Ok but there was no handycap ramps on sidewalks and. No hamdycap rooms with shower for same.also no discount on rooms for around.

The room was very disgusting not clean. Found rotten food behind the dresser. And the hotel manager was very rude.

comfortable and proprietor very friendly. Give them a call!

Yeah, not only was I not impressed, I was a little concerned about the usual things one is concerned about regarding the cleanliness of the hotel. Carpet was musty and I just didn't feel comfortable sitting on the bedspread. Sheets seemed to be clean and no visual evidence of bed bugs, so I guess maybe it was ok, just seemed overpriced for the quality […] of the room. 더 보기

The hotel smelled very old. No padding under the very thin carpet. Chain lock on door was broken. The electrical plugs in room were very loose and most of the time failed to keep our electrical items charged. No ice machine.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The owners/managers were very accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to others. Will stay here again. See access as you come into town. Plenty of parking space.

Enjoyed the comfy stay of this very clean hotel. Definately recommend!

Room appeared clean, sheets seemed thin {{ my sheets at home have been used for 20 + years and aren't that thin!! mine are still crisp and new-like}}, sheets quite wrinkled, almost like just slept in?, bedspread was well used, not in good condition, threads all over, quilting coming undone..... Bed seemed comfortable, hotel close enough to shopping […] or sights...a bit of a distance from "downtown " center. price was high for value received. 더 보기

Pretty standard for a Super 8. The breakfast is limited to cereal, bagels, toast and fruit. The ice machine was not working at any time during our three day stay.

The only real complaint I had here were that the air conditioner made a lot of noise, but not much cool air. Roswell in the summer is one place where you definitely need a functioning AC. I had to wait for it to get desert-cold at night and then open a window to make it through the night. I didn't bother to call anybody about it because I doubted they […] could fix it in the one night I was staying there. Also the walls may be thinner than elsewhere; that or there was just an unusual excess of loud children in adjacent rooms. The hotel is kind of far from the "action" (cough) in Roswell...but so were most of the others and it's a small enough town, so, who cares? So go for it, just be prepared to maybe have to call the desk about getting a room with a working AC. 더 보기

We appreciated the room, the fact that it had a recliner, microwave, and refrigerator, breakfast snacks, and free wi-fi, which are hard to find at this price. I was able to meet and have contact with the owner; I enjoyed this and liked him.

Hotel was in a good area to shops and location. The hallways smelled of smoke but the rooms were fine. Clean and looked as if they tried to keep updated. Breakfast was simple and good. Will stay again for one or two nights but if longer would probably go elsewhere. Had a nice pool area.

Wasn't bad, pretty average hotel and cleanliness wasn't an issue at all.

This is by far, the worst hotel I've ever booked here on Hotels.com. I was in town to visit mom in hospital and was told I would be charged extra if my mom was released from hospital because she might eat too much free continental breakfast. The staff was extremely rude and unaccomidating. There was no elevator, carpet in hallway was FILTHY, manager/owner […] was very rude, lipstick stains on sheets, almost cut my hand while trying to turn on lamp that had a broken bulb, and room was only cleaned one of the three nights stayed. asked for a room on bottom floor in case my disabled mom would come, and was tol no because there was too much guests. there were only three rooms boooked the three nights I had to stay. Was also told i had to leave my room at a certain time so my room could be cleaned. Mgr stated cleaner was very busy; even though only three other rooms booked. Very sad. Will never, ever consider any other Super 8 motel again. 더 보기

The room was clean and nice, but the heating and cooling unit was way to noisy. We had to shut off the unit just to get some sleep.
