Staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was not happy with their Internet signal. There were several wireless connections...but, they all would drop continuously. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Our stay was very pleasant. The location was nearby the event that we were attending, the room was 'Very Clean' and the Hotel looked newly painted and renovated... The "Continental Breakfast' was sparse, but the coffee turned out to be good, and service was always with a smile.. Will stay here again... Friendly but dumpy. Holes in the floor covered by carpet, noisy window air conditioner, worn out mattresses and our very own recliner. Really?? All that for double the regular rate because of truck show. Exhorbitant for what it was.

To be fair, the staff made sure that the room had clean towels and such. It had a small refrigerator and the beds were sufficient. Some of the maintenance was a little disappointing. I had to clear the drain in the bathtub so that the water would drain. Not a terrible stay, but for just a few dollars more, I could have stayed at a hotel nearby where […] I know the room conditions are much better, as well as the breakfast. The promised internet access is just a myth. If you need internet access, go elsewhere. The noise coming from nearby I 81 was loud. I had to run the A/C one night when an open window would have worked better. The recliner had a deep center depression from years of use. I sat in it for about 30 seconds before I gave up.

It was not a good experience because we felt the place seemed not well taken care of and needs updating.....old TV, toilet seat was broke, carpet looked very worn in the rooms and in the hallway. Continental breakfast was just OK, not great!

I'm definitely never staying here again. The room smelled weird. The TV color was stuck on red. Also half the plugs didn't work in the room. h and they only had one shampoo for two people.

Real clean and quiet. Was out for a car show so i figured it would be loud but after 10pm it was nice and quiet. Beds were nice. Can not complain about the size of the room for the price.

This motel provided the basics, including a free continental breakfast, at an affordable price. The blanket on the bed was very scratchy and uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was adequate.

Employees courteous and helpful, but bathroom floor not clean and the bed sheet felt clamy, did not have the feel and smell of a sheet that had just come out of the dryer. Made you wonder if it was fresh.

The bathroom was disgusting, there were live cockroaches in it. The floor was also covered in hair, and the room didn't appear to be vacuumed. The continental breakfast area was filthy as well. I will never return to this hotel, and do not recommend it to anybody.

Carlisle is actually a fun drive from Gettysburg (the hills make it like a roller coaster), so the location wasn't bad all things considered. The hotel itself is old and falling apart. The continental breakfast is HORRIBLE. I'm usually one that expects a pretty lousy breakfast down there, but this one was HORRIBLE. The "multilingual" staff means they […] have someone up there who can hardly speak English. It is cheap, and you should expect cheap. The WI-FI is also up and down a LOT. I NEVER give bad reviews but I've never had such a bad hotel stay EVER. I had 2 smoking rooms booked for an event we attended. They were so booked already by the time I arrived to check in (2:20 PM, check in time is 2:00 PM) they could only give us one smoking room & one non smoking room but advised it was "OK" to still smoke in the NON SMOKING room, […] which i felt non smokers shouldnt have to suffer the next day. When we walked into both rooms, they had such a stale cigarette smell that it turned my stomach. Nothing would take the smell out of the rooms & both rooms were very outdated & the carpets were so dirty that I didnt even take my shoes off. The bathroom was the only nice part of the stay. The windows (on the first floor mind you) would not lock, they had a wooden stick to hold the window shut. The bedsheets were NOT changed prior to us checking in so we used our own blankets. Also when i first got there, i checked under the mattresses for bed bugs (which i normally wouldnt in other hotels but i had a feeling) found nothing, however the next morning, we woke up and all had bite marks on our bodies from both rooms, I then took all the sheets off again and found quite a few of them in BOTH rooms. Then when trying to report it, no one was at the front desk ofcourse so i left my room keys on the desk and left. 더 보기

A Nice Place for the money. Neighborhood is nice and it was easy acess from the highway. The room was a no thrills room but clean and nice, a lot smaller that what apeared in the photos on website but a terrific value. We will stay there again if we go back to Carlisle.

With the exception of the fridge not working, our stay was very satisfying. The room, linens and washroom were very clean. We received a discount at the Bonanza Steak House next door by showing our Super 8 pass key. I would stay there anytime I visited Carlisle. D & S Enders Guelph, Ontario, Canada

The only issues were the fact that the entrance door was not an electrically assisted door. As a person with a disability I found this annoying to navigate with my luggage. The wireless internet service in the hotel was sporadic during my entire stay, working randomly despite reporting issues to the staff on duty several times.
