Employees were exceptional and breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Pool area was clean and maintained. We liked it so much, we stayed again before our trip was over. Surrounding area was nice also. Better than alot of other La Quintas we have stayed at.

Found even more resturants and shopping in the area. Have made this location my place in the East Valley and Scottsdale when I in town.

Over all, our sty at this La Quinta was excellent. However there was one unresolved problem. There appeared to be no power to the wall outlet that served the one-cup coffee maker, Other appliances plugged into the same outlet also did not work. We called the desk, and they sent up a more standard coffee maker, which also did not work (in other outlets). […] We gave up. We stayed in room 707. 더 보기

The appearance of this hotel was great, but once we let our 9 month old son crawl around on the floor for five minutes, we were reminded that appearances can be deceiving! His feet, hands, & knees were black from the dirty floor in minutes. Also, the shower backed up so much we were standing in 2 inches of water each morning. The door handle to the […] closet was so loose we were afraid to close it fully & the bathroom light turned on & off when it felt like it. The pool area was nice, the room was a good size and well equipped. The free Wifi was easy to get connected to & the continental breakfast was great. My wife and I had an opportunity to watch spring training. I hated the room. I requested a non smoking room and it wreaked so bad we had to move to another room. The second room seemed better until the morning. It wreaked as well but not nearly as bad as the first. The elevator was literally dangerous. It banged every time we got on. Again I am completely satisfied with my recent stay at a LaQuinta. Rooms are always very clean with everything I need and staff is always helpful and friendly.

Elevator a little scary with bumps on a couple of floors, otherwise no complaints. Staff very friendly and helpful.

rude staff got there at 4pm room wasnt ready after being on road for 12 hours had to wait for 2 hours before we could check in. they didnt clean room second day of stay. i asked day manager what was going on he didnt know and was just plain rude....

My stay was good, just not a fan of the gurgling drains in the bathroom.

Everything in this hotel is fine. But if you are a fan of MSNBC like me, you wont find the channel there. They only have Fox and CNN. Because of this, after the already booked room for my next stay I wont stay at the hotel anymore.

Room was for handicap accessible and was nice. Beds (2 doubles) were a little hard for my taste. You cannot see this hotel from the freeway but it is just 2 blocks away and so that noise level was zero. Unfortunately, our room was next to the staircase and I kept hearing feet pounding up and down the stairs at about 10-11 pm. Clean, friendly, included breakfast, had a pool and hot tub, and was quiet. It was close to everything we needed. I would go back. My only recommendation is stick to the lower floors, the elevators are slow and ancient. We did the stairs all the time.

Great value. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate with plenty of choices. Close to many quality restaurants. Bed was quite comfortable. Will be a motel of choice when visiting the area in the future

We stayed two nights in the hotel. It is attractive, clean, comfortable and had a great breakfast. All staff that we interacted with were great. The price is very good for all they offer. We would stay here again. Very nice.

This is my second stay at this particular La Quinta. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. Rooms are large with an over-sized desk and free wireless internet. Breakfast is served daily in a bright dining room just off of the main lobby. Rooms are quiet and there is a very nice outdoor pool.

We arrived late as our flight was delayed and the staff was so friendly and accommodating . Our bed was very comfortable we loved our stay. Good breakfast Too and a confident location. We definily would stay here again. Elizabeth

I was disappointed to not have hair conditioner and lotion. The shampoo made my hair very wirery and unmanageable. I was going to a party--the reason for being in Mesa in the first place, and wanted to look my best. Other than that the room was very clean, if not a little cold.

This place is amazing. Really should be 5 star for quality of room, furnishings, location. Have stayed in other properties with the same star rating in the area. They do not come close to the quality that is at LaQuinta in Mesa. Staff was on top of the hospitality game, clean, crisp, comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom.

The rooms are big. It's a nice hotel. Breakfast is good...just a continental. The only problem I had was the 1 and only cart to take our suitcases up to our 4th floor room couldn't be found. Not a big deal if you are a light packer, but a big pain with 4 children. It seems like they could provide their quest with another cart.

Pluses: very clean, good breakfast, flat screen TVs. On the down side; lots of minor maintenance issues(tub faucet leaked; 5th floor ice machine broken and other minor annoyances; and quite a distance from central Phoenix.

We were in town for 9 nights so needed somewhere comfortable that we felt very secure in. I was very pleased with the comfort of the room. The heater/air conditioner was a bit loud, but was controlled by a wall thermostat which really made it comfortable. We did have a group of kids stay in the room next to us on our last night there which was really […] disruptive to our sleep in the early morning hours. And there was one night when a dog yipping kept us awake. It was apparent its owner wasn't abiding by the rule that someone be in the room with a pet at all times. But other than that, it was very comfortable, and we could depend on the cleaning staff to do a good job every day. We felt safe there even though the neighborhood isn't great just a few blocks away. There are several large hotel chains represented in this area, so it didn't feel unsafe at all. Overall, I would recommend La Quinta to everyone. Even a new hotel should have mire than one dolly to transport luggage from the entrance to room and back at the end if a stat. The excuse was we are a new hotel. Please! Get real.

This was our very first experience with the LaQuinta chain of hotels. Our room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was pleasant and the facilities well maintained. We will definately be repeat customers.

I will recomend this hotel to everyone, the staff are very helpful and rooms are clean and comfy.

Stayed for business; very nice. Would definitely recommend above other hotels of comperable cost in the nearby area.

Booked 3 rooms to take teenagers to a convention. Was pleased at the size of the rooms - very roomy. Pool was great too -- not too cold! Would recommend especially to families.

I feel the hotel was very nice, and all services were fine. The only concern I would have is that if you walk 5 blocks you are in an unsavory part of town. Otherwise I was happy.

When I made reservations: Hotel staff usually makes sure you ask for what you asked for. I asked for prior to checking in, and it wasn't adequate. Mother required lower level- knee injury, and we got a room on the sixth floor in the middle area. I thought I would've gotten a lower level with nearest to exit. Elevators to slow, and when it gets to floor, […] hits hard on level. Scared my mother and myself. Bathroom: tub/shower drains to slow. Clean, nice pool, cool rooms, good breakfast, nice workers..... good price. Who could ask for more.
