Hotel staff was, exceptionally friendly and remembered guest names and requests were attended to, almost immediately. Location was convenient and hotel was modern-chic...very nice!

Fairly priced 4 star hotel. Breakfasst wasn't of a 4* standard. WiFi is available at a cost of €10 for 24hrs! Which we got only to discover the hotels internet was not working...this caused an argument upon check out, however eventually it was deducted from the bill. Bar staff were FANTASIC - I can't praise them enough. Comfortable stay, rooms are small, […] but you are only 150mtrs to the main train station, so you can spend your days sightseeing this beautiful city! 더 보기

The staff was very helpful but the hotel is TIRED. Moved the bed and found quite a bit of dust. Carpeting had an odor and ten euros for breakfast was a bit much.

Very contemporary hotel and comfortable double bed, nice size bathroom. A few TV channels in English. Very nice breakfast and happy hour in the bar is a great deal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to train station.

Helpful staff makes the biggest difference. While some did not understand English, those who did helped us communicate to the others and they went out of their way to provide for our needs. Breakfast was elaborate and the accommodations were nice, simple and neat. Good price and okay location. The hotel is extremely close to the train station and walking distance to the Colesium, and other sites. Each of the hotels floors that I was on had a different style. First room I stayed in was very comtemporary and the AC worked well. Nice breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Also, was a relatively good price to value.

Amazing staff, great location- close to train/bus station (2min walk) and within 30mins walk to the collesseum and other touristy places. WOuld sooo stay here again!

Great location within walking distance of Rome Termini, but not worth the price. Welcoming and helpful staff. However, the rooms are like dungeons -- windows open on dark alleys, so no natural light. Spartan bathroom with moldy shower. Paper thin walls and doors so that you hear everything going on in the hallway. No room control over the heat, so the […] room was like a sauna. I get sorry for selection this hotel.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is in the middle of a business district that is very noisy. The room was probablly 50sq ft and for the price completly not worth it. On this trip I stayed in 7 Hotels and relied on the ratings of Hotels.com to be accurate and this hotel did not meet the same criteria as the other six 4 star hotels that I stayed in. Single room in this 4-star hotel should be rated as 1-star. Most of the appliances were broken and room itself was of a size of walk-in closet. On the other side - double room was pretty nice - with pictures on the walls and the bathroom sized as single room. I wasn't happy with hotel staff. Service was mediocre and formal. My partner and i stayed here for 4 nights in September and were extremely dissapointed. We booked a doublebed room and we received a room with two seperate single beds. When we asked reception if we could get a double bed, they advised that there is only one room in the whole hotel with a double bed, the best they could do was push the two single beds […] together. The room itself was uncompfortable and freezing, the Air cond was constantly on ( not able to turn off) i found it hard to sleep as it was freezing cold through the night and they were not enough blankets. The bathroom was small and spelt like urine. Our stay here was most unpleasant and for the price we paid we expected much better. I would NOT reccomend this hotel to anyone. 더 보기

My partner and i stayed here last month for 4 nights and i am sad to say it was extremely disappointing. For a "four star" hotel we definately did not get what we paid for. We booked a double room with Double bed and what we got was to seperate single beds. We asked if we could get a room with a double and we were told that there is only one room in […] the whole hotel which had a doble bed and it was unavailable.(talk about false advertising). The beds were uncompfortable and felt dirty, the material bed heads had stains on them and we found stray hairs in the sheets (not ours). To make matters worse, the room was freezing. The Air conditioning was constantly on (we were not able to turn it off)and the only blankets available were old worn out smelly blankets stored in the wardrobe. This would have to be one of the most unpleasant hotels i have ever stayed in. The photos on the website are no where near what the actuall rooms are like. Extremely dissapointed and would NOT reccomend this hotel to anyone. 더 보기

Well I will just like to say I know european hotels are smaller, but my bed was really small and the room as well was very small. I did like the service at the front desk, the room was very clean and with air condition. The hotel was in a great location, right next to the train station. overall I had a pleasant stay and will stay there again.

We had two different rooms on two different nights and experienced two different bathrooms. One had the blow dryer plugged in over the tub. The tub was very high and hard to climb into. The shower head went as high as my chest. The next night we asked for a handicap room and there was a shower in the corner with just a drain in the floor. Water ran […] over the entire floor. We put towels down to soak up the water. This was the weirdest thing I've ever experienced. The windows opened up onto a common courtyard and we could hear an Italian male yelling very loudly to someone in his apartment. For a 4 star hotel this was not good. We stayed in a 3 star on our first night in room, we had a very spacious room and bathroom but decided to stay in a 4 star for our last two nights. When we walked into the room the porter had to lift our suitcases over a mini-fridge in order to place it on the luggage rack - it was that small! Both of us could […] not walk in any one part of the room at the same time - it was that small! We requested a double, it was just two mattresses pushed together with a double sheet - the mattresses kept forming a gap in the middle every time we moved. The bathroom was the most ridiculously sized bathroom I've ever seen. The shower door was off it's hinge at the bottom so was swinging in when the door was open, the handle of the door and the dial for the water temperature were both broken. The toilet bowl was partly under the sink - not at all comfortable!!! If we were any bigger we most certainly would not have been able to use the toilet. Definately would not stay here again & would not recommend - just for the rooms alone. Old curtains, (material) headboard and bed spread -not at all appealing. The decor of the hotel was really trendy/cool (which they advertise on their websites) but rooms do not match this, you would think you were in a different hotel. Breakfast was very good though I must say. There doesn't seem to be any proper system for hotel ratings, can't believe this is what we got for more money than the lovely 3* we stayed in. 더 보기

When we arrived at the hotel we were surprised because the lobby was very modern, clean and colorful. We thought we were in for a very nice stay, until we got upstairs to our room. There was construction going on in the hallways so perhaps they are remodeling, but the guest rooms were very old and moldy. Bra frukost om man nöjer sig med sockerkaka och vitt bröd.hotellet ligger bra till gång avstånd till det mesta . Utsikten suger den absolut sämsta jag någonsin haft och enormt lyhört . Trevlig personal

Rummet vi fick var inte större än en skokartong, fick gå på sidan mellan sängen och tv för att komma åt badrummet, sängarna var stenhårda och man hörde hur barn skrek i andra rum osv. Utsikten vi fick var till en husbyggnad 2 m ifrån vårat badrums fönster, såg himlen och man vred huvudet i 90 grader. Jätte trevlig och bra frukostbuffe, mkt trevlig personal […] i receptionen som svarade på alla frågor och var allmänt hjälpsamma. Området hade vi heller inga problem med, liv och rörelse i en mysig kulturell anda, nära till tågstationen var ett MKT stort plus. 더 보기

Lätt att hitta hit, mycket nära till Terministationen (parallellgata) där flygplatsbussarna stannar (motsatt sida på stationen från hotellet sett) och där taxi, stadsbussar och tunnelbana finns i anslutning till stationen. Hotellet har en fin entré, trevlig lounge/bar, mycket trevligt bemötande av personalen, hjälpsamma och inga problem att förvara […] bagaget vare sig före incheckning såväl som efter utcheckning. Frukostbuffén exemplarisk!!! Långt ifrån den frukost man är van vid på hotell i Italien. Rummen typisk italienska - rätt små men tillräckliga (vi var två vuxna och en vuxen tonåring). Enkelt inredda. Rent och städat. Vi hade fönster mot innerutrymme/"innergård" typ (brandtrappa) men vem ska hänga på rummet för utsiktens skull? Vi stördes inte av någon trafik eller flyg eller människors röster under natten och vi hade ändå fönstret öppet - kändes lite nödvändigt då det är rätt varmt på rummet - AC saknades så vitt vi såg, men det gjorde inget... Området ser slitet ut längre ned längs gatan men inget problem med att vara ute sent - vi möttes inte av några som helst otrevligheter någonstans. Hotellet ligger i anslutning till en huvudgatan ned mot sevärdheterna (ex. Santa Maria Maggore, Colosseum, Forum Romana) och gångavstånden är inte speciellt jobbiga. Centrala Rom med alla sevärdheter är inte överväldigande stort egentligen. Sen blir det mycket gående förstås :) Mycket att se, mycket att insupa. Rekommenderar starkt hotellet, för läget, för frukostbuffén (bra att äta ordentligt inför allt gående) och för personalens bemötande. solo la hall può far pensare ad un hotel a 4 stelle, per il resto.....la camera era sporca e piena di polevre,non funzionave sky(che invece viene pubblicizzato come servizio offerto) non funzionava l'aeratore del bagno. la finestra era provvista di una robusta "cancellata" perchè dava su un terrazzo comunicante con chissà cosa.... tutto molto deludente […] e non all'altezza del prezzo pagato 더 보기

Ok mindre hotel med små, men funktionelle værelser. Kun 100 meters gang til Termini (hovedbanegården) - og masser af små barer og cafeer i nabolaget.

Det er anden gang, vi som familie bor på Ariston, og vi er ganske tilfreds. Vi kan lide nærheden til banegård og anden transport. Alligevel er vi ikke generet af trafikstøj el.lign. Og så er hotellet i den gode ende af italienske hoteller, så vi vil bestemt vælge Ariston igen næste gang, vi skal til Rom. Hvis man ikke har helt bestemte krav, er Ariston […] absolut at anbefale. 더 보기

Riktigt bra hotell med bra läge för att upptäcka staden. Riktigt bra frukost. Åker jag tillbaka så är det Ariston som gäller. Helt klart en 10a!

Hotellet er gammelt og delvis oppusset. Korridorene er lange, mørke og labyrintaktig. Romene derimot passe stor, men man får en fengselfølselse pga mørke vegger og møbler (i tillegg til at vinduene er vendt ut mot veggen til nabohuset). Likevel er badet nytt og rommet er rent. Restauranten er bra, men serverer dårlig frokost. Fint hotell for den som […] bare er ute for en overnatting. 더 보기

Stayed there for 3 nights in May 2011. Rated as 4 stars, but in my opinion the hotel does not live up to that, however it was a nice hotel with a good bar with "happy hour" (complementary snack buffet). Kurant hotell, vi var der for å oppleve Roma, ikke oppholde oss på hotellrommet, så til det formålet var hotellet greit. Jubler ikke over gode senger , men av erfaring nedover i europa, så er det langt i mellom overnattingssteder med gode senger. Vi gikk veldig mye rundt i Roma for å få med oss mest mulig severdigheter, så etter 5 dager med mye gåing, […] ble det mer og mer plagsomt med disse harde sengene. .......men vi overlevde og hadde en hyggelig tur ! 더 보기

Hotellet ligger et stenkast fra Termini og har man traveskoene med går man snilt til alle vigtige seværdigheder. Hotellet er indrettet i kitch stil . Dejlig morgenmad var inkluderet i prisen. Small room

Rapport qualité/prix franchement faible. Par ailleurs, de l'argent a été volé ds notre chambre; certes, de la petite monnaie, mais c'est quand même désagréable. Nous sommes aussi quasi certain que notre ordinateur portable a été allumé durant notre absence. Sans accuser, nous avons été mentionner la chose au comptoir --l'hotel offrant le Wifi, certains […] clients sont susceptibles de faire des opérations bancaires sur le web-- pour se faire répondre que "nous n'avions qu'à utiliser un mot de passe"... !!! En effet, et on peut aussi ne jamais retourner à cet hotel, ce qui sera notre cas. 더 보기

Fantastiskt bra läge 200 meter från Termini-stationen. Om man vill röra sig med Metron fram och tillbaka så är detta hotellet att bo på eftersom det ligger så nära stationen Ddet finns bara en knutpunkt för Metron, eftersom det bara finns två linjer, och denna knutpunkt är Termini-stationen. Hotellet översteg förväntningarna både vad gäller storleken […] på rummen och standarden på dem. Vi hade rum för 3 personer, vilket sannolikt också används som rum för fyra personer. Vill man bo i området är detta ett mycket prisvärt altternativ. 더 보기

De entree en lobby van het hotel is uitstekend. De kamer was nettjes, maar erg simpel. en er kwam geen daglicht binnen. Er was wel een raam, maar die keek uit, op de binnenplaats met noodtrappen. Echter de locatie was goed, we hebben goed geslapen (juist ook omdat het erg donker in de kamer is). Prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.
