Computer in lobby is slowest jalopy ever when it worked. Couldn't check emails for two days. Couldn't do anything else on it. Breakfast was the worst slop of biscuits & gravy every day. Plus, hotel would not extend rate for 1 additional day even though place was almost empty.

Stayed there several years ago. Need to upgraded. A little on the worn side.

after i checked in, i noticed some problems with the room, namely, tv was on, no clicker, safe did not lock, & air conditioner did not work. the staff promptly changed my room. everything was fine, except the safe did not lock, but i stayed in that room anyway. there were not very many channels on the tv. although the air conditioner/heater worked, […] it did not work very well. the back door to the hotel did not lock, so anyone could enter, & there were no cameras. the parking lot was very dark with numerous lamps remaining unlit at night. the internet was unavailable for at least 2 nights. housekeeping was excellent. it was obvious that the maid took a lot of pride in her work, & i left her a nice gratuity upon my departure. the staff was very friendly & accommodating. hot coffee was available at all hours in the lobby. there was hot breakfast daily, but i didn't choose to have any. 더 보기

Every employee we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, the area seemed safe, and the lobby even had some style to it. Our bedspread was torn in spots, but it seemed clean and who really hangs out on the bedspread, anyway? The chair was comfortable, temperature was simple to control...what more could we ask for?

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!! COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE SATISFIED WITH THE ROOM AND THE STAFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN I AM BACK IN SANTA FE

I was really worried about the security in this hotel because the desk person handed me the keys to another hotel room and the maids let me into any room I asked to be let into.

I have stayed here for 2 different occasions. Both times I have had NOT one complaint. I enjoyed my time there and most likely I will be back next year.

Booking online made the value (price for what you get) reasonable. The 'Hot breakfast area' was so crowded each morning (I stayed 3 nights), that you felt like you were in a cattle call so I ate somewhere else each morning. The 'Hot Breakfast menu' leaves much to be desired. The lone public computer is useful, however it is positioned poorly, as it […] is at the front desk and everyone in the lobby can easily see what you are doing. One general comment would be about the walking distance to restaurants especially for breakfast. How far is walking distance if it's raining or snowing? 더 보기

Completly not satisfied...Soiled towels stuffed in hotel room safe with strange bottle of gross liquid......almost whole staff were unhelpful...dirty carpeting in hotel....spend extra $$$ and staff somewhere better...

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location was fine. But I have never stayed in a hotel where you must plug in the lights or unplug them since there was no on/off switches.

Two problems: Ice maker not working and television not working. Two solutions: Ice fixed quickly and they gave us another room. What more can you ask for?

There is nothing fancy about this hotel but then it is a Super 8. If you just need a place to stay that provides hot breakfast it is great for the price.

When we arrived the gentleman at the desk was inviting and welcoming. He is an asset. The rooms do not have televisions that work. He was constantly on the telephone or going to a room to reboot the t.v.'s. He moved our room when the t.v. could not be rebooted. the pillows are like bricks and as thin as paper. Overall a nice little hotel w/ friendly service and clean comfy rooms, with clean comfy beds. The only problems was dogs barking for over an hour in the room across the hall. But we changed rooms and it was fine.

For the price we recieved, my fiance and I were completely satisfied. Granted, we are not picky people, but the room was clean, the breakfast was accomadating, and the location was perfect. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to Old Town Santa Fe and about 15-20 minuts away from the casinos. I would recommend, especially for the price.

Very comfortable for the price could use some upgrade on carpet and mattresses, but ok quite and friendly staff

Decent hotel, clean and nice continental breakfast with waffles, bagels and cereal. Wish all hotels including this one did without the gross unwashed bedspreads! Rather just have only a sheet as we strip the bedspread anyway as I'm sure most people do this these days! Wish breakfast stayed open till 10 instead of 9am. Otherwise nice place to stay.

We had a good experience with the hotel and appreciated the low cost of the stay. We found the hotel staff very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel allows pets without a deposit, which was great since we had several pets with us during our stay. The breakfasts were O.K., but there was no variety in what they served. The rooms were in O.K. shape: air conditioning worked fine; the beds were O.K.; both rooms had access to wireless Internet; the satellite television worked fine. A few things around the hotel looked like they needed attention. For instance, the exercise room was not in working condition as best as I could tell. They may have some arrangement with some other hotel or facility for exercise, but I never asked. During our stay, the ice machine was having problems but the hotel did get it fixed, so they seem to be on top of things in general. By the way, there is no swimming pool at this hotel. As far as location is concerned, the hotel is on one of the main streets in Santa Fe and is very close to many restaurants, theaters, shopping, etc. The side street that one of the hotel entrances is on is very quiet, leading to a housing development with no other outlet. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only thing that did not work out for our reservation is our request for a first floor room allowing easy access for a disabled patron. We were forwarned about this before we booked but it was worth a shot. Overall, our experience went well.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, but a bit old smelling. That's the only complaint I have. The staff was excellent and very informative, breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable, location was great. I have stayed here twice and will definitely be back!

Hotel is located close to interstate and next to a truck stop; exterior noise is minimal. Offers laundry facilities and continental breakfast. Unfortunately, the sink drain and tub drain were plugged, leading us to believe that maintenance is a low priority or that the cleaning staff doesn't clean thoroughly enough to find those things. A little run-down, but basically fine. Would have preferred something more convenient to the sights in Santa Fe but that's on me, not the hotel.

This hotel was pretty clean, breakfast was good and for a one night stop it was adequate. The only irritant was the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway as they have the smoking rooms just across from the non-smoking rooms. I think this hotel would be served better if it would be a completely non-smoking facility.

Great hotel. very good price and they even have a real breakfast for free. We thought it was just a come one but they really did have do it yourself waffles and warm biscuits and gravy and sausage, slong with a variety of cereals and 24 hour coffee. They were doing some repairs/renovations so sometimes the stairs closest to our room were not usable. […] Overall this was a great hotel. The hotel is simple and adequate. The room was clean, the bed linens were ok, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should in the bathroom. You get soap, no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. I kept my slippers on the whole time. I couldn't work the tv satellite box but it may have been my low-techiness. I didn't ask for help with it. The Super 8 in Santa Fe NM is nice and clean, and the breakfeast is OK

Hotel was clean. Rooms a bit smaller than accustomed to, but comfortable. Placed in room next to lobby, so traffic noise was present, but minimal. Good value for the money in a less expensive motel.

There was no fridge or microwave in the room so we couldn't bring leftovers back to the room or keep could bottled water in the room.

Clean, comfortable, good service, quiet and economical. A the room also contained a safe. Great value

Pretty decent motel, but our toilet clogged in the morning. We called to have it fixed, and they said someone would be right up, so we didn't want to shower or dress until they came. An hour and a half later, having checked with the front desk again during this time, we finally showered and left. Wasted the morning. Would recommend - not a bad place - clean - not to modern - but works as a good place to mek a quick overnite stay on route to other locations
