Worth the drive up the hill... The 2 room suite was perfect..

We originally booked a room at ridge Pointe where we stayed before. When we got there they said they upgrded us to the tower. We were reluctant because we never stayed there before. Wow. the suite was completely remodeled with an amazing room from all views and state of the art elecronics. we didnt want to leave.

Kitchen was convenient and saved us a ton of money. My only complaint is that there was no hot water on Saturday night.

Spacious 1 bedroom hotel suite with Jacuzi right in the bedroom. Close to ski slope. Perfect for family or Romantic get away. Good value for the price.

Stayed this past weekend, walked down to Stagecoach lift in the morning, didnt have to find a spot to park in the full lot, good clean room at a great rate. I will definately be staying there on my next trip to Tahoe.

If you're going to ski Heavenly the Ridge properties are a must stay. Conveniently located above the Stagecoach chairlift the Ridge properties are a first class facility with many amenities for use when staying at any of their locations. This time we stayed at the Ridge Pointe in a single king hotel configuration with Fridge, kitchenette, toaster, coffee […] pot. This was a no view room however, modern clean and nice and warm. We called the shuttle service (arriving in a few minutes) for a ride to the main facility for breakfast, dinner and happy hour. A great place to stay when visiting South Lake Tahoe. 더 보기

Very nice had everything you needed there. If you weren't there to gamble you could of just stayed there.

Nice hotel but really out of the way. It was on the back side of Heavenly Ski resort and would not like to stay there if it snowed. Steep road up to resort. Also we stayed in a room for two people it was attached to a condo-so like a separate bedroom off full condo. Hotel room as expected for the price. Did not like people walking by and peeking into our window.

I was able to check in early and catch up on some much needed sleep in the afternoon. The room was clean and quiet. However, upon my return around 7:30 in the evening, the heat was blasting away. The room temperature was 80 degrees. There was no thermostat to control the heat. I had to turn on the fan just to breath. I should have called.

The place was nice but the room wasn't nothn like promised, actually ruined our vacation , I was told we were getnn kitchen , actual cooks stove , but instead we got a small fridge Nd microwave , we had spent lots of money buys food to cook, totally killed our trip,

Once you get there it quiet and out of the way. I likd that about it. There was road construction on State Route 207 leading to the unit which slowed us down one time. The room was OK nothing great but the price was right. We would probably stay again.

Basic hotel with smell of mold in elevators. Kids club and indoor pool were the one saving graces.

This place was a nightmare. It's supposed to be a 3 star, but I think we would have been better off at Motel 6. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and rarely there. The room was very dirty. One of the towels had crusty who-knows-what all over it. Additionally, there was no air conditioning (trust me, in Tahoe in July when it's 95 degrees, you want air conditioning), […] and you couldn't even open the windows to get fresh air because they're barred shut. The beds were horribly unconfortable. The crowning glory of it all was when my fiance and I were doing laundry the day after our stay at the Bates Motel and I noticed a pair of underwear that weren't mine in the laundry. As you can imagaine, that caused a stir. They were on the floor at this motel and he assumed they were mine. Absolute nightmare of a place. 더 보기

We enjoyed our suite very much. We had a great view, and it was quiet until morning, when the bathroom next door went into use. It was a little difficult to find, though.
