The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes and the shuttle service was terrific. However, having spent many nights there over the years, we believe the hotel is now starting to look "tired" and could do with a fresh coat of paint and fresh wallpaper in the rooms. One notable area behind the bar looked as though it had not been cleaned […] thoroughly, e.g. the air vents from the cold fridge under the bar as the dust was clearly visible. This is a good, clean although pricey (all Brussels airport hotels are) hotel. Breakfast is good, complimentary airport shuttle is useful (although only runs morning and evening) Nice hotel, if you're staying on business, right next to station if you want to go in to Brussels for the evening (3 stops, 15 mins)

The hotel was nice and comfortable. I would only mention bed was too firm and there was not a good range of pillows even if this was offered. Great for business visits. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great rates. Loved my stay there. The only negative was that they sometimes had no staff at the front desk that could speak English.

and relaxing area. The Hotel was very nicely decorated and imaculate. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had dinner at the Hotel restaurant and it was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will look forward to a stay there again next time we are in Brussels.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. It was clean and modern. The cafe food was good. The only issuse is that there was glass between the bed and bathroom and when someone get up to use the bathroom the light shined in the bedroom.

Great location for Brussels Airport BUT very remote for dinner, etc. There is a train station across the street and the lobby coffee shop is acceptable (as is room service) but the menu is limited. Staff was friendly and airport shuttle dependable. Neighborhood is an industrial park.

This is a comfortable, clean and convenient hotel if you've business meetings nearby the airport. If your goal is to visit the city, don't choose this hotel , as it's in the outskirts. We took a walk around and there is nothing interesting at walking distance. So plan to stay inside and enjoy the wonderful breakfast and fast internet connection.

Nice hotel, pricey, but about average for the airport hotels, breakfast is EUR20 which I thought was a bit steep. Comfy beds, clean and good service meant overall a good hotel

OK. Wish that the directions to hotel will be included in reservations papers. Hotel located in the middle of corporate park and no other establishments around. Good for the people on business trip. We had a 15 hour layover in Brussels and needed a hotel close to the airport with shuttle service and a restaurant. On check-in we were told the shuttle didn't operate Sunday morning. The restaurant had very limited offerings, but what we had was good.

Really nice place to stay. The shuttle to the airport was great...only negative was the taxi we had to take to the hotel because we arrived late. Taxi was extremely upset we were only going 4km to the hotel he was rude, crazy driver and threatened to drop us off on side of highway...

Das Hotel haben wir nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit genutzt. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück entsprach auf keinem Fall einem 4-Sterne-Haus. Wenig Auswahl, Rührei & Bacon waren kalt, Baguettebrot war bereits um 09.00h aufgebraucht und wurde icht nachgefüllt. Nachdem sich die Asiaten über das Frühstücksbufett hergemacht hatten, wurde sehr zögerlich nachgefüllt. Eierspeisen und Speck leider nur lauwarm, wenn nicht kalt. Ein Baguett ist etwas wenig für alle Gäste. Sehr positiv: Die Minibar war inclusive!

parking interieur trop cher, 12 euros alors que nous partions a 4h du matin, matelas de tres mauvaise qualite, nous n'avons pas pu dormir. Sinon rien à dire pour le reste
