booked. What a joke! I do not recommend this dirty hotel.

To be fair, the staff was great at this hotel and the room was clean, but the good part of this review ends there. The room was also very small. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Didn't feel the neighborhood was safe, didn't have access to good transportation to the city nor would I venture out to find any transportation. Stuck in New York […] with my 16-year old daughter for the durtation of Hurricane Irene, I wasn't going many places anyway, but I want to feel safe. This location did not do it for me and I ended up going to New Jersey, for the same price, to wait out the storm in a much nicer room and environment. Due to as high number of stranded people at JFK, myself being one of the masses, the hotel was very busy. Only 1 person at the desk. The phone would ring and ring but was not being answered. My room was overbooked and they did not have another room at my price level. They would not rent an available higher priced room to me at my quoted price even though […] it was past midnight. had to wait 1.5 hours for shuttle service to arrive. phone communication bad. dont expect help from reception

I booked a non-smoking room but did not realized that the floor which the room was on was actually smoking until we got there. My room was the first after the smoking section which made it so much worst. The entire floor stunk of smoke and the bathrooms had a really nasty scent. There was very limited parking, some nights we had to park on Rockaway […] blvd because there were no spaces left. On the plus side the rooms were decently kept and the staff were nice. 더 보기

Hotel lousy, lousy maintenance, ugly neighborhood location, not enough parking, cars are on the streets, smelly, war seems shelter. Hotel malísimo, pésimo mantenimiento, ubicación en barrio muy feo, sin estacionamiento suficiente, autos quedan en la calle, apestoso, parece albergue de guerra.
