Good location, decent parking, good room for the cost.

Great place to stay: lots of trees, very quiet environment, easy access to the highway. Friendly and helpful staff! Very clean studio-type room. I loved the fact that you could actually open the window for some fresh natural air. Too many full time residents. Questionable/ sketchy individuals, pets hanging in windows. Trashy looking @best

It's clean, cheap, well located and has openings when I need them. This place is no frills but gets the job done. They even have free internet, it's slow but free. The bed isn't particularly nice, it might be a bit hard for some but I don't mind it at all.

Arrived late in the evening; non-smoking was waiting as promised. Room are clean. Bathroom in good working order and clean. Walls are a little thin (could easily hear the guy next door snoring). Reasonably priced compared to other options for my stay.

The first room I was given, the heat wawsn't working. I changed rooms and ended up wiht a queen sized bed, when I paid for a king, and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for some hangers as there were none in the closet. I was very disappointed in the room and the service.

Staff extraordinarily courteous and helpful. Rates reasonable. Lamp wirh cracked shade, and bedspread with a hole. Bed way roo hard. Room dishes and kitchen accessories clean and well stocked. I had to fix the toilet myself, the lights did not work in the first room and we were asked, what did you do, turn on all the lights?!!, Yes, we did. First room was not non smoking as requested. FRig leaked so bad I used their dish towel to soak it up, left it in the frig to gather the water!

Had a couple of interesting issues, but staff was quick to assist and remedy the problem. Upper management also helpful with the resolution.

Wow! This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The smell of smoke was aweful. We couldn't stay there for longer than 2 minutes. We checked in and after going up to the room we went right back down and checked out.... When we went to the room the smoke in the hallway was aweful and someone had their door propped open with tons of smoke coming out....There […] was a melted cigarette burn on the TV in the room and the place just stunk... 더 보기

I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff at the desk was very friendly. It was very easy to find and close to every thing aroud there. I would deffinetly go back to stay i found the room very nice and clean. I have never stayed some place that was so comfortable and pleasent. I will come back to stay again before the year is out.

This was our second stay at this hotel. I Got there & had to wash all of the dishes which I do anyway but these were filthy. We had a leak under the kitchen sink & reported it several times & was even told by the evening manager he would be up in 5 minutes & he never showed up. I had a function after work one night and didn't feel like dealing with my commute home then back to work the next day. I went on my lunch break to check in and drop off my bag. The check-in staff was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by home clean the room was. When I got to the hotel that night, parking was easy. I was used to the noises of […] kids, tv, pets, etc at home that it was strange to have it SO quiet. My only issue - in the orning, I made my coffee and there were no utensils to stir it. Kitchenette was nice. Bed is cheap and bathroom faucet dripped. Room was quiet, and overall a good value.

Zero ameneties and the smallest tv ever, but the little kitchenette was good for reheating Thanksgiving dinner.

Very pleased with the queen size non smoking room I was in...with the kitchenette I was able to save $ on going out to eat...Big refrigerator... Microwave...Toaster...Coffeemaker...Tons of bath towels... NO COMPLAINT!

Why would anyone choose to stay at a typical hotel / motel when this is available at a great price? Like being at home on the road.

After an 11 hour trip from Maryland, I arrived at the hotel at around 10PM. The guy at the desk was very helpful in checking me in. I got up to my room and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable everything was. The suite had a nice kitchen, a large bathroom, a table and a desk that I could work from, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel itself, […] although set back from the main roads, is very convenient to Route 101A, and there are a ton of different restaurants and shopping centers to go to. The room we reserved stunk of smoke and we had to look at a few rooms before we found one that smelled okay. The beds had burn marks and there were blood stains on the mattresses. I would not stay there again. The only good part about the stay was the lady at the front desk. She helped us find a good room and was very nice.

Hotel was clean and quite not sure because it was an extended stay no one come into room to dump waste basket that was the only thing that I didnt like...

Nice kitchen area with room. Bring your own pillow if you can, they are not very good. Clean.

Very nice hotel we enjoyed our stay very much we would recommend this hotel to friends and family who stay in the area!! We had nothing but good service while we stayed The front deck staff even helped us with our reservations at our next stop on way home in VA!!! Great Job!!!!

The main reason we chose this motel was the fact that they allowed pets. We were able to bring our daughter's dog, Lane, with us on our trip, so we were pleased to find accomodations that permitted her as well. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel and will not stay there again.. The facility generally smells mildew and stale cigarette smoke. The beds were probably the most uncomfortable that my daughter and I have ever slept on. The room was clean and presentable. The price is reasonable but, I expected more.

The hotel was a little off the beaten path, but was conveniently located off the main highway. It was very quiet. Usually you can hear doors slamming, people running up and down the hall, etc. We heard nothing. The a/c was great and the room was clean and spacious. I would stay there again.

the negative things we experienced with our stay were the third floor hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, the room reeked of an asian restaurant, and the elevator did not work for most of our stay. other than that the room was pretty quiet, you could not hear other gueats through the walls.

First of all I asked for a non-smoking room - there were ash trays in our room. The hotel smelled really bad and our room even worse. The smell of smoke in our room gave me a headache and nausea the first night. My family could not stand the smell. For the price, the hotel more than met my needs for a one night stay. The bathroom could have used another quick check. My main issue is that the signs to find the hotel were very poor in the dark. Otherwise it was quiet and I enjoyed having a refrigerator, stove and sink to use.

Overall the hotel was fine. It was clean and fresh looking. I liked having the stove top, and microwave available. There were dish towels and a drying rack available. Unfortunately, there was no dish detergent to wash the dishes with and so I had to leave them unwashed! Bummer!

With easy access to the freeway, restaurants, and grocery stores, my young son and I were extremely pleased with our choice of this hotel. The price was very reasonable, the room was clean, and the kitchen (complete with toaster!) made "dining in" an option we exercised on several occasions. Highly recommended!

Hotel room smelled good, was very clean and comfortable. 2nd time at hotel.

Excellent breakfast - unlike some "continental breakfasts" other hotels offer.
