Nice little central hotel which was perfect for our one night stay

Well spent money. Really good price, but if you like to hang around ON the hotel its not for you. Close to central station and the city. The bed was not the best, but still okay for the price. Breakfast ok, but definetly not exclusive :P Staff was nice and friendly, some of them a bit tired :)

The room was small and clean, pretty good for a trip with friends, I wouldn't recommend it with a girl friend. The bed is comfortable and the LCD is giant but the shower had switching hot water to cold water during the shower time and vice versa which made the shower not that friendly, although there were always hot water. The hotel is quite alright for its value. Its location is quite strategic and subtle. Room cleaning wasn't good at all. breakfast is poor. Staff was hospitable nonetheless. Hotels.com promised one room and in result I ended up in a much smaller room, not matching the pre-reserved and already payed for.

i liked the hotel. good location. nice staff. the room was small but clean. it's in a good location.

The only problem I experienced, though a serious one, was noise from neighboring rooms. Also I could hear when people walked past the room or slammed doors. I think you should tell guests to be more respectful and to keep their noise down during the night, Maybe put a sign that is visible to everyone, and tell each guest about your quiet rules when […] they check in. The breakfast was good, but it was always the same food during my 4 night stay there. There should be some changes each day, maybe change the juices you serve. Also offer oatmeal and fried eggs, not always scrambled. A little more imagination with the menu. Otherwise, I though the staff was helpful and polite, and the rooms clean and tidy. 더 보기

The bed was filthy. Overpriced. Clearly no good value for the money spent. Would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a reasonable choice, it was clean, if a little run down in the common areas. They had made a genuine attempt to modernise the rooms, but had used cheap materials and furniture and it showed. Our particular room 310 had a major problem in that the thermostat for the hot water was obviously broken causing our entire bathroom to drip condesation […] all over, making the floor like a skating rink and the general atmosphere of the bathroom and room extremely uncomfortable, notwithstanding that the water was scalding hot and therefore extremely dangerous. We did not use the breakfast facilities, so cannot comment. Be warned that the airport shuttle bus as advertised must be booked the night before, although the receptionist who was on duty on our departure was very helpful in negotiating a cheaper taxi fare to the airport 더 보기

You get what you pay for. The room was pretty clean but no a/c. The matress felt cheap but it was alright to sleep on. Breakfast was fine as well.

This hotel is really convenient to the rest of the city. About a 15-minute walk from the Centraal Station, the city is really pedestrian friendly and everything within the "Centrum" area of the city is only a short walk away. The rooms were modern and great, really clean, nicely decorated. We didn't pay for the breakfast buffet because it was too expensive […] when you could find a great meal at a nearby cafe for less than half the price. 더 보기

The service at this hotel was brilliant, the staff were friendly and helpful.The room was great. I would stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my girlfriend. The rooms were clean but nothing special, although it has a 42" flatscreen on the wall. The hotel itself is about a 5-10 min walk from the red light district and about 10-15 minutes from dam square(strolling pace). The staff are friendly and can answer any questions. The easiest way to get to it […] would be the number 9 tram if you are not driving, the tram is a one minute walk from the hotel and goes through evrywhere(dam square, rembrandt square etc). 더 보기

Hotel Falcon Plaza Centre. Although not in Centre, it was only short Taxi ride. from the Mainline Station. The welcome was really friendly. The room was far better than I anticipated (and booked for), for the Hotel Star rating. Room allocated for first night ,due to full booking was very high quality and staff only too pleased to deal with speccial […] arrangements. Great Bottle of wine included. We booked a family room (2 adults and 2 kids), and we got a ground floor room with 4 fairly comfortable beds, that opened onto a patio facing a canal. Unfortunately there was a strong smell of damp from the bathroom that ruined our stay there. The hotel staff were not sympathetic, and simply offered us a refund so we could find another hotel - something […] we couldn't accept just after a transatlantic flight with 2 kids. The patio outside the room was nice but it hadn't been cleaned and had some garbage and lots of cigarette butts. Hotel staff did not address this either. On the plus side, we were in downtown amsterdam, the room was large enough for 4, and it was pretty quiet at night. The included breakfast was OK. 더 보기

After traveling through Europe and staying in a wide variety of hotels, this hotel was a great ending to my trip. The room was a nice size, extremely clean, and sraff was very helpful. There was even a tea and coffee maker in the room. The only downfall was the 20 min. walk from the train station, which can be somewhat frustrating with luggage. Otherwise […] hotel rocked! 더 보기

Hotellet var slitent, og det var problemer med både nøkkelkorter og nettforbindelse.Frokosten var heller dårlig

Meget enkel standard. Ikke særlig rent. Høyt gebyr ved adkomst på hotellet. Prisen på nettsiden er derfor ikke representativt. Anbefales ikke.

Greit hotell om du ikke er ute etter luksus. Vi ble krevd for 14 € med en gang vi kom inn, selv om det står at alt er inkludert i prisen på hotels.com sine sider.

Otima localizacao, proximo de mercado, 5 minutos caminhando do ponto de onibus, restaurantes. Atendimento ok cafe da manha ok

Vinduerne på værelset var etlags skydevinduer som var piv utætte. Dermed en del støj udefra, især fra et ventilationsanlæg på et fladt tag 3 meter nedenunder. Varmen fra radiatorerne kunne ikke lukkes p.ga defekte termostatventiler. Dermed sov man altfor varmt. Hotellet ligger meget centralt. 10-12 min. gang fra Red Light District. Das hotel liegt nicht weit von Museen und Nemo entfernt...in die Stadt ist es auch nicht so weit und auch nicht zum Bahnhof..wir wuerden da immer wieder schlafen.

Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen. Sijainti oli n. 15 min kävelymatkan päässä Dam-aukiosta. Aivan hotellin läheisyydessä oli ruokakauppa ja kahviloita. Huone oli suhteellisen pieni, mutta siisti ja viihtyisä. Herkkäunisille en ehkä suosittelisi hotellia, sillä käytävältä kuului äänet melko hyvin.

Meget hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. God valuta for pengene - noe små rom men godt utstyrt med bad,stor og god dobbeltseng,safe,40" TV og god oppvarming. Vi tok ikke frokosten på hotellet - men valgte rimeligere kafeer i området.

Jeg og en veninde var på et kursus i Amsterdam, tæt ved hotellet, og skulle blot finde en overnatningsmulighed for 2 nætter. Vi er meget tilfredse med at have valgt Falcon Plaza Centre. Det overgik helt vore forventninger i forhold til tidligere anmeldelser. Det var nemt at komme til centrum - enten på gåben eller med Metro og servicen var helt i top […] på hotellet! Dog var morgenmaden ikke inkluderet i prisen, men da vi havde reserveret værelset hjemmefra, fik vi hver 5euro hver i rabat pr. morgenmad, dvs. vi kun gav 7euro pr. mand for morgenmad - og det var lækkert med forskellige valgmuligheder. Værelset med eget badeværelse var helt i top, man følte sig hurtigt hjemme og kunne slappe af. 더 보기

Pænt og rent værelse, hvor der blev redt seng hver dag. Dejligt stort badeværelse. Søde og hjælpsomme i receptionen, og sødt personale ved morgenbuffetten (der dog var noget kedelig i forhold til prisen) 10 minutters gang til centrum, dejligt stille og roligt kvarter.

Helt ok me tanken på va den kostar och läget. men lite dammiga rum och tråkig och däppig personal. andra gången jag bor där..

Albergo in buona posizione rispetto al centro e al porto, con personale molto gentile, ma con scarsissima pulizia e attenzione alla manutenzione. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza a piano terra affacciata ad un cortile interno, una parete della quale era fatta di sole porte vetri (uscite di emergenza) che non si chiudevano bene e quindi faceva freddo […] nonostante la stagione estiva. La stanza comunica (con pareti e con un controsoffitto fatiscente) con la sala per la preparazione delle colazioni, dalla quale arrivano luce e rumori. L'aspetto peggiore però è la pulizia: odore di fogna coperto da un profumo per ambienti nauseabondo, carte di caramelle per terra, tende macchiate e pareti del bagno con macchie nere di origine sconosciuta....Dato il prezzo pagato, lusso e comodità a parte, almeno la pulizia!!! 더 보기

Estuve hospedado del 12 al 14 de agosto en el Hotel Falcon Plaza Centre de Amsterdam, el hotel como tal estuvo bastante bueno, con un buen desayuno, pero el servicio de arreglo y limpieza de habitaciones es lo peor que me ha tocado, la encargada del house keeping apenas retiró la basura y acomodó en algo las sabanas de la cama (igual seguía viendose […] como usada), no nos cambiaron las sabanas ni las toallas las cuales seguían humedas al retorno en la noche al hotel. Hablamos con las personas del front desk tanto la que se encontraba en la noche, que es cuando llegamos a descansar, a la cual incluso llevamos a la habitación a que constate el "pesimo servicio brindado", así como con la persona que estaba al momento del check out. Para nuestra sorpresa la respuesta al momento de retirarnos es que habian consultado a la encargada y que ella si había hecho la limpieza. Esto a pesar que el encargado constató que nuestro reclamo era correcto. Lo menos que hubiesemos esperado era una disculpa y una compensación pero mas bién obtuvimos todo lo contrario. 더 보기

La posizione permette di raggiungere a piedi buona parte dei luoghi più importanti di Amsterdam. L'albergo è decente, la quadrupla era abbastanza spaziosa, sarebbe necessaria una ristrutturazione per sistemare un po' di dettagli che lo renderebbero più accogliente.

Hotellet har fin beliggenhed i forhold til byens centrum (gåafstand). Roligt kvarter, rene værelser, mulighed for internet. Lidt sparsom og ensformig morgenbuffet.

La nostra camera era particolarmente spaziosa pulita e addirittura con un'intera parete che dava sul canale. Posizione perfetta, prezzo un po' caro ma in linea con gli standard di Amsterdam.

Huoneen hinta ja laatu eivät mielestämme kohdanneet. Huone oli ahdas ja varusteluiltaan odotettua huonompi. Huoneessa oli suhteettoman iso TV, joka olikin sitten ainoa, mihin oli "panostettu". Aamupala oli hyvä ja kohtuullisen hintainen, kun sen osti vasta paikanpäältä. Palvelu oli asiallista ja ystävällistä. Soveltuu paremmin 1-2 yön majoittautumiseen, […] ei pidemmäksi aikaa. Sijainti on ydinkeskustan lähettyvillä, mutta kauempanakin olevien hotellien etäisyys keskustaan ei ole pitkä, varsinkaan jos hotelli sijaitsee esim. raitiovaunulinjan (tram) lähistöllä. 더 보기
