We stayed at the super 8 on the last day of our vacation. It is a short shuttle ride to the airport. We dropped our rental car off the night before and took the shuttle back to the hotel and took the shuttle back to the airport in the morning. Both times the shuttle was very fast and on time.

Friendly staff... Free parking... My room smelled like smoke. And I had a hand full of sunflower seeds on the marble counter near the bathroom. Because it was camouflage like, I swear they were playing hide and seek the sunflower seeds... So odd

Good location and breakfast

Comfortable, clean room and bath with all the amenities I needed, cheerful pickup and service even though I arrived at midnight, a very good experience, I'd stay here again.

It was definitely 2-star nothing more or less. The bedding was clean but the floor needed vacuuming. Towels were stiff and room stuffy. If we'd had to stay longer than one night, we would've moved to a different hotel. But one night was okay. Parking abundant. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is awesome! When we go to SF this is the place for us! It is quiet, VERY clean and the cost is fantastic!

For a night or two in the area, low cost, simple, this was perfect. they were friendly at the desk, the next day they let me check out late. Everything was great. I will stay there in the future when I fly in or out of SFO.

NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE. OTHER WISE STAY WAS NICE.

Super 8 was a great place to stay. Nice breakfast,/ Complimentary Parking and wifi internet. Great staff and very friendly. I recommend this Super 8 Motel highly.

The stay was just for one night, and while I initially booked the low-price room through hotels.com, I called up later on and wanted to get a room with a Jacuzzi. They told me they had two types of Jacuzzi rooms, one with the Jacuzzi in the room itself (for x extra bucks a night) or one with the Jacuzzi in the bathroom (for x/2 extra bucks a night). […] I said I wanted the one with the Jacuzzi in the room. They agreed, and I assumed they added it to the reservation. When I got to the check-in, they said that the one room of that type was occupied, and that the request was only added as a comment on the reservation instead of being on the actual reservation. I was a little ticked off. Luckily they had one of the other rooms available, but based on what I saw from the pictures of the hotel, it was not nearly as special as it could have been. So, word to the wise (and I suppose this goes for any hotel), make sure any requests you make are added to the actual reservation, and not just as a comment on the reservation.Having said that, the place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. 더 보기

Convenient to airport and shuttle was on time. The breakfast was very well done for a small establishment.

I don't use the word cheap for less expensive. This place was lower in price than most but it was just a little cheap. I thought with the reviews I would be happily surprised with this Super 8. Having just stayed down the road at Milwood Inn for almost the same price I was very disappointed with Super 8. The security only made me feel like I was in […] a rough part of town, where a mile down the road I felt like I was in a cozy hotel with warmth and a cared for, more modern building, without the keyed entry lobby and interior access only. Super 8 rooms were very clean and the bedding crisp. The paint was a patchwork blue and spackle spotted. Good for a night sleep since we had quite neighbors and we were only there for 8 hours. 더 보기

We stayed here because of its close proximity to the airport hotel. We got in very late with our rental car and the parking lot was full...had to park in handicapped but moved the car early the next morning). Staff very nice and accommodating. Airport shuttle serves a number of hotels so it was a little late in picking us up at the airport after we […] returned our car a week later but they were on time for the trip to the airport the next morning. Staff made the extra effort of having the breakfast ready a few minutes early so we could grab something before we left on the shuttle to the airport. Overall good value. 더 보기

I was very happy with the hotel,this is a good deal, this close to the airport, I've spent a lot more at other Hotels next to the airport and got a lot less, nothing fancy but good enough for me

I would definitely recommend this hotel for those lloking to visit san francisco. Its close to everything, great location and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and free wifi internet and parking.

We didn't know what really to expect upon arrival being our first time in San Francisco but quickly discovered we found a gem! Great location within walking distance to Caltrain and buses. Easy access to food and entertainment. Quick ride on train to downtown activities.

I was very happy with this hotel. THe room was very clean. The rate was very good for the SF area, very competitive. The hotel was located in San Bruno. Not many restaurants in walking distance but if you have a car, it shouldnt be any problem. I would hightly recommend it.

A good place to stay near the airport. There are a quite a few motels near this one. We have stayed at about three other hotels in this area (all about the same price) and this one was the nicest.

Great stay for an overnighter

I agree with other reviewers that this is much better than other Super 8's I've stayed in. We only stayed overnight before an early flight, but the bed was the most comfortable one on our 11-day trip.

The room was clean, there was free parking, friendly front desk. The walls are very thin, but for the price, about what I expected. Great location, close to the airport.

Very nice place to stay overnight for next flight in SFO, clean and neat with all you need: comfortable bed, nice bathroom with clean towels, coffee machine in room, TV, and free shuttle toward airport 24h/day. Highly recommended!!

This hotel was great great service our room was clean, big, and quiet. it was close to everything. my wife and I loved it.

Nice enough for a budget hotel, wouldn't have wanted to stay long though. The shuttle service was solid.

Just needed a place to stay after a late night arrival at SFO and this was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Nothing special, but jsut what we needed. Staff missed the request for a cot, but it arrived in the room within ten minutes of our arrival. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here as we were catching a 6am flight the next day. Free shuttle to/from the airport and quite convennient overall.

I had read some bad reviews about the shuttle service, but I was picked up within 10 minutes of going to wait for it, without even having to call for it. The Bus was new, and the driver was very friendly and professional. The Young Lady who checked me in was very nice, without asking she told me of a few places near by I should check out and little […] restaurants that were good. Gave me the Wifi password and told me how to get to my room. The hotel itself is a little older looking, there are a few spots that look a little worse for wear but overall it is a great hotel. It is located right off the main drag, but with the tv on and the AC I couldnt hear a thing. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighboors, luckily after napping everything seemed a bit quiiet. There are restaurants all over, a nice mexican restaurant right next door. They also have room service and a menu from a local Italian place which was very good. I needed a hair cut, and a different young lady told me of three all within walking distance, she was incredibly helpful. I received a call at 0600 letting me kow the shuttle had arrived, the guy came to pick me up, just me, they ask you when you check in what time you need a shuttle at. Finally the young man that was at the front desk was incredibly nice, checked me out fast and showed me to the breakfast. Nothing fancy but all very good. Driver delivered me right to my gate and with my Airline right there. I would choose this hotel over any other hotel in SFO vasinity regardless of price. 더 보기

I did not expect a great hotel for the price, but this place just sucked. I waites for an hour and 15 minutes for their SFO shuttle when the lady at the front desk had told me to expect it in less than 30. I finally took a cab. I then waited another 20 minutes for the guy at the front desk to make change for a customer and check me in. The room was […] not horrible until the guy in the next room startes coughing. I think the walls were paper. The blackout blinds were fake, so the room stayed illuminated by streetlights all night. I che ked out a day early and took a redeye home. Not to save money, cause i did not get a refund, just because sitting on a plane in the middle of the night was surely better than another night in this hotel. 더 보기

If you are traveling and you are tired and need a motel to sleep in, this is a decent place. It is clean, quiet and includes wifi and free breakfast. If you are planning on staying in or around San Francisco you might be disappointed as this is nothing more than a two star hotel.

This hotel was quite adequate for the price. An 8-10 min drive to Airport Doubletree. Friendly staff and amenities in rooms.

We stayed at the Super 8 San Bruno three times in the month of November. The shuttle service was easily accessible and the location was close enough to be quite convenient. The breakfast was the usual waffles, cereal, and rolls which is quite adequate. We had a good experience each time we stayed. We chose this hotel to stay overnight for a 6a.m. SFO international flight. Originally we planned to call a taxi to take us the the airport at 3:30, but the front desk assured us the shuttle that runs at 4:00 would be fine since the SFO desk doesn't open until 4:00, and the shuttle takes only 10-15 minutes. The shuttle originates from this hotel, so […] it made 6-7 stops along the way, and really over half an hour. Fortunately, the lines were short at security so we still made it in time, but it was definitely unnerving. If I had the same flight times, I would consider a taxi, or find a closer hotel. Only stayed overnight for a flight lay-over but this was a great stay - the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were really helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent!

Good and reliable shuttle service (shared with 3 other hotels). Decent hotel recently redone. Very limited choice of restaurants around. OK for one night stay.
