We had a great stay until the morning we checked out. We woke up to find a cockroach scurrying across the bathroom counter. We were able to catch it under the glass and placed a call to the front desk and requested management. We were told there was NO manager of any kind on duty but she would send maintenance. (Front desk was very courteous) They took […] the roach and said they could spray our room. Luckily we were getting ready to check and but told them I still needed to speak with management. After placing a call, she explained that she would take our contact information and he/she would contact us the next day. 2 days later I received another call from a different front desk clerk and the issue is still not resolved. I have yet to hear from any management from this hotel. Very unfortunate experience since we have stayed there the last 4 years while attending a large dance comepetition at the Convention Center. Not at all what you would expect from the Hilton family of hotels! 더 보기

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and accomodating. We will stay here again.

nice hotel and rooms. Walls and ceilings are too thin and it got noisy and they charged $9.95 for a breakfast that is free everywhere else.

I really liked this hotel. It was very nicely appointed, the people were very nice, the breakfast was very good. I t really is one of the nicest Hilton Garden Inns I've ever stayed in.

Overall a nice place. This was about $20 cheaper per night than a Marriot, which we usually would have gotten. However, it is the little things that you begin to notice. There was no free newspaper, no free breakfast, no phonebooks in the rooms. Our room key never really worked to get into the pool, or the exercise facilities-saw several other guests […] with this problem. There were strict rules concerning groop stays, and these rules seemed to be enforced. The place was quiet, dispite having a wedding party and a girls softball team staying there. We had a very good weekend get away in Kansas City including the hotel - the Hilton Garden-Inn in Overland Park, KS. It was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood - lots of medical buildings around. We could easily get to our destinations - the mall, the Plaza in KC & art museum. Our room was very nice.! My daughter LOVED the beds - very comfortable. […] We hope to stay here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone. 더 보기

We found this hotel to be very comfortable and would definitely stay there again. The help is very courteous, always smiling and very helpful. We had a problem with our room phone and a repairman was up there within 5 min. I would highly recommend staying here. The group we were with all felt the same.

I was impressed with how nice the Hilton Garden was for the rate. The staff was friendly, the lobby was very nice, and our room was great. The breakfast was good too. I highly recommend this hotel. Overland Park is a very nice city too...lots to do and see.

One of the most comfortable rooms of our family vacation. Lots of space, very clean and new. The pool was small but adequate. health club quality treadmills and elliptical in exercise room, but little else. Breakfast was not complimentary which was a inconvience since there are no restaraunts in the immediate vicinity.

My mattress was old and leaned in one direction. Couldn't get comfortable and woke up with sore back. You also would have thought you were in a skyscraper based on how long the wait is for an elevator. Good beeakfast but not free umless you are gold. Sorry silver members. Rate was too high as well. Better options nearby

Spent 2 nights at this hotel and found it very satisfactory. Staff was nice and atmosphere was good there.

Great hotel, right across the street from the convention center. Friendly staff. Super comfy bed! Awesome stay!

My experience at this hotel was excellent. It was very clean and well staffed. They have a small fitness room with the basics and a medium size indoor pool, but also have a deal with 24-Hour Fitness right down the road giving free passes to hotel guests. The staff was very friendly and they assured us their baked cookies would be set out at 5:30 P.M. The waitress was so nice! She even brought me a piece of DELICIOUS chocolate cake during breakfast when my family told them it was my birthday!

THE BED SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED AND PREVIOUSLY SLEPT IN. COFFEE MUGS WERE DIRTY AND ONE HAD WATER IN IT. OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS A VERY NICE HOTEL FOR THE PRICE

Guest clerks act like you are bothering them, don't ask you if you need anything and say her is your key and the room number. They don't bother to tell you where anything is located at. No smile, eye contact or saying "hi".

Nice room, very clean and comfortable, but there was quite a bit of noise from upstairs rooms. Lots of foot traffic noise. Lots of noise leakage from the hall.

The hotel was nice and clean. The thermostat in our room wasn't attached to the wall very well and apparently moved during the night so the air conditioner quit coming on. It got quite warm. After one flush of the toilet the next morning it quit flushing. When we told the desk clerk about the problems, she just told us that we should have called in […] the middle of the night and they would have moved us to another room. Yeah, like we wanted to get up, get dressed, get packed, and move. Who could ever get back to sleep after something like that? She offered no apology. She just made it all our fault because we didn't think to get up and call so we could be moved. 더 보기
