I like the location of the hotel and it's surroundings. The service was good and my kids love their pool and continental breakfast. The only complaint I had was that my room smelled a little musty and room service did not remake my bed when they came in to clean my room. I chose to use the same sheets two nights in a row, but they could have at least […] made the bed when they came in. I hardly noticed that they had been there. I've stayed in better, but not for less. The desk clerk also spent more than 30 minutes straightening out my reservation which somehow got trashed in the reservation process. Very helpful. I stop in this town every few months, and I'll probably continue to use this hotel.

The hotel was great. the swimming pool were great and the people were so nice

For the price, the place was decent. Unlike other hotels in that area for the price, they had a pool, hot tub, and (very) small workout room. It was clean, and perhaps better taken care of than other similar hotels. Breakfast is just OK, but is out until 10 a.m., so that was also a bonus.

Not the place for a light sleeper; lots of noise from the store parking lot next door. The king sized bed and easy chair footstool need to be replaced. Both sink and tub didn't drain very fast. Room was otherwise clean and breakfast bar average.

This hotel claims to have Wi Fi,... but only has two access points and does not cover Wi Fi in the rooms. The breakfast was lame! The only hot item was oatmeal and a waffle. Spend the extra $ and go to a better hotel.

The service was exceptional, I had no complaints. It was next to. Wal mart,gas, the highway, lots of places to eat. The. Indoor pool, work out room and spa were a plus.

Best value for your money. We stayed at this hotel for one night and were very satisfied. The rooms were clean and up to date, the beds were comfortable and it was really easy to find, right near the freeway. There are restaurants close by and even a Wal-mart. We were more content staying here that we were at another chain hotel we visited a few days […] prior to this and, America's Best Value Inn was less expensive. It reminded us of a basic motel but in a way, just like a more reputable but at a lower rate. breakfast was good can make your own waffles. Not much of a varity but still good.

Check in took way to long, especially after having confirmation paperwork in hand. The clerk had no idea how to process a Hotel.com reservation. Key locks worked for one day and then had to go to the desk for re-program. Small(very small) workout room. Narrow hotel room which made it feel very small and cramped. Convenient to the interstate and to restaurants. I had booked through hotels.com, and the desk had no knowledge of my prepaid reservation, and had to make a phone call to verify. Room was ordinary, but everything worked, and the linens were clean.

If you are on a budget and just need a bed for the night then this will do the trick.

For a 2 queen bed room it was very small. The sink, just outside of the bathroom was so small I couldn't fit my cosmetic bag on it . The bathroom itself had the toilet just inside the door and you had to kind of twist between the door and bathroom to get inside. The swimming pool and hot tub were great until the unaccompanied children of other guests […] came and wanted to sit in the hot tub. We told them they had to have a parent with them which was what the rules said. The father came over to the hot tub read the rules and said since it said adult supervision would it be okay if they got in with us, we said we were just leaving. Come on people if you bring your kids no matter how sweet you think they are, realize others may not share your feelings. Not to mention the fact we were not there to babysit!. The breakfast bar was okay, nothing special. The syrup provided for the hot waffles was so watered down, rather than flavoring the waffle it made it soggy. The juice was also pretty watered down. The housekeeping staff were very friendly but the front desk staff seemed indifferent. . For the money it was just okay. I would recommend this hotel to others only if no other room could be found for the same price. 더 보기

We were very satisfied with the location of the hotel and the comfort we experienced, thanks for a great stay.

It was a nice overnight stay. The room was really clean, which was great for my little ones. It was right next to lots of stores.

I was for the most part satisfied with my stay. My only complaint is that my room key kept deactivating. I kept having to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. The receptionist helped me, but she was not apologetic at all. Other than that, the stay was good. This hotel has a good selection of breakfast items.

On arrival, the building looked older and we had our doubts. Once inside we found the building to be well maintained and the staff were very friendly. I booked here as a one night stop en route to a job. The location is on the edge of a large shopping plaza, reasonably convenient to the Interstate. Rooms are clean, Breakfast in the AM was quite good and free to guests. Overall this is a nice,clean, and friendly motel that is nice for a stop while traveling. Rooms were clean but the stale odor in the room was a little overwhelming. I took care of it with a can of lysol spray I bought a Wal-Mart next door. The mattress was very soft which I guess it good for some but not us. For 1 or 2 nights it may be Ok, but we were there for 5. Motel was clean, room was comfortable, and staff was friendly. The bed in my room was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on.
