독일 중앙역 대부분이 복잡하면서도 어두운 부분이 있지만 본 호텔은 외곽에 위치하여 여성들은 밤 늦은 이동에 불편함이 있음. 시내 접근성이 다소 편안하다는 것과 호텔요금이 저렴하다는 것으로 위안을 삼는다면 이용에 부담감은 충분히 상쇄할 것임

I stayed in this hotel for 2 night. It was simply perfect for what I needed. The location could not have been better! 5 min walk (max) to the central station (hauptbahnhof) A lovely side street with restaurants and small shops just a few streets down(3min). The staff where all very friendly and helpful, all speaking English. The room was clean enough […] but could do with a spring cleaning. If you are looking for somewhere safe to crash for a few nights, a quiet, pleasant place that gives easy access all of Hamburg with all the ground help you could need. . . this is for you! If your looking for a more comfy, calm holiday, where you spend more time in the hotel and less on the underground from place to place exploring the city. . . Look for a hotel in more of the Neustadt arier (shopping arier atc.) (this is never the less a must see for anyone visiting Hamburg, Beautiful) I will stay here again next time I go :) 더 보기

Quaint little hotel but quite old. The room I had was very small along with a small bathroom. The room also smelled like it was a smoking room. It has a pretty good location near several restaurants and the main train station. this made it easy to go around town.

It was a good location. Close to trainstation. But it is an old building. Shower had starting signs of mold.

The hotel has a great location for using as a base to see Hamburg. Its only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a15 minute walk to the city centre area. The hotel itself is basic but clean and all you could need if using it as a base like I did to see the Christmas Markets. The continental breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Just a 4/5 min walk from Station,all staff very pleasant with a nice Breakfast Buffet in the morning. The stairs here are very steep so if you are carrying heavy baggage or are elderly it may be a bit of a problem as there is no Lift / Elevator. No frills hotel. As mentioned by others, the lack of a lift/elevator may put off those with heavy luggage, especially if you're room is on the 4th floor! Very nicely located with easy access to U-bahn and S-bahn at the main station.Quiet street. However, the bathroom is worn down and not perfectly clean if you look closely. Also, the room door was so thin it felt like people stepped into the room when passing in the hallway. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. A good place for the buck.

A small single room, ideal for one person, with all the necessary equipment. Good breakfast, helpful staff.

The staff are very helpful and all speak excellent English (and were very understanding when I tried to use my mangled German!). Meget positiv over kvaliteten af værelset, morgenmaden, og det gratis internet. Servicen var god til morgenmaden og i receptionen. Hotellet ligger rigtig godt tæt på Hauptbahnhoff, hvis man er togrejsende eller bare skal rundt i byen. Samtidig ligger hotellet i en rigtig hyggelig bydel tæt på Lange Reihe og ved Alster søen. Hotellet var fin standard efter prisen. Venlig service, god morgenmad og beliggenheden perfekt! Tre minutters gang fra Hovedbanegården og ellers placeret i et hyggeligt område. Kan klart anbefales.

Hotel Aachener Hof Novum er litt slitt, med dubiøse veggtilveggtepper og mange lag gulnende farge på trepanelene i de gamle rommene, og det er lytt fra gangen. Når det er sagt, er alt ellers helt topp. Beliggenheten er utrolig hvis en kommer med tog til Hamburg - 7 minutters gangvei fra Hauptbahnhof, på et nesten skummelt rolig hjørne inne i koselige […] gamle bykvartaler "off" Lange Reihe. Rengjøringen var mer enn overbevisende - plettfrie skinnende baderom og blendende hvite lakener som lukter nyvasket begge gangene jeg har bodd her. Stor frokostbuffet til å være på kontinentet. Personalet har vært vennlig, korrekt og hjelpsomt og gjort det lille ekstra - sist gang måtte jeg av gårde før kl 06, da ordnet de en lunsjpose til meg i stedet for frokosten som holdt til både frokost og lunsj. Tatt i betraktning den latterlig lave prisen jeg betalte tror jeg sjelden jeg har fått igjen mer for pengene. 더 보기

Et totalt nedslidt hotel. Værelset var værre noget hvor man ikke havde lyst at opholde sig. Møbler som ikke passede sammen og havde udtjent sin pligt. Værelset lignede mest af alt en halv færdig byggeplads. Morgenmaden var elendig med halv eller hel tomme fade som ikke blev fyldt op når de var tomme. 交通便利；大部分时间比较安静，但附近街上偶尔有年轻人在深夜打闹。

Det var en sand fornøjelse at benytte dette hotel til en weekendtur i Hamburg. For den lave pris fik man et professionelt og kundeminded hotel meget tæt på banegården. Morgenmaden var god og personalet var MEGET venlige og hjælpsomme både under og efter opholdet, da vi havde spørgsmål. Kan stærkt anbefales!

Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel - 5. Stock. Ein kleines Manko war einerseits, dass eine Deckenleuchte nicht funktionierte und andererseits auch Steckdosen. Weiters fehlten bei einem Bett Nachttischleuchten. Aber dennoch alles super, das Frühstück wirklich toll und reichhaltig.

Hotellets centrale beliggenhed gør, at meget kan opnås til fods. Området St Georg byder på mange forskellige butikker og restauranter. Hotellets personale er hjælpsomt og imødekommende.

Gå afstand fra hovedbanegården, fin belliggenhed, rimeligt fredeligt. Desværre ikke elevator. ellers fin oplevelse.

Zugegeben, das Hotel, insbesondere die Ausstattung der Zimmer, hat bessere Tage gesehen. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr hellhörig. Jedoch liegt das Hotel superzentral, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass wir unseren sehr günstigen Aufenthalt trotzdem als Volltreffer bezeichnen können. Nah am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, aber okay. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Das Zimmer + Bad war einfach und sauber. Außer das es keinen Aufzug gibt gab es für meinen Aufenthalt nichts zu bemängeln. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt.

Für kinderlose junge Menschen die nur sightseeing machen wollen, ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Wir waren im 4. Stock untergebracht und das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug. Die Treppe ist uneben und ziemlich steil. Unser Zimmer war sauber- das Bad nicht so. Es klebten Haare an den Wänden. Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und auch das Frühstück hatte alles […] was man sich für 2 Sterne nur wünschen kann. Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Minuten vomHauptbahnhof entfernt.Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen,leider sehr hellhörig.Aber für ein Wochenende völlig in Ordnung.Am Frühstück gibt es auch nicht s zu meckern.Säfte ,Eier ,Brötchen ,Käse Salami alles da.Das Personal war sehr höflich.Rundum weiter zu empfehlen .Preis Leistung völlig Ok.

Det var et meget billigt, værelse på 4. sal uden elevator, det er så hvad det er. Men selve værelset var indelukket og småt med gulvtæppe og der var meget gammelt støv i rummet, man kunne ligefrem smage støvet og så trak det helt vildt trods alt var lukket, så der var også hunde koldt.

pas d’ascenseur pour un hôtel de 5 étages! lorsqu'un client qui a réservé sur votre site qui arrive fatigué et à qui on attribue une chambre simple au 4éme se refuse pour des raisons de santé (cœur) d'accepter une chambre au 4éme, il se voit obligé de payer 10€ de plus pour avoir une chambre au premier qui est une twin or il n'est pas mentionné sur […] votre site que cet hôtel n'a pas d’ascenseur.Aucun sens commercial et encore moins d'humanisme .je suis très déçu et je ne pense pas revisiter votre site. 더 보기

lille hyggeligt hotel i sct georg-området, i gåafstand til hauptbahnhof. ikke velegnet for gangbesværede, da der ikke er elevator og trappen er meget stejl. god morgenmadsbuffet og meget venligt personale.
