Nice room, micro pool, no good resteraunts within waking distance. One of the resteraunts suggested in the literature was closed for some reason. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

I stayed here for a concert downtown on new years. we had a great stay, everyone was extremely friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.

Listen folks if you need a spot close to the airport and a few good spots to eat that won't break the bank ... stay at this hotel.

We chose the hotel because of the ability to leave our car and have shuttle service to the airport for our vacation. It was great, car was safe and shuttle service was suburb!

The bed was too close to the air conditioner, which blew directly on the bed. The curtains were too long, so they either covered the air conditioner, which made the room too hot, or you had to keep them open at all times. The electrical outlet next to the bed was controlled by the switch at the room door, which also controlled the light by the door. […] I use a CPAP machine to breathe at night. If I used the CPAP, I had to plug it into the outlet by the bed, which meant that I had to leave the overhead light by the door on also. Very inconvenient. 더 보기

Hotel was not well kept. Chipped paint here - mold there. I am concerned that the whirlpool/spa was tepid - could be a breeding ground for bacteria if not kept hot enough. Also, there is not much at this interstate exit - you have to drive up the road for restaurants, etc. The local grocery charges convenience store prices. Coffee maker did not work. I […] thought the hotel would be nicer based on 3 star rating and usual cost. Front desk clerk acted like guests were an inconvenience. 더 보기

NO ROOM SERVICE - how bizarre is that for a "Business" hotel? Not happy to find that out at 9pm when we got there with no car fromthe airport.

Convenient location. Pleasant front desk staff. Clock in room was 15 slow & I almost missed the shuttle (others on shuttle had same problem). Fortunately, front desk called to check if I was coming down! Facility okay but needs some updating, cleaning and painting. Not best of neighborhoods, especially for women traveling alone. Accommodations at Wingate comparable to Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn, despite the higher price point; expected something more for the additional money.
