Awesome breakfast, very nice rooms

Bathroom door handle was broken. Could not close the door tightly (latch would not catch) nor could the door be locked. Otherwise the room was clean and pleasant.

Stayed here for two nights while on business in Bridgeport. Brought my wife and 1 yr old daughter with me. Great little pool and hot tub, convenient location for my business, extra room of the suite and kitchenette make a difference for the family. Hotel is basic, not the best bed I've ever slept in, but great value for the money and lots of space.

We took our grandchildren, 6 and 10, for a winter blahs getaway. The pool and hot tub were great, and we had them to ourselves. Breakfast was very nice and the room wasn't crowded. Our suite was very comfortable, and the kids had their own room with pull out couch and TV/DVD. The rooms are not too large, but big enough, with a fridge, stove, dishwasher etc. The breakfast was quite good, and the pool, which was the main draw for us, perfect for my uses w younger kids. When checking in, they were very concerned about minimal noise.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicous!

We were extremely pleased with the hotel. We lived in the area for many,many years. Now, we only visit our grown children and found this hotel the best in the area and trust me, we have tried them all. This will be our only choice in the future!

My girlfriends & I enjoyed our night away from kids & husband/fiance. Homewood suites surely made our time enjoyable. We look forward to booking her again.

Would have been nice if we had more time, but the staff was friendly and the experience was wonderful.

This is a very nice property. We had business in Stratford, and this was right off the parkway and 5 minutes from town. All the amenities were there, and the breakfast was better than most. Some others don't give you eggs and meats. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. Clean and extremely comfortable. My family and I have stayed at many resorts and hotels,but by far the homewood suites had the the most comfortable bed ever!! As a clean phobic this suite was tops inside and out! Will definitely look into homewood for future travel as top of our list . The only complaint I had was I wish we had found this hotel sooner! The hotel we usually stay at when traveling in this area was renovating their pool so we decided to look elsewhere. I'm so glad we did! There were four adults and three children in our group; we stayed in a two bedroom suite which was HUGE, clean, beautiful, "homey" and very affordable. […] It had a kitchen area, dining/living area and two bathrooms off of each bedroom. The pool was very nice and well maintained; we all had a ball! And although we knew breakfast was included the next day we were still PLEASANTLY surprised at just how nice it was and just how much was offered...homemade waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, etc... With the size of our family, if we had gone out to a restaurant and ordered all of that food the bill would have easily been $50 or more... and the quality was GOOD! Checkout was an hour later then most other hotels and on top of that, they still gave us a late checkout with no hassels! Our rooms mattress was bigger than the box spring resulting in a bad back. When I saw the yellow tile with old grout I thought it was 1978 allover again. Will not go back there again.

The hotel was without eletricity due to severe weather. My primary reason for my stay at this hotel was for the kitchen. The weather force me to change my travel plans. I had to stay an additional day. The hotel charge me a greater rate than when they had electricity. They would not allow me to book the additional day through Hotel.com. The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was a nice added bonus to the hotel.

The hotel was immaculately clean and very comfortable. While the surrounding area lacks amenities, restaurants and shops are within a few minutes drive. Super convenient to the highway.

This hotel was very nice. All staff are friendly. The suite was comfortable, stylish and clean. And best of all pet friendly.

Our family of five stopped at this hotel as an overnight stop on a roadtrip. The room was spacious and clean, a perfect fit for our needs.

Hotel was OK but was kind of run down. It still had old tile and not so great grouting like it was 1977 or something. The mattress was larger than the boxspring making for an unpleasant nights sleep. Didn't even bother with the breakfast.

FYI, if you are considering a hotel and have small children, and want to be close to the highway, stores, shore line, kids museum, and a zoo, and want the staff to make you feel as if you are home, then by all means this is the right choice. We gave this Hotel a Five star rating.

The hotel was a little hard to find. It sits behind a Senior center by Hilton. Was not sure if I could make a left at the light when entering, but you can.

My wife, two kids, I, and our new puppy booked this hotel as our first pet-friendly hotel. There were about 5 or 6 other pets staying there, so i didn't feel awkward. The hotel is close to several beaches, which my family went to while I sat with the dog (no dogs on beach!). We visited Sleeping Giant State Park for a nice hike to the towers. The hotel […] itself was nice and the staff courteous. My son was very pleased the night we arrived they offered a free hot dog dinner (Mon-Thursday = free dinner), and my wife got a free glass of wine. We would have liked to try a drive-in in CT, but the nearest was an hour away, which would mean getting back too late and too much time in the car for kids and pets. I would have stayed at this hotel as a single guy, or also now as a married family man. 더 보기

We stayed here because it was conveniently located to a wedding we were attending. There didn't seem to be much else in the area to explore, but we didn't go looking that hard either. The rooms were clean and quiet, and surprisingly homey with a full kitchen (microwave, fridge, 2-burner stove, dishwasher) stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We stayed […] in the room one cloudy afternoon to do some work, and it was pleasant enough for that. The wireless internet is slow, but it's also free so I can't really complain. They do skimp on some amenities - The free cookies in the lobby taste like stale Chips Ahoy, and we were scraping off the melted American cheese from the breakfast eggs. The room & hotel was one of great I've never seen. It is really convenient for family trip. The room looks like my home. Thanks. One thing, I had to sleep at a sofa, because my family group was huge number. So I used a extra blaket & pillow that was in the closet. This was a wonderful hotel. Employees were very friendly. The King Suite was very nice. Would stay again.

We had requested a Non-Smoking King Suite in January for a stay in May. When we checked in to our room it reeked of smoke. Upon notifying the desk they told us they did not have a non-smoking room available, but could have housekeeping "refresh" it. Believe me it would have taken a lot more than Febreze to get rid of the smell! When we declined this […] option we were offered a Queen Handicapped access suite on the ground floor which ended up being fine if a little smaller than the original suite reserved. No traffic noise to speak of. The pool/hot tub area is clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast buffet was great -cereal, eggs, waffles, bagels, pastries etc. Had to bring it back to our room to eat as breakfast area has limited seating. Room was spacious and clean and better than it looked in the photo. The best feature of staying here was the complimentary breakfast which was excellent! It was nice to be able to walk to the lobby to eat before checking out.

My wife and I usually stay at the Marriott Hotel in Trumbull but we decided to try some other place this time. We found a diamond in the rough!! This hotel was far superior and less expensive plus it offered a free breakfast. We would highly recommend this establishment to anybody that wants good quality for a good price.

We had a great time at this hotel. The pool and hot tub was clean and rarely ever had a lot of people. The continental breakfast each day was hot and tasty. The employees were very helpful and catered to our needs, even when we arrived at 2pm for a 3pm checkout. We were able to get a room in a matter of minutes. We would definitely go again. This hotle met or exceeded all of my expectations. It is in excellent condition, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good with lots of options. I highly recommend it. My only slight concern was I had a little trouble finding the driveway as we came of the exit from Route 15. It is pretty much straight ahead but you can't get there  […] directly. 더 보기
