The best thing about Castle Inn is its customer service. The receptionist was very helpful, polite, and understanding. Check in time is 3pm, but we arrived at noon and she let us into our room. We were traveling with a 7 months old baby and she needed a diaper change (solid diaper). Being able to wash her, change her into fresh clothes and nurse her […] made a huge difference to all of us. She was a happier baby and that made the rest of our day a lot better. The receptionist also had a map of the city available to us at no request and even suggested places to go site seeing and to eat. There are lots of good restaurants reasonably priced near by. At check out time (noon) they let us keep our car there until almost 5pm, which was very nice of them. Parking in the city is not easy to find and it can cost you $20 dollars or more. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable with a very good location. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go to such as, Chinatown, Northbeach, museums and even Fisherman's Wharf (which turned out to be a long walk, but a pleasant one). We have stayed there again since then and plan to stay there every time we go to San Francisco. I have recommended to friends and have booked it for family. Castle Inn has become our hotel in the city. 더 보기

Was very similar to a Travelodge. Room was large with a fridge. Breakfast was yogurt, nutragrain bars, packaged muffins, fruit and oatmeal. The clerks were very helpful with directions and recommendations. Location was great, could walk to the wharf or union square. Downside was no computer access. There was also free parking, but we didn't have a car […] with us, so that didn't make much of a difference to us. I was expecting a little more for the price we paid, but I guess for a large city prices are inflated some. Overall I would stay there again if I found a good price. 더 보기

Most part good experience. Walls are a little thin for loud neighbors, but not so overwhelming you cant sleep or think. I had a quiet 2 nights and on 3rd night very happy & loud laughing neighbors checked in. For the price it was perfect. Free parking, Free Wifi (connection went down a couple times but it's free) fridge, microwave. It still has a 50's […] 60's motif- green sheets and all. Do not book room #111. Next to suite and walls are paper thin!!!

Very nice and helpful hotel personnel

We had a nice stay here. Staff very friendly. However, walls paper thin. I recommend getting a top floor.

Good hotel in a good neighborhood, nothing special but adequate for the rate.

A great place to stay for the money and I will definitely stay again! The room was large, very clean and had a microwave and fridge. The bed was comfy enough for even a picky person like me! The location is very good for sightseeing - local bus runs nearby and the famous Powell and Hyde Street Cable Car line is only 2 blocks away, so getting around […] is very easy. Free parking is a huge bonus in a place like San Francisco where most hotels charge an additional 25 - 40 dollars (or more) per night. The front desk was exceptionally helpful and cheerful. 더 보기

This hotel was in a great, safe location. I was impressed the moment I walked in my room. It was very clean and smelled good. I didn't know what to expect after reading what seemed like thousands of scary reviews on hotels in San Francisco! The ONLY draw back is the view, because there is none. Fint hotel til en enkelt overnatning på vej. Det ligger dog ret lang væk fra havnen og der, hvor der ske noget.! WIFI var så langsom, at det ikke kunne bruges til at læse mails eller kigge på kort.

Apesar do hotel ter uma aparencia antiga, os quartos sao bastantes confortaveis e limpos, sem cheiro de cigarro e carpet novo. Tem bastante restaurantes ao redor, e uma vizinhanca agradavel. Fica a desejar um pouco o estacionamento, que e pequeno .No mais, recomendo pelo custo/beneficio.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Castle Inn gut geeignet. Keine Parkplatzgebühren. Essensmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe, ebenfalls Bushaltestelle um Pier 39 in Kürze zu erreichen. Frühstück war zwar etwas dürftig, doch ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

Prima hotel, Centraal gelegen met ruime gratis parkeergelegenheid, Ruime schone kamer. Aardige medewerkers en prima service. In de buurt net om de hoek van de straat leuke restaurantjes en koffieshopjes en winkeltjes. Zeker een aanrader.

离店那天是周五晚上，出租很难打，前台的小伙子帮我叫了半天，很感动。

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel. Acceuil très sympathique. Chambre au calme, parking gratuit (appréciable à SFO), petit déjeuner light mais suffisant. Wifi dans les chambres. A recommander.

8月5日6日と連泊しました。ここはなんと言ってもオーナー夫妻がとてもフレンドリーで親切だったのが印象的です。着いた夜に駐車場は埋まっていましたが、オーナーがわざわざ自分の車を移動して停めやすい場所を空けてくれました。その後オーナーにバスマップがあるか聞きに行くと地図を出してサンフランシスコの見所や危険な場所を教えてくれて翌日の観光に役に立ちました。奥さんが作ったバスの行き先と乗り場の表は大変分かり易くマップと合わせて移動を安易にしてくれました。オーナーがMy Name Is○○○○○と自己紹介してくれて何でも相談しろと言ってくれました。部屋は清潔で洗面所が広かった印象です。朝食はComplimentary breakfastで飲み物の他に市販のナッツバー、オートミール、マフィン、ヨーグルト、 […] フルーツが用意されています。フロントに取りに行って部屋に持ち帰って食べるスタイルです。ホテルの立地も良く、近くにWalgreenというドラッグストアがあって買い物も便利です。総じて良い印象のみが残ったホテルでした。 더 보기

Top Lage, nettes Personal... Das Castle Inn sollte sich Motel nennen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und alt. Frühstück kann nicht als solches bezeichnet werden. Total überteuert.

Yövyimme muutaman yön kesäkuussa 2011 Castle Inn San Franciscossa. Kokemus oli varsin miellyttävä ja suosittelen hotellia kaikille. Sijainti passeli: paljon nähtävää kävelymatkan ( max 2-3 km) päässä ja kätevät bussiyhteydet. Ilmainen parkki ja wlan (välillä pätki tosin). Erittäin hyvä palvelu: heti alkuun esittely San Franciscon nähtävyyksistä ja […] kartta ja esitteitä mukaan. Ystävällinen opastus ja asioiden valmiiksi varaaminen, kun halusimme tilata lippuja kiertoajeluille/nähtävyyksille, ja ottivat selvää puolestamme, jos eivät heti tienneet. Das Hotel lieg an einem guten Ort, dass heisst man ist schnell auf dem Higway und schnell an der Pier und schnell bei Restaurants.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst met een woordje uitleg over de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden en de te minder aan te raden stadsdelen van San Francisco. Centraal gelegen, op wandelafstand van de meeste toeristische bezienswaardigheden. Ook de parking was inbegrepen, wat toch een besparing is van enkele tientallen dollars is per dag. Propere kamer, nette […] badkamer, heel groot King-size bed. Wel werd ons niet vermeld bij het inchecken dat er een klein ontbijtje inbegrepen was (yoghurt, muffins, koffie, fruitsap, thee en enkele ontbijtkoekjes naar keuze), dit hebben we pas de 2e dag bij het uitchecken gezien, maar toch nog 1 keer van kunnen genieten. We hadden het natuurlijk ook kunnen vragen bij het inchecken, maar we waren vol ongeduld om de stad in te gaan. Ook was het vrij makkelijk te bereiken, op Broadway net om de hoek van de `Van Ness Avenue`, in een vlakke straat. Hoewel bij een wandeling in de buurt wel enkele vrij serieuze hoogteverschillen en afdalingen te overbruggen zijn. Bij het uitchecken correcte afrekening, geen onverwachte extra`s. Wat ons betreft zeker een aanrader, zouden er zeker terug gaan bij een volgend bezoek aan SF. 더 보기

Camera confortevole, abbiamo dormito in 4 con 2 double beds, pulita e semplice. Il proprietario è molto cordiale, ci ha fornito varie indicazioni per la città.

attention pas un hotel mais un motel.chambre triste manque de lumière.le petit dej pratiquement inexistant.point positif le parking gratuit
