I was only staying for convenience to get to Fathers funeral. There are no coffee makers in room. I had a smoking room with NO ashtrays and had to ask twice. On the day of my fathers funeral While blow drying my hair , my hair was sucked into the back of the hair dryer and burned. Due to no back on the hair dryer. We have been there several times but not recently. The whole lower section except for the buffet(which we enjoy) is vacant. Very depressing and the exterior could use some attention.

The River Palms is not very glamorous hotel in Laughlin but it's a great place to stay and play around. They have easy access boat parking and easy access to The River Walk. The food choices are a little limited but it's a short walk or River Taxi ride to all the other casinos. I don't gamble very much but the casino is nice and has a decent mix of […] slots. Very clean large room, almost looks brand new, only thing we did to like is it's location, it was way at the opposite end on casino drive, too far distance to walk to all the other hotels, especially when it was 107 degrees. Normally we stay at Edgewater which is ideally located. I liked the video deuces wild poker machines at the River Palms, and we […] liked the no smoking section in the casino. The hotel room was very dated and lacks the amenities that a hotel of this size should offer. Service was fair but could be better. No laundry service was avaiable for this particular weekend and should have been due to the nature of the event being held in this town. Would not stay here again !!!

The mattress in our room had a huge dip in it. Also the outside of the hotel needs some TLC. Other than that it was clean inside. Outside windows need cleaning! It was very quiet. Loved our view!

I really can't say anything exceptional about the River Palms. Service was acceptable average or below. Amenities were minimal. No Iron in room. No coffee pot. Which these days are standard in any Hotel I have ever stayed in. Not really impressed for the fee.

Hotel was just ok. The shower will not drain so my family have to move to another room the next day. The front desk gave me the wrong information about the wifi and I had to call the support to no help. so here is what happened. As I checked in I ask if they have WIFI and the front desk informed me that there is a fee for a 24 hour access. I purchased […] the WIFI at 8AM the next day and to my surprise the thing stopped working at 3pm (7 hours access) so I called ATT and I was told that usage window is based of purchased date and check out end time of that day. Yup, I didnt read the WIFI disclosure since I was relying on the info that I received from the clerk. Maybe not going back but we shall see. Other hotels in the area offers the 24 hours wifi as 24 hours. 더 보기

We got put into a smoking room that smelled horrible, they moved us to another non smoking room and when we were unpacking...lifted the toilet seat and the toilet was full of very bad feces! They did come right away and clean the bathroom again. There was not any coffee makers, no irons and the hair dryer barely worked. There buffet was terrible, go […] to Dennys there instead! Clean room. T.V. had only about 8 channels. No hot water in shower on second day. Front desk said it was because of capacity of guests-something they should know beforehand.

Price is very reasonable, For the price, you possible think the hotel is old and dirty, it is not, the room is nice clean and clean.

Clean room, if boring, good staff. Tightest poker machines ever. Overall a great deal.

Service was fine. Room was good. Valet was perfect. But, hotel charged my card without authorization. And only women that ganders that. Is off work. Hmmmm?

The room itself was passable...nothing extrordinary. The bathroom sink was stopped up and I called the first night and was told that they would have someone up to fix it. It was really gross having someone else's whiskers left in the sink when the water finally went down! Ewwwwwwww! The River Palms in Laughlin,NV is not in comfortable walking distance to the rest of the casinos in this small town. My hotel room was nice but only had a 25-27" older (nonHD) TV. The hotel had a lot of vacant space - entire lower level of casino was empty. The small buffet is open for dinner only during the week. Enjoyed it very much, will go back soon

I enjoyed staying at this hotel mainly for the price, but the beds were very comfortable, I was able to sleep very well. Other than the fact that you really didn't have a great selection as far as gaming tables, it was better for me as far as financial savings. I recommend this hotel mainly on price alone. You can't beat it at all!

My boyfriend and I went with some friends for his birthday. We had an amazing time. Great river view, clean and cozy rooms.

Everyone was very nice and the view was beautiful.

Old hotel could use lots of updating. The beds are the most comfy we have had in awhile (while traveling, which we do a lot). Room was reasonably clean. No bad smells, so that was good.

This hotel is a great bargain midweek for thrift conscious travelers. The location right on the river, next to the Riverwalk, is ideal. Amenities include a nice pool, non-smoking section in the casino, great little coffee shop, and an inexpensive buffet. Hotel is older, but has been remodeled with new beds and plush bedding.

Overall, very good for the price. Check-in is a snap!

We were pleased overall with our stay in the hotel. It was clean, pleasant and well laid out. Again, we did enjoy our stay but some items that could have used improvement or were not particularly to our liking were, no inofrmation in the room (about the hotel, services,area, nothing the only thing in the room was the Gideon Bible), the bed had a pillow […] top cover which was too soft for our tastes, wifi internet is an extra $10 a day (I do applaud them for not making it a non-optional "resort fee" like so many other hotels), It looks like half the hotel is closed down (it is neat and orderly but a little vacan t looking on the lower floor). The entire staff was amazing! 5 star customer service! That alone is worth it's weigh in gold. I have several return trips to make to Laughlin, and I plan on staying at the River Palms each time. Slots affordable, rooms clean, river view the best, great lighting in parking garage, smoking rooms DIDN'T smell like an old ashtray, pillow top beds!, NO […] coffee pot in room but $2 coffee (compared to $5 at other casinos) close to elevators & 6th cup free! Bottom level of casino is under construction but you wouldn't know it unless you went downstairs. Security staff was very friendly & helpful with directions to the MUST SEE Petroglyphs in Grapevine Canyon...15 min drive from hotel (car friendly road). AGAIN...customer service was great...reminded me of what it use to be 20 years ago! Look forward to my returning trips! 더 보기

Nice quiet room, very good deal for money

For a start it was a very nice room with a very good bed and a good bathroom, but the window was so dirty it was hard to enjoy the beautiful wiew from the 14:th floor. In a hotel of this class i missed a stationary computer free of charge for registered hotel guests for possibility to check emails and to book hotel rooms further on the travel. We enjoyed the hotel as we have in the past. Good slots and good food. Would love to stay there again and take in the gambling even though winning never happens for us but we have fun and expect to lose.
