Horribe, 2 items of clothing went missing from my room and when i called lobby to ask about it the very rude lady that answered told me " i dont know i work the night shift you have to call in the morning"

Needed a night to stay in Houston that was relatively near downtown without the downtown price. Right off the highway so it was quick in and out.

I stayed from Saturday till Wed. Told management on Sunday shower head was broken. Said they will take care of it. Till I left it was not taken care of even after repeated times telling them the issue. Just wrote down the room number on a piece of paper. Seems like there is no proper tracking and management was aware and kept moving the issue from one […] room to another. Very bad, stay away if you can. I only used the hotel for shower and sleep. It just frustrating that they cannot give the simple basic amenities. 더 보기

Horrible!!!!!

While the staff at the hotel was nice enough. The over all condition of this place is frightful. my room was clean for the most part. But there was trash and wet towels piled out side my room. I had to ask them to remove the towels but the trash remained. The ac unit came on but had to be turned to 63 to keep the room cool enough an it still shut off […] with out the room being cold. the out side door to the balcony had at least a 1 inch gap under it. I can not even imagine the critters that can come an go as they please under there. The bathtub would not drain. I noticed several people actually LIVE in this establishment. My neice and I stayed there as it was only to sleep BUT had I been alone as a woman I would NOT advise it. I did not feel safe at all. Wish I would have taken a look at the hotel BEFORE making my reservations. 더 보기

Absolutely filthy! Rodent feces in dresser drawer, filthy stained carpet - sticky to walk on, telephone wa black with grime, blanket on bed was dirty - looked like black grime. The room smelled like bad body odor. The vending machines were nearly empty, ice machine was too dirty to feel safe using the ice. Room description includes hair dryer, iron […] and fridge - there were none. Had a coffee maker but hotel does not furnish coffee! Grocery carts were parked at end of corridors. An equipment room was tied shut with a piece of electric cord. The only tolerable thing about this hotel is that I did not feel unsafe. 더 보기

Roaches in the room one plug for everything lobby had a foul odor

This hotel is sad.. The room felt so yucky and very uncomfortable; the toilet would not flush; and the ac kept making a loud squeaky noise.. The parking lot is so small and crowded!! We live all the way in Huntsville and we came to that hotel on the southwest side of Houston to spend New years in downtown; But we made up our minds.. . Since my family […] and I was uncomfortable we left at 2am (new years morning, after coming from downtown) .. This will never happen again!!!! 더 보기

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Phone and alarm clock did not work. There was no hot water. very old and grimy furniture. The hotels.com rate was only a few bucks cheaper than their walk up rate. Spend a few bucks more and go anywhere else.

room was clean , smoke smell on 4th floor hallway loud road noise and ac loud, worse towels in the world, worse than my garage rags, front desk lady very nice, good location but tough to sleep and hot water dangerous in shower

My personal stay at this hotel was ok, I would NOT however recommend this hotel to families with children, it was ok for us as our boys are grown but otherswise no and the pic of the pool has to come down, there is NO POOL at this hotel at all! where there was a pool is now a garden with wild cute kittens! Umm far as my room it was ok, sheets were clean […] and it was clean EXCEPT for the cockroach and it had a funky smell but some air freshners and having the balcony door open helped! The Hotel staff is nice and helpful but I think the funky smell came from the restaurant they have, maybe its not well ventilated or something. I guess this place is ok for a night or 2 but would not recommend more then that. which is all we stayed. we stayed long enough to see Cinderellla in concert, and it served its purpose. The main light in the bathroom didnt work, the heat lamp did and there was no bath fan at all!! the Tv and Micro are outdated and there was no bible or paper or U know, any of that regular hotel stuff ya find, like pamphlets. They were doing maintance which is a good thing cuz this hotel needs it and little TLC and this hotel could go a long way. Y they took the pool out is beyond me, especially when its houston,texas, I mean come on! Ummm.. far as it smellin like drugs, I didnt smell that, but it had like a musty smell. N the elevator is too hot, N too small! creepy! and the hallways, they need a different color, yellow has got to go! also the ice machine was busted. SO when ppl complain bout this hotel, they have every right! ONLY thing I really enjoyed bout this hotel, was bein on the 4th floor and the balcony, you get an excellent view of the downtown Houston and the skyline is awesom at night, and well I am a city girl so the traffic noise didnt bother me. anyhow, again no families with small children, a night or two then move on! IF You have the money and can afford it, The Hilton, right across the House of Blues in downtown Houston, thats where you should bo 더 보기

no carpeting, cockroaches everywhere (alive and dead), a/c not working, tv didn't work, water came out brown and very little pressure, toilet took 10 minutes to complete flush after several attempts the first time, not enough outlets to plug in computer..... children were also very uncomfortable with the room.

first off ,don't go by the pics posted by hotels.com.the hotel is nothing like pics .upon arrival first thing i noticed was a car filled with trash,busted window,4 flats and rusting.second hotel has bad smell throughout,extremely hot in hall(i swear u could bake a turkey in the halls).also i requested and paid for a rollaway bed at time of booking.well […] guess what there was none in my room so i went downstairs to ask clerk she had no paperwork for a rollaway bed.so i asked if i culd get one she told me that i would have to wait until the next day.because she was alone and didn't even know where they were kept.well guess what that meant someone had to sleep on the dirtiest floors ever seen. so i slept on floor sure wasn't going to make my kids sleep on floor . at first i just saw papers on floor didn't think it was that dirty until i took shower,when i walked to bed and went to get in my feet were so filty i had to go take another shower and wear shoes to walk to bed .(floors in room all tile) also they show pics of pool and say swimming on site well ,i talked to someone who works there and he said there has never been a pool as long as he worked there (3 yrs) . anyhow we had lysol,andclorox clean up wipes to try to clean an sanatize this crappy place totry to feel more comfortable. dont rent from here you would be better off in a tent ,on the street,at the end of a dark alley,in downtown houston than to stay at this place 더 보기

Room was basic, but clean. The water pressure was very low, which made taking a shower difficult. The location was very convenient, being just off the highway. However, this also resulted in a high amount of road noise. Overall, the room was a good value for the price.

I stayed here due to avalibility during a huge international convention week in Houston. When I entered I was asked, "wow how did you end up here" by someone stumbling out of the elevator! I smelled drugs constantly, the toilets were gross, the bathtub wouldn't drain, and I bought new sheets to put over the ones there. I had to put a wet towel under […] the doorway to keep the skunk drug smell out, and traced my room with bug spray. Needless to say, I'll sleep in my truck next time or drive to another city if I have to. 더 보기

The hotel does not only lack basic facilities but also has a bad customer service. The hotel customer service providers were not only uncooperative but were also not respectiful.

Old, nice hosted, need maintenance.

I would say that on the whole the hotel is a nice place to stay. It is clean, and comfortable. The in-room internet did not work in the room i stayed. The staff didnt give me the codes when i first checked in and then when i called down for them, didnt tell me which network to log onto (apparently there are several). They also seemed unconcerned that […] i was having trouble. I was in the process of taking my computer to the lobby as i had trouble connecting and after walking 10' to the elevator, i finally connected to the network and internet. When i returned to my room however it disconnected. The staff response was sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. 더 보기

The only photos on this sight that were accurate were the front desk and the picture of the bed. The pool is filled with dirt and palm trees. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The washer in the creepy, dirty laundry room did not work and the hotel said it was not their problem. Plus you have to walk through this area where they have run down apartment […] style rooms with cats running around everywhere just to get to the laundry room. The room smelled really bad even after I smothered it with air freshener. The pet fee they charged was nearly double what was posted on the website. The only room service provided was a few towels in a bag left on the floor outside of my door. The restuarant attached to the building was not good. The owners of either the restuarant or the hotel had young children running around screaming all over the place every single day. The doors are very thin, I could hear everything in the hall and the room across the hall. The cable did not work when I got there and when they did fix it there were only a few english channels. The vending machine in the lobby is empty. There was an ironing board, but no Iron. I had to go to the second floor to get ice (since there is no refrigerator) because the ice machine on our floor was missing. And on top of everything it is nonrefundable. I couldn't have left if I wanted to and even if I did have the money to go somewhere else I would have been out all the money I put in. Don't waste your money. 더 보기

The place smells, dirty with old filthy furniture

Greenway was the best rate I could find anywhere near the Houston Livestock Show/Rodeo. The hotel was quiet and well-kept.

upon arrival to the hotel i was extreamanly disappounted with the condition of my room it was very out-dated and the floors had cheap tacky tile which was very cold .the halls smelled of cigerettes and the room was worse we asked for a none smokeing room and the front desk said they could not help the hotel did not have any type of wi-fe or internet […] service available and the entire stay we did not have any type of maid service !!!! also this hotel is very close to a main highway and you are able to hear all outside noise's the staff was not very freindly either 더 보기

There was no hot water, temperature outside was about 30 degrees, had to take a shower with COLD water. Horrible

Needs to get upgraded.
