not very well maintained hotel, definitely too expensive for the quality. Service really poor, there were no towels in the room and I had to pick them up at reception; no apologies for that from stuff.

I felt that it was very outdated and saw alot of things that needed to be fixed around the hotel. When I went in to look at the pool there was trash all over the ground. My drain in the shower was VERY slow and made for a interesting shower. I think i overheard that they were doing a remodle in the new year...much needed

Heat was turned on very low or off in most of the hotel, hallways were cold and my room was even colder. Cranked the heater to max but it was broken. Moved to another room which was no better

Would not recommend this hotel due to lack of services available on site. Advertised as a conference center with a dining room/bar and pool services. Upon arrival we were informed the bar and pool were only open on week-ends. We returned to our room Friday evening following a family funeral and wanted a snack and a leisurely swim in the pool. Specificially chose this hotel because it is close to the highway and a straight shot to downtown. Staff at desk was unpleasant. Although the pool was very nice I never saw anyone swimming-,aybe because the water was VERY cold. Bar was closed and when questioned as to why the desk clerk mumbled something about an "economic downturn" which I guess is […] short for "not enough staff". Lounge was not open and they could not match Hotel.com rate when we needed another night $5 extra dollars bummer. Staff was excellent

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were filthy. The mattresses were actually another boxspring sitting on top of the other in one of our rooms. The pool is supposed to be heated and was ice cold. The property is falling apart had holes in the wall in our room. Windows are supposed to open they don't. Floors didn't appear to have been vacuumed […] in weeks. Bathroom in one room had what looked like vomit all over the back of the door. Needless to say this was not the weekend I had planned for my boyfriends 40th birthday. If there had been any other hotel rooms available in the area we would have moved. But since the nascar race and a big golf tournament were going on there where no rooms to be had. 더 보기

hi-- nice quiet, suburban area. Nice pool. Rooms themselves were nice/modern and so was the pool but the rest of the hotel was surprisingly run down. Breakfast was fine.

It was very clean and in decent condition. Very comfortable bed with 4 pillows. Had a very nice continental breakfast included with scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes! Good value for the money! Close enough to stay after an event at Toyota Park.

The room needed some serious work. There were mold stains (or mold??) on the grout of the shower tiles. It looked like there was a lot of deferred maintenance in the room and on the grounds. Everything looked old and shabby except the bedding, which was very nice. The hot breakfast was good and the staff were really pleasant.

i felt dirty the minute I walked into the room. the building was located right next to a noisy highway and its surroundings were desolate. the carpet was dirty, the air was musty and the decor depressing. i would film a horror movie in this hotel.

We chose this hotel specifically because the website listed it had an indoor pool and games. When we arrived, the pool had no water in it and only one game working. The continental breakfast had minimal items as well. We had a do not disturb sign in the door--yet housekeeping called and asked to clean the room!

No real complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Stayed one night for business meeting the next day. Only issue was that the room was very hot when I arrived (heater was on full blast). Turned it to cool and it adjusted in a reasonable timeframe. Wireless was pretty speedy (for a hotel), and connection strength was good.

I stayed here for one night on a recent visit to Argonne. Pros: - The staff was helpful and courteous. - The price was excellent. - Continental breakfast included. - Free WiFi. - Pool; looked to be like a nice facility although I did not use it. This hotel is located directly on an interstate highway, which is excessively loud. The hallways are musty and there are odd and offensive smells throughout the common areas. It is an old hotel that looks like they are slowly fixing it. The hotel has a smokey smell to it. the shower did not work very well. the hotel was right on the expressway and the rooms are loud. it sounds like you are sleeping on the road. Breakfast was great! scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage. plus all the normal contental breakfast stuff.
