Great

The Ramada at the Mall of America is a property located literally feet from the Mall entrance. The property is slightly aged but has been maintained fairly well and is in good condition to include flat screen TV's in the rooms. Their rooms also have patio doors directly to the outside.

I really enjoyed my stay! My family and I have stayed here before and this time I noted new mattresses and pillows. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. And they have a new continental breakfast that was very good! And we love the indoor pool!

It was good for the price and the staff was friendly.

Nice hotel that is close to the mall. You can walk there but traffic is fierce. Take the shuttle that goes every hour. We had free wifi which was nice but no continental breakfast. The buffet was adequate but not great and cost about 10.00 per person.

Hotel needs updating but it was in very good repair and was very clean. Extremely convenient for airport travel and shopping.

Everything was real nice. i would recomend it to my friends . One thing thats was so nice is that you had smoking rooms thats one of the reasons why we picked your hotel. we usually come up to the cities and stay so now I know which hotel I will be staying at from now on.

Nice location but in need of major updating and repair. Big huge pool very nice. Long walk. The hotel is very big, lots of rooms. i would suggest spend extra money and go to the marriott across the street.

The shuttle driver to the airport was a great guy. He accomodated so many people at 4am. My only complaint was that the heat in the room was hard to control. Otherwise everything was perfect for our needs.

it was close to the Mall and Airport, maids did not do a very good job of cleaning, did not change sheets, and they had a mess. Keys stopped working 24 hour before we left. Bus drivier very friendly. Front staff not overly friendly, could use some customer service lessons from Bus Driver. Rooms were very reasonable priced, but got what we paid for, […] no complaints. I booked the hotel because I was flying out of town and they have a shuttle. I didn't know they charge a lot for their shuttle access.

If you want to go to the Mall of America, this is a good hotel because you can walk to the Mall. They also have a shuttle that takes you. The rooms were small and the bathroom was very small but all was clean. The front desk staff was helpful but the lounge waitresses were very brusque. Go to the Mall for drinks and socializing because the Ramada lounge […] waitresses made us feel like we were a bother to them. 더 보기

room was very hot could not get any air circulation, even with the fans at high, the sink area and toilet area smelled like urninal that had not been cleaned for a long time...

First -- the desk staff was excellent! Helpful in several different occasions. Unfortunately, there is nothing the current staff can do about the tiny tiny bathroom. Linens are updated, but the building in general is "quaint" -- very mod lobby, etc . . . there were some unsightly holes in the wall in the closet - not a 'problem' but doesn't really […] inspire confidence. I got a good deal and the hotel was in a convenient location for my needs, but . . . the bathroom was beyond tiny, the pub had limited hours and mediocre food. With so many other newer buildings on the same street, I am not sure I would stay here again. 더 보기

My only complaint is the room did not have a fridge or microwave and we were not able to watch a pay per view movie our first night. Also, no free breakfast. That is where the microwave & fridge would've come in handy. Very close to M.O.A. You could actually walk. I would stay there again and make sure to ask for a fridge and microwave in my room.

Great place to stay the night before a flight. We had an indecent with our car and had to take the bus to the Cities. The hotel shuttle picked us up from the MOA and delivered us to MSP. The room was comfortable and gift shop had everything we needed for the evening. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is old and dated; but clean good value for the money.

very accommodating. The shuttle service staff and the front desk staff were unusually polite, helpful, and welcoming. It felt less like a hotel and more like the home of a friend.

I found this motel to be a great, economical way to attend a convention in downtown Minneapolis. Th 24-hour shuttle service took me to the airport light rail station for a pleasant 25-minute ride to the downtown area. They picked me up every evening with cheerful, friendly service.

Hi all this hotel was a little dated but in a great location with excellent service. The only problem I had with the room was that it only had a shower and the bathroom was way to small. The bathroom dimentions were 10x4 or so. I would recomend it to anyone that likes showers and do not have small children that you need to bath.

The heated indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. The outdoor pool and bar and fire pits were a neat atmosphere. It is close the the Mall and Airport and the Hiawatha Rail Station. Also good food.

The hotel was clean enough, but the rooms are very dated (fixtures, carpet, furniture, etc.) and I don't think it justified the price. It's not really close enough to walk to Mall of America either, but convenience to the airport is good.

Excellent location close to airport, Mall of America, Downtown only minutes away, took in a Vikings game while in town. Great time had by all. very friendly hotel staff.

I was fooled by the photos. For the same or less price you can get a better place to stay. I'd say if you are going to come here with your friends then it would be a good place to go. Hotel could use some updates but overall very clean and comfortable, pool is nice for smaller children to adults. Love the outdoor patio area, resturant is good too.

The staff were very nice and acommodating! The beds were a bit hamacky when 2 in the bed, but for the price it was ok.

Of all of the Bloomington hotels I've stayed at, this has been my favorite. The location can't be beat - right across the street from the Mall of America and they even have a shuttle to the mall to avoid parking hassles! The room was spacious and comfortable and they provided an abundance of clean towels so we never had to ask for extras. The only complaint […] that I have is that housekeeping came to our room pretty early (8-9 am) so we'd have to call and request services later in the day because we like to sleep in. 더 보기
