Knights Inn Scranton Wilkes Barre - 피츠톤

I stayed there during the week prior to Memorial weekend and when I had to extend my stay they gave me the room at the same rate instead of jacking the price up like all the other hotels I checked. Very nice staff.

A nice, clean, no-frills room. I did miss not having a coffee maker in the room, so pack the instant variety to heat in the microwave. All in all nice place for the price.

The place was great. The building was old, but very well maintained. The room was spotlessly clean. A real bargain.

Well..when i got there the check in lady was very nice. ..warned me of various people staying there. ok. Then i went to the room where the tiolet didnt work. called front desk got a plunger and had to plunge it to work. Which was gross, because other people's waste came up. Then there was privates hair in the tub and all over the mattress pads. took […] them off them bed. Lucky for me I have a take along vacuum in my truck. I cleaned them both and scrubbed the room down. Which i am guessing the maid should have done before check-in. The a/c was cold. Beds was comfy, after they were cleaned. wish we had better tv channels though. Television choices kinda were boring. 더 보기

Great,everything was better than expected.Beginning with check in and ending with check out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. Would come back again. stayed here for a night on the drive from chicago to new england. the exterior looks a little run down, but the room itself is better. don't expect the ritz carlton here--no plush towels, superior mattresses, etc.--and they're not trying to be the ritz carlton. but they do provide basic, clean rooms for those on a budget or simply passing through. the […] bed isn't as firm as i'd like but tolerable for one night's stay. breakfast consisted of coffee and donuts. i'd say skip them and go to the mcdonald's down the block. overall, not a bad place to crash. 더 보기

For the price, I guess ok. However right along main route and a lot of nightime traffic noise. Also had to walk outside and go to office in the morning for coffee.(Not Good) TV has no premium channels

Seriously, believe me, it reeked. We kept the door open and fan on, but still a disgusting smell. TV remote didn't work - changed it 3 times at the office, plus not enough channels. Don't expect much of a breakfast - we've stayed at other Knight's Inns, and the breakfast has been great (ie Liverpool, NY). Find another hotel.

This fit our needs perfectly. It was more than we expected for the price. Very convenient to major roads. Some road noise, but that could be covered over by having the fan/ac running

Nice hotel if you are looking for a good clean place to sleep.no blow dryer in the room but they have some at the desk you can use so thats fine. this is not a resort but you are not paying for a resort either will stay there again when going to Moheghan Sun Casino only 4 miles away

hotel was a good deal for the price. the neighborhood was real noisey (interstate traffic) and local nightlife.

The customer service of the hotel staff was great. Very friendly staff. However, the walls were paper thin in the rooms and you can hear everything including the loud conversation and loud cleaning done by the staff in the early hours of the morning.
