Hotel old and run down. Load noise inside and out.

our stay at the hotel was fine, except I fell on the bath floor after shower as it was very slick.

The front desk lady was very nice and very welcoming, the lobby and breakfast area are very nice. The rooms not so....When we turned down the beds they both had hair stuck to the sheets, the blankets had burnt holes in them (this was a non-smoking room) the pillows were so thin you had to fold them in half, beds were not comfortable at all. We turned […] on the heat and we started to smell chicken, someone had put chicken nuggets inside, they were noticiable, but yet the staff couldn't or wouldn't take them out. The next morning we were going to take a shower and had lukewarm water. When calling the front desk and asking if this was just our room or the entire place, all she could do is laugh and tell us that we probably won't be taking a shower. How ever about 2 hours later maintenance did call and said we should have hot water, and we did. For the money it was ok there were 5 of us. The continental breakfast, well not so good. 더 보기

If you are traveling to Billings on a budget, the Super 8 is a great option. The hotel's age is evident, but it is clean and the rooms are comfortable; I feel that is all that really matters!

Everything acceptable

Our third-floor room was quiet and clean, the bed comfortable. There was a nice club chair and ottoman for reading and watching TV. Staff was friendly and accommodating -- gave us the extra pillows we asked for. Needed sleep after driving on snowy roads, and we got it. No complaints.

Hotel did not have a clean feeling. Mouse trap behind the nightstand, lamps did not work, bedspread was burnt thru, carpet was stained , non smoking hotel but room smelt of smoke will never stay there again

of course this hotel was cheaper and older but it was very clean and nice for the price. The bed was very comfy and warm and very clean. I will stay again.

While this room did have a microwave and refrigerator, which I needed, it also had a very noisy window heater. I turned the blower off but it continued to cycle on for about 10 seconds every 40 minutes or so. So I wasn't able to sleep. It was dated as well with some formica trip falling off the window sill. The hallways were a little dirty, but other than that I was satisfied with our stay. The breakfast wasnt the biggest, but it satisfied. As long as its clean I am not to picky.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly. It was also close to shopping and services. We enjoyed our stay there. I would stay there again

The bathroom was extremely clean. The room was an ok size. The air conditioner worked fine. Noise was kept down. Stairwell was a little hot. Halls smelled of smoking. Very happy with room and stay. Just what I expected, but the continental breakfast could sure have been better. We only did that once. But I guess you get what you pay for.

We where located on the first floor of the hotel. The first floor towards the back of the hotel was a like a basement in a old home. Everytime we came back to our room after being out all day, the room felt moist and damp. Using the card lock on the back door worked some of the time. friendly staff and good convenience

We stayed for 3 nights and never once had house keeping clean/straighten our room, even after we tracked someone down for clean towels. Also, our room keys kept deactivating...good thing they have someone at the desk 24 hours because we had to have our keys reactivated every night. Would not recommend. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS PEOPLE WERE SMOKING IN THE HALLS OUTSIDE THE NO SMOKING ROOMS

When we booked our room we clearly marked non-smoking room, but some schools showed up before us and took all the non-smoking rooms so we had to use a smoking room.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean. As with any Super 8, it is a no frills hotel. If all you are looking for is a good nights sleep on a comfortable bed, this Super 8 is worth staying at!

The Days Inn directly across the street is better than the Super 8, in Billings, MT. The sunken, first floor windows sit right at a passerby's thighs, given it a eerie atmosphere all night when someone walks by. No front desk between 11pm-7am; So, no complaining about the lack of insulation in the walls which is why you can hear your neighbors VH1 channel […] at 3:00 A.M. I'm aware it was a very economical price, yet the Days Inn across the street will give you a better breakfast and a better nights sleep. Only good thing, was it's close to King Ave., which is the hot spot for shopping. 더 보기

In the past, we were always satified with Super 8, however this time it was just the opposite. First of all, when we folded down the blankets, there were holes in the sheets. Clean but still, holes. During the night it sounded like a jet coming over but it never ended. It was the washer below up that ran all night for two nights. It was louder than […] the tv and the furnace. I complained to the maid and all she said was she noticed the sound before too. We did not get the rest we needed, thus were very tired for the rest of the weekend. I almost didn't stay here after reading all the reviews about the breakfast and there is indeed a washer and dryer in the breakfast room but it is not even noticeable. Its more like there is a washer and dryer in a closet in the breakfast room. AND here is the entire list of offerings for breakfast: two kinds of cereal, coffee, orange juice, boiled […] eggs, bagels, muffins and bread for toast. So, its a little lighter than a normal continental breakfast but it still has the basics. The night desk gal is a little curt but the entire daytime staff is wonderful. It is located in an industrial area but there is another hotel right next door, so its not like it is just sitting there in the middle of truck places. The rooms have microwaves and fridges that actually cool and might even freeze your drinks if you turn them up too high. The carpets are awful though. They really need to be replaced. Or at the very least professionally cleaned. Overall I was very comfortable and pleased with this cheaper option. 더 보기

This hotel is located next to two trucking companies, so you get to hear 18 wheelers coming and going all thru the night. Also one of them had some kind of equipment that shook the ground so that I could feel the vibration in my room for several hours. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.

Everything was as advertised with this hotel. The room was clean and in good condition. The breakfast could have offered more choices but it was OK.

We stayed on July 26th and August 4th, one night each time. The folks at the hotel were very kind and second time we booked by computer and whether it wa my fault or the computer we were supposed to be ot the hotel on August 4th but the computer showed us on August 3rd. Did not exceed expectations. Not the cleanest place I've stayed at and the treadmill was broken. But right off the interstate. It was nice that they had a computer for guests to check e-mail. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable.

We hadn't requested a "smoking" room, but that's what we got. And the way the (email) confirmation was written, that fact wasn't obvious. When we arrived, the hotel was full, so we couldn't change rooms.

We were traveling with our dog, and they were more than happy to accomidate. Rooms were clean, staff was very gracious. Breakfast was your typical continental offerings. Not a fancy place, but a great value for the money. Would definitiely stay here again.

The hotel was adequate for a place to sleep after a long drive. It was an older hotel that needs updating. The halls and stairway were dirty. The room was okay. There was not much variety for breakfast. I would recommend the hotel only for a brief stay.

Pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast which was replenished constantly and tables and chairs wiped by an extremely pleasant staff member after each family used the facilities.
