저희는 아이들 셋을 데리고 여행중이었는데, 방이 넓고 간단한 주방시설도 있고 식탁도 있어서 아이들이 참 좋아했습니다. 게다가 벽난로에 불을 지피니 참 아늑한 분위기였습니다. 위치상으로는 Fisherman's wharf와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 무료 아침식사도 맛있었습니다.

Service staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is beginning to show effects of deferred maintenance.

The hotel was great. We had no complaints. The room was large. The bed was very comfortable. There was no smoking on the premise, not even on the balcony. We had to go out to the sidewalk to smoke. Just barely enough effort. A few things in the room didn't work. Worth the price if you get a deal as I did. I would stay again just because of the location. Felt like I was bothering the staff, the little contact I had.

The hotel was nice, but not as close to Cannery Row as we had hoped it would be. Also, we had to pay $20.00 additional for parking at the hotel.

I recently took my two girls (ages 12 and 15) along with my mom and sister for a girls trip to the Hotel Pacific. We all shared a room and it was quite cozy! We loved the seating area and fireplace. I would definitely go back.

All rooms are suites with sitting areas and great for families. Fishermans warf is only a 5 minute walk away as well as downtown with lots of choices for restaurants. Good place to stay.

We did not get the room we requested and asked for another location. Front desk receptionist was not friendly and focused on our needs. Afternoon tea is a big disappointment- very little. Hotel used to have wine and cheese. Breakfast here is much too light . Hotel needs to focus on cutomers and local competitor hotels that offer more amenities.

We had a great time! Wonderful hotel for families. Big rooms and very very clean! We will def go back!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful time staying at the Hotel Pacific. Everything was perfect. The room was fantastic - we want to replicate the bathroom one day in our own home. Fireplace in the room, personal patio, and walking distance to downtown restaurants. Perfect!

We found what we were looking for - the beds are the best! The room was clean, service was great, staff is friendly; hotel is centrally located! Would highly recommend!

The hotel was very relaxed and felt like a Bed and Breakfast. The room was clean and maid service was great. The sink was stopped up when we first arrived, however the maid obviously reported it and got maintenance in to fix it without any activity required on our part, so it was not an issue. Continental breakfast was adequate. The coffee maker in […] our room took 20 minutes to make 2 cups, which was reported on check out, and I would assume has been fixed by now. The breakfast service didn't begin until 7 AM so for an early riser, caffine addict, lack of prompt in room coffee, or available coffee in the lobby or somewhere, made it less tahn ideal. I would stay here again. I don't think you could be any closer to Fisherman's wharf. It was a much longer walk to Cannery Row than we had remembered, so we would up driving and parking. The $19 per day parking fee at the hotel seemed excessive, but it is California. 더 보기

This hotel provided a nice and comfortable stay. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to enjoy. We loved the space and fireplace in our room. It was particularly nice on a cold and rainy night. It also had a lot of amenities, including robes, although most were basic it was still better than nothing. This hotel is very conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf and the pedestrian walkway to Cannery Row. The continental breakfast was good with a selection of cereals, toast and bagels, juices, fresh pineapple and coffee cake. There was an afternoon snack available, but we didn't check it out. We enjoyed the fireplace and the room was cozy and nicely […] decorated. It was clean and neat. The overall look of the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were helpful. Sometimes it is the little things that separate a great stay from a good stay at a nicer hotel. The cost of parking was unreasonable. It just seemed like a cheap shot. The staff was surprisingly uninformed about alternatives other than the 2-hour parking on the street. The maid service knocked on our door at 9 AM--a little early. The weatherstripping was falling away from the door sill. The hair dryer was very small and smelled like it was burning so I quit using it. The table in the dining area was dirty because staff doesn't monitor the room very well. The staff person changing the yogurt bumped me a little in her haste to change the bowl out. A small microwave in the room would have been a welcomed addition. (We could have gone to the dining room for access to a microwave.) It was rainy and I was told that there was an umbrella in the room for an extra cost. There wasn't one. These are little things. My guess is that the hotel is making good choices in cutting costs while keeping the essentials--a good breakfast, clean accommodations, helpful staff and pleasant environment. 더 보기

Good in room snacks, timely tea/coffee hour, fantastic breakfast, cozy space in front of the fire for chilly evenings or cool mornings, great bed, and of course, convenient location. Definitely coming back!

First trip to Monterey with our 95 pound German Shepherd! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Monterey as it is close to several tourist spots.

Couldn't wait to book Hotel Pacific for our annual stay and visit to the Dixieland Jazz festival across the street at the convention center. Everything was perfect. We love the hotel fr its location, style, breakfast, lovely rooms. We absolutely loved our room. The layout was sooo cozy. It felt like home. We even joked about staying another day or too just to have the room longer. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 all around is for two reasons: 1) The charge for parking. We were lucky enough to find street parking (which is free only at certain times) 2)The NOISE! The walls […] are thin so you hear your neighbors, and everything anyone says outside. The adobe tiles in the room are awesome, but they were a horrible choice for the outside grounds. I'm by no means a light sleeper, but the morning of our check out I kept being woken up by the loud noise of rolling suitcases clackity-clacking on the tile, children racing down the stairs, and families talking to one another from across the hall. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Comfortable beds, large bathroom. However room was facing the street with alot of noise. The balcony door had a bad draft as well as the front door. The heating took forever to heat up the room. The tub flooded dirty water by itself. Let the front desk know when we checked out and they refunded the parking […] fee. Room is actually a suite, comfortable area with fireplace, breakfast table couch, arm chairs, big bathroom. Great hotel.

There are many other hotels and motels in the area but, I always come back to Hotel Pacific. The accommodations are better and cost less than the big "chain" hotels nearby. All rooms are spacious suites, with great amenities. They are always clean as are the grounds. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They provide a guest reception with beverages […] and snacks served in front of the fireplace in the early evening every day and offer a great continental breakfast with a variety of things to choose from every morning. This is all free to their guests. They have ample, covered parking on site. All rooms have a gas fireplace and private enclosed patio or balcony. The beds are so comfortable. Now, you can hear through the walls if someone is being loud but that is the case with nearly every hotel. You can hear the ice machine if your room is near it so ask for a room away from the machine. I have never had a bad stay and I have stayed there a lot over the last 15 years. It's middle of the road price-wise. It's definitely worth what you pay and it's much less that the chain hotels in the area that offer less than what you will get at Hotel Pacific. You don't really get a good sense of what your stay will be like from the website. It's walking distance to the Monterey Conference Center and downtown Monterey. It's close to the Airbus stop, Cannery Row and the Warf. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance. I recommend to people a lot. 더 보기

I always have a great stay here. I would give 10 out of 10 on everything. Parking is so easy. Beautiful grounds and good people.

Everything was nice about the Place. The only thing that Surprized me is the $20.00 a night parking fee.

Upon entering the parking garage, my son, an admitted hotel snob, remarked,"Ugh. Not so sure about this one Dad!". But boy was he wrong. The non-descript outside quickly became a non-issue when we walked through the charming courtyard with founds, and huge steampunk style wall clocks. The room was so darn cute. We have stayed at more expensive hotels - in fact, MUCH more expensive - but I don't think we've ever stayed in a NICER one than the room we had on our recent visit to the Pacific Hotel in Monterey. We had a newly-renovated room and it was lovely. The bed was GREAT. All the furnishings were beautiful, the bathroom was wonderful, the fireplace, gorgeous, […] and a large private patio off the back for sitting outside. After a long day at the Aquarium it was so nice to come to this place and relax. I went to checkin and they upgraded my room free of charge. Just all around nice a very accommodating. We arrived at the hotel very late and the person at the hotel lobby was very nice. I did not expect much from the hotel but when we got inside our room, the fireplace worked which made the room nice and cozy. The view was of the courtyard but we can hear the sea otters as we were close to the Fisherman's Wharf. The bathroom was nice and clean stocked […] well with towels. The king size bed was comfortable and the sheets were warm, crisp and clean. The continental breakfast was good, didn't really expect much but we'll take what we can get! The staffs of the hotel are friendly very accommodating, However, I have been in a lot of hotel which WiFi connection is free of charge! This hotel is you have to pay!

My stay was very good. We loved the room and the ammenities. The only thing missing was the beach being directly outside the room.
