The location was great for the purpose of my stay. Got a room with fridge and microwave for much cheaper than what others were offering in the area. The comfort level was definitely not plush, but it was decent with at least the essentials. Booking online for 3+ days on hotels.com gave an extra discount. I was not please with the hotel staff submitting people in before check in time as I was unable to get any additional accommodations. Previous years I have always gotten a refrigerator or microwave this year I could not, they were completely un willing to help me. I only checked in three hours after check in time.

This was a great value for what you receive, the rooms were clean and it was very fair priced.

The heater in my room was so noisy kept me up all night. The staff was helpful and courteous. the beds are hard as a rock. otherwise enjoyed my stay. thank you

Everything was great! Friendly helpful staff. Well kept site and everything we needed for rest and relaxation.

First thing I did was draw a bath to relax and start the evening off right, wring! I got in and there was a gritty substance, then my husband says why is the water blue? someone didn't wash out the comet! If that wasn't bad enough, I looked over and saw a little red hair floating next to me, and a big chunk of dead skin. I showered and all I could do […] for the rest of the night was look at how dirty this place was. I think we may have gotten a smoking room. Not a fancy hotel but the price was right. We wanted a pool for the kids to swim in and a continental breakfast and the hotel was just what we expected within the price range. Beds were comfortable and we slept soundly.

We have stayed here a few times now (over the past few years), and have never been disappointed. The free transfer to the airport used by the hotel is reliable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others-very close to the airport and the breakfast is lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at Super 8 last week. We had another friend stayed there also and enjoy the stay also. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the hotel smelled musky, not pleasant. no fridge. uncomfortable bed. maids tried to come in though we hadn't checked out yet, we still had a while before 12pm checkout time. good thing the chain block was used, always forget about the do not disturb sign not a great experience for the price

We stayed at super 8 going and coming to the coast from Idaho. Both nights were great. The clerks were very helpful and we enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning.

walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the people next to you are saying (and doing) in the rooms surrounding you, doors opening and banging shut all night. Rooms are not comfortable or inviting. The breakfast was really good though, lots of variety. Would choose another hotel if I had to do it again.

It was pretty ghetto. Wasnt horrible but looked really dirty (floors and chair) pretty discusting. I had to get an extra sheet for my daughter to play on cause there was no way I was going to let her touch the floor, chair or comforter. The staff was nice when I could find them. The reservation process on line was easy enough. Got to the hotel and they did not have a roll-a-way as I was promised on line. I asked why and they blamed it on Hotels.com. Said I should have called them direct and there was nothing they could do. The counter staff was rude about the hole thing. Room smelled of smoke, I expected that as it was a smoking […] room and only three rooms were left. Burn marks on the floor from cigaretts. Breakfast was crouded. Checkout went well. Overall it was about what I expected, but I customer service should have been better. I rented two rooms! 더 보기

we had a good time, the staff was very helpfull, with direction to areas around them. it was a safe place to leave our stuff in the room. we happen to be staying at the same time the baseball kids were there we the running up and down the hall was a little bad, but thats not the hotels fault.

Great experience. Super nice and clean. Ideal Location for both Bend and Redmond. Good surounding shops and restaurants. Nice Pool.

The bed was hard, pillow smelled were stiff and smell of smoke.

Hotel was decent. Just what I would expect from a super 8. Didn't like the fact that hotels.com put us in a handicapped room. We didn't need these accommodations, the room should have been reserved for someone who may need it. After calling the front desk, they refused to change my room (because I booked through hotels.com) they said there was nothing […] they could do. 더 보기

We stayed at the Super 8 to go to the Deschutes County Fair. It was the perfect location. We were right next to the farigrounds and also in walking distance to a couple good restaurants. We made use of the in-door pool and spa. Breakfast was acceptable - my son loved the waffles. Super 8 Redmond is a good value.

The staff dosent care and the rooms are surface cleaned. It is at a good location just off the freeway entering bend from the south and near to a grocery store....thats about it. They allow dog show people to stay with thier dogs and so you have that smell and noise of barking and whining at doors all around.

Dirty towels, broken faucet and breakfast was less than even a continental.

Rates high for quality. Personnel excellent and courteous - they tried. Continenal Breakfast quite limited.

It was good for the price. Friendly people. OK breakfast.

We arrived late and there was still plenty of parking. We went to our room and noticed a pungent smell about the room, so we requested a new room possibly the other end of the hotel. We were given a new room at the other end without any hassels and the desk clerk was very apologetic. The hotel room was fine for what we needed. We would stay there a […] gain. 더 보기

The rooms were pleasant, and the accomodations comfortable.

The walls were not painted it looked as if they ran out of money and could'nt aford to finish. The registration people were nice. But the morning breakfast wasn't to good they ran out of milk and waffle batter, my son was down there 30 minuets before they closed and all he was able to get was a bagle and 1\4 of a waffle and coffee when I got there he […] was just taking a waffle out and gave me it after waiting in line to get one himself. When he was able to make one for himself there was enough batter for a quarter of a waffle they also ran out of apple juice, which was what I wanted. 더 보기
