"Probably not what we are looking for in a motel"

The overall dingy appearance was a clue to the interior. We are non-smokers and immediately noticed an intense smell of smoke in the office when we checked in. We thought the rooms might be better but, though we had a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. The odor was bad in the hallway too. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Room had been cleaned […] but not to the standards we appreciate. It is an old building and generally needs a remodel - for example, the exterior door to our room did not fit well and allowed light and air to leak into the room. The dead bolt on the exterior door had been replaced but did not operate smoothly. There was a general lack of electrical outlets in the room (I had an extension strip so I was ok charging up portable devices while sleeping). I guess next time we will look for a different place - mostly because of the smoke odor that permeates the building. 더 보기

"Close enough to BSU"

Non smokers room smelled like smoke until I turned on AC and then room smelled fIne. Hallways had terrible smoke smell. Bed was great. Slept soundly. Water pressure was good. I am returning to BSU in two weeks and plan on staying in same room. Room was better than what I expected for rate I paid.
