The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were the same. The shower drained VERY slowly. After a quick shower, you're standing in ankle deep water. If a second person comes in to take a shower they are left with 6 inches of dirty water to stand in. Gross.

We were disappointed in the condition of the motel in general - old, worn out, in need of repair both cosmetic and functional. There was hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. We asked for an iron and ironing board - no board was available; the only iron they had had black stuff stuck on the ironing surface... totally unsuitable for use. The […] attendants were courteous and helpful as much as they could be, but they had few resources to work with. I stayed at this motel a few years ago and it was fine, but I will not do so again until I have assurance it has been brought up to standards. Overall, this was a bad lodging experience. 더 보기

the pepople who work there were great room was good. location was awsome and everything was good

we stayed for one night after visiting wineries nearby, prior to our weekend lodge stay. It was a nice room for value. Will stay again

Clean and nicely managed and a good value at the price. Not fancy. The picture showed a nice pool and hot tub...when we got there is was green and nasty and waiting for a spring cleaning. No chairs out yet. March in Kerrville is pretty nice, mid-70's to 80's, so I expected the pool to be ready to rock. Disappointing.

The front desk was very good, but after checking into the room there was a bath tub with out a drain plug. We asked for a plug on their form for requests and still did not have it when we left 4 days later. Asked for extra clean towel, no go. Never recieved coffee one day for the in room pot. TV chanels didn't even have OSCARS on them. Room itself was […] remodeled, clean carpet, comfortable beds, but hallway carpet was pulled up and a accident waiting to happen if older people were present. Rooms were NOT very sound proof either. More work need to be done to put up a sign that states recently remodeled. 더 보기

I was really surprised that a Super 8 served a hot breakfast; biscuits and gravy with link sausage. Awesome!

Because our room was upstairs and not with the exterior corridors facing the surrounding parking lots: it was on the side with the exterior corridor facing (inside )the courtyard/pool area: Parking is very, very inconvenient for unloading/loading luggage. The parking lots were on the complete opposite side of the room... The stairs and exterior corridors […] are the old type that have had only outdoor carpet/turf laid on them, so they are below par for ease of rolling luggage up/down. 더 보기

for being a super eight. it was fantastic. clean and comfortable. better breakfast than drury or like hotel. cheapest place for our adventure weekends. loved it. and you get a smile and someone besides a foreigner that you can actually understand.

I would recommend this hotel Mostly for the price! The condition of the room Was not the best but for the price it was alright.

Exterior corridors, old TV's, old furniture, new carpet and drapes. The “Smart Start” breakfast didn’t seem to be very well thought out. No yogurt or cut fruit. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Pretty much a standard motel.

Nice comfortable room. Would be nice to have lamps on both bedside tables, and also at least one lamp in room with enough light to see to read. People were nice, room was fine other than lighting.

Great location, cute pool, kid friendly

room is 50% updated, the hotel is a quiet place, breakfast has many options, fruit, wafles, sausages, I would recommend this hotel.

The size of the room was nice. The room was very clean. The walls could use some insulation. Every time someone flushed a toilet or took a shower I could hear. Other wise tbe room was very comfortable.

Our checkout time was noon on a Saturday. That morning we were first awoke at 10:30 am by housekeeping knocking at our door. We told them we were not ready yet. At 11:30, we got call from front desk and told them we will be leaving and did not need an extra day. Tnen at 11:45 we got another call from housekeeping. By 11:55, there were about 5 housekeeping […] cleaners gathered in a group around our vehicle, staring and saying a word as we were loading. They were possibly family members and had cultural indifferences. One started an air sweeper and apologized again when leaves and debris hit me and our car. The rooms were fair and clean, but we will not return to this hotel due to this perceived rudeness. 더 보기

This is a clean adequate older hotel. If you dont mind that your door is on the outside, this room will do fine. We prefer more upscale hotels, but for the price, this one was fine. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings were quiet. Perfect for a good nights sleep.

Although hotel is in renovation, most improvements appear cosmetic to the outside. Toilet was not firmly bolted down, seat was loose, valves in shower worked poorly, sink didn't drain, shower head was not firmly mounted. Bathroom door looked as if it had been hit, and the lock damaged. Daylight was visible around all four sides of the exterior room […] door, and the lock just barely caught. Noise came in easily from adjacent rooms. Breakfast on the weekends was OK - eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy on one day, but variable. Not quite IHOP quality. Monday was just commercial Danishes, or waffles, and coffee and orange juice. Waffles were available every day. Next time I will find another place. 더 보기

Staff friendly, a nice good stay

The shower curtain was nasty. The tub was dirty. The bathroom door didn't shut good. The bed was hard as a rock. The curtain was falling off. But other than that it was okay.

The parking there sucks. Had to park at the other end and walk, cause there was not place to park near the room.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was very clean and roomy. Nice hot breakfast and plenty of room to eat. Very quite and the back rooms where we stayed had a beautiful view. I will stay at this Super 8 the next time I am in the area.

All was good except they do not provide hangers to hang up your clothes....never had that inconvenience before in any hotel.

The Super 8 Kerrville is a budget motel. I found it clean and comfortable. As a budget motel I would even call it superior. In my opinion, you must look at significantly more expensive properties to find nicer accommodations. Tiny imperfections that did not bother me: The new paint made the door stick slightly. Also, it was July in the Texas Hill Country, […] so a cricket managed to get into the room. I don't find that unusual in the least. You want a basic place to sleep, the Super 8 Kerrville will satisfy better than other budget motels I have been in. I will almost certainly stay there again. 더 보기

The Super 8 in Kerrville was just what we were looking for for an overnight on our way to Arizona. It was reasonably priced, clean, recently renovated and convenient off the interstate. They had a very nice breakfast too.

This hotel appears to have just opened under new management. It is an older facility and still needs a few repairs and upgrades. When we arrived we had to wait at least 20 minutes for them to clean our room and make the beds. The staff was nice, although most of them did not speak English. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean. We didn't have […] time to use the pool, but they did have a fairly nice one. The part that bothered me most was the Sunday morning front desk clerk sitting in the breakfast area, chatting away on her cell phone while the breakfast area was in dire need of attention. The waffle mix had completely run out, as did the foam coffee cups. Over all, the selection for breakfast was a bit sparse and disappointing. I opted for toast and jelly. The juice machine had three different types of juice, but you had to guess which one was which because they were not labeled. They did have a big screen T.V. in the breakfast area which would appeal to some people. The hotel appeared more run down than I expected, especially for the price we had to pay. The bathroom door didn't lock and it had a large round dent in it. The indoor outdoor carpet which covered the long corridors outside was in very sad shape and made the hotel appear more tacky than it actually was. I think this hotel has some potential, but they are not there yet. They are not up to par with La Quinta or Holiday Inn, or even motel 6. The going rate is still comparable to the 1st two chains mentioned. Even with the discount from hotels.com I don't feel like I got my moneys worth. The location is good, and it will be interesting to see where the new management ultimately will take it. 더 보기

Great hotel for the money, with clean rooms, comfy bed and fantastic pool. Hotel staff helpful. The lobby breakfast was so-so. Good location right next to convenience store and nearby restaurants.

This is a good hotel for the price. We stayed here while attending the Kerrville Folk Festival and it's a much more comfortable stay than camping. The pool was clean and nice, the beds were comfy and the a.c. worked though it was kind of noisy.
