I have family in Bonita Springs and we were looking for a nice hotel to stay for a night, the night before Easter. The pictures online were very appealing and the hotel looked like it would be nice, so we booked it. When we arrived it was a nice hotel on the outside and we were very excited to see the inside and get cozy in a room. The lobby was somewhat […] elegant, but when we got to our room, it was just okay. The price we paid made me believe it would be WOW worthy but it was just okay. The bed was not very comfortable, the shower was kind of dirty and the pull out bed on the couch was disgusting. The next morning for breakfast, we were expecting eggs and bacon, but instead they had cold pastries, frosted flake cereal and some breads to choose from. All in all, the price promised more than it delivered and while it wasn't the worst hotel, the advertising for the hotel is definitely built up more for a five star rather than what it is, a three star. 더 보기

We were delighted with the hotel, the staff and the associated restaurants on site and close by. Would be careful not to let them give you a room close (or in between the elevators, they are noisy, they tried it on us and we found friends who got stuck with it... they changed our room to one at the end of a hall. We had a good hotel stay, although at check in they mistakenly charged me $168 instead of $20 for incidentals, which I have 2 holds on my account for, that are still there.

Nice hotel for the price. Very clean and well maintained. Convenient to shopping and the beaches. Staff was curteous but not very cordial or overly helpful on explaining hotel amenities or surrounding area sites to visit. It was as if they were too busy to to deal with guests.

A pleasant hotel with a good price tag. 3.5 STARS is accurate in my judgement...

The location, comfort and atmosphere of the hotel were wonderful. Would highly recommend this hotel to stay at. Its the little things that make a difference such as extended plug ins for cell phones and night light under the bath room counter.

Generally the hotel was good. The main complaint I had was that I was put in the room directly over the laundry and was subjected to laundry noise all night. The continental breakfast was pretty simple - the least verity I've had in a long time.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms are very spacious, and staff is attentive. Although it is located just off a major highway, it feels secluded due to its beautiful landscaping and location on a pond. The swimming pool was nice, and the beach just a short 3-mile ride away. Great beds!

Large room with comfortable beds, but the worst TV ever. An old snowy magnavox and the cable didn't work all the time. Even though I wasn't in the room that much it was irritating to not have a decent TV. 2 of 4 ice machines were out of order. There was a nice balcony with 2 chairs, but no table to even set a cup of coffee on. The Bathroom was large […] with a separate shower and tub, but there were chipped floor tiles and chips in the mirror. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special even for a continental. Part of one toaster never worked. The outside area was lovely and there were great places to walk and close nice restaurants and shopping. But no room service. The beach was an easy drive. Quiet hotel for couples or singles. Small but adequate fitness room. I got a good price and was familiar with the area, so I would stay again. But clearly my room needed updating. 더 보기

Great hotel. We were placed at the begining in a room near the elevator and the noise of it was disturbing our sleep. We asked to change our room and the staff immediately responded to our request. They have the tiny little water saving showerheads that barley let a mist of water out... You want a good bed and a nice shower traveling. The shower was a real flop. No Room Service but you can get Chinese delivery pretty quick Good beds…

we had a wonderful stay, nice staff, clean hotel, comfortable beds, grounds are well manicured, and the breakfast was a nice start to our the day. we will stay again next time we are in bonita springs.

Close to Delnor wiggins state park and great beaches. Numerous restaurant choices very close by.Right on highway 41 so you can hear the traffic from the balconies, but wasn't that much of a distraction. Continental breakfast was sparse, white bread only items, danish stale, coffee was good though. Hairs in shower....need I say more? The whole stay was horrible as it felt very dirty. I don't like those duvets they put between two sheets either...they don't get washed. Probably ever. All that glitters isn't gold. Pretty property but not what you would expect. Would NEVER return.

This place far exceeded my expectations! From the Tempur-pedic beds to the pool bar area! It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely stay there again as my daughter's travel requires me to be in the area every fall!

The hotels rooms were great. They were large with nice beds and quiet location. The breakfast only had the basic items.

Driving up the hotel looks like a mansion on the outside, and the lobby was magnificent! We arrived prior to check in time, I asked the woman at the desk if we could check in a bit early and there was no problem in doing so. To my surprise, we were upgraded from a Superior King Room to a King Suite and we loved it! I was so suprise about how much space […] there was in our room! The hotel as well as our room was very clean. It's close to the beach, unfortunately during our stay, the weather was not the best! Also close to restaurants and shopping! The staff personally greeted me after a four year absense. Everyone was personable, inquired about my stay and projected a friendly attitude. I would recommend this hotel strongly.

Beautiful grounds wit luch mature landscaping, lovely room with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Large bathroom with nice toiletries. Continental breakfast with fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juices were a nice touch. Separate childrens pool, jacuzzi and pool. All very nice. Pool is small but there is never anyone in it.

Pros: Good size rooms, tempur-pedic mattresses, nice views, nice outdoor pool bar/restaurant, kiddy pool, great restaurants nearby, good service, free continental breakfast, overall nice hotel Cons: Pool a bit small, some balconies are tremendously small (1.5’X6’) – no I’m not exaggerating, no flat screen TV (small 20” tube TV), and dated elevators. The Trianon was close to the beach, plenty of shopping and golf. The restaurant was reasonable and the food was good. Everyone was helpful at the hotel

The surrounding area is very nice and the staff is very helpful. The hotel itself could use some renovation and redecorating. Most of the rooms do not have a balcony as advertised. And none of the rooms come with a refrigerator or microwave. The ice maker on the floor we were staying on was broken and the bar both inside and outside closed relatively […] early around 9 pm. If you're looking for a clean place to stay for a night and going to be out of the hotel for the majority of the day then this is a nice place. The hotel was pretty, located in a pretty area. It was great for the price. Big roomy bathroom with tub and standing shower. I just had 3 things that I didn't like... I booked this hotel because it had a kiddy pool but when I got there, the kiddy pool was closed(broken). I had some serious allergy issues while I was staying at the hotel. At first i thought it was just an air quality difference from back to Florida. The last day i was at the hotel, I check the air conditioner filter and it was CAKED with dust. Pros: Pretty decor, nice furniture, nice bathroom spacious. Relatively clean; breakfast was nice to have which wasn't offered at other hotels in the area. Near nice shops and places to eat. Close to the beach and places we wanted to visit. Get to the place. "Best of everything", but not appealing for men. When we asked for extra pillow, it was provided […] immediately, even though we had some in the closet and didn't know. Cons: No vending machines on floors as handbook claims. Ice machines on some floors were broken. My husband noticed the elevator hadn't been inspected by the state since 2009. Clean but short on amenities and lacking in decor. WiFi advertised but none available. Front desk staff absent most of the time. Got the feeling we were experiencing cost cutting measures but come on...one little bar of soap in a bathroom with a tub, seperate shower and a sink? Grounds were very good. The foyer was nice with slightly worn carpet. Carpet more worn on the floor we stayed but still acceptable. The brass in the elevator did not appear cleaned for several days or more. Appears something spilled on wall of elevator not removed in our 5 day stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms extremely quiet but the […] appearance was a bit out dated. No refrigerator or microwave which I was surprised given the price. Room size was very large with older appearing but comfortable couch. TV size was small approx 27 in old tube style not flat screen. Maid service was fair to good. Room always cleaned with fresh towels and soaps but forgot coffee one day. Wireless set up for the foyer but received without problem from our 4th floor room. Breakfast was adequate. Have had better at many less expensive hotels but always enough for all the quests. Checkin was a breeze and staff was helpful for the only thing we asked. Good place to get coffee if wish in morning easy walking distance and very nice inexpensive restaurant for dinner with in walking distance. For price I'd stay again. Given competitors high price I got all I was expecting and perhaps a bit more for the price. 더 보기

The hotel is beautiful inside and out, although the guest room furniture and decor are a little "tired". The hotel service was always promt and friendly. The Lake House Bar & Grill (adjacent restaurant) had great food and very friendly service. It was a pleasure to eat there several times during my stay. The free continental breakfast was average at […] best. The rest of my colleages stayed down the road at the Hyatt Regency, which is beautiful but also much more expensive.
