The room was clean, but the beds were set up along a wall - head to foot. Checked in early afternoon, but when asked for different room due to eaves making it impossible to walk around half of the room, was told all rooms were already occupied. Asked about computer use - wasn't told until I tried to access the computer that I needed an access code. […] Pretty much an attitude totally different from what we had experienced during the rest of our trip - totally unhelpful and unfriendly. The night staff was completely different - did all they could to help me access computer to print boarding passes. But, printer was out of ink and there were no replacement cartridges available. This hotel is in Erding, which is approx 45 minutes from the center of munich. You need to take the train into town at a cost of 19.60euros for up to 5 people per day. This is what you would expect form a 3 star hotel. Clean room, and a toilet and shower. Ther was 3 single beds in our room which was strange. The ceiling also sloped down to one corner […] which made it hard to get into bed. Parking was free and plentiful on the street. To get to restaurants it was a 10-20 minute walk. WiFi was free. The staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful. This was a good option for going to Oktoberfest and saving some money by being away from the tourist area which is very expensive at that time. 더 보기

Best Western Munich Airport Hotel is how it is listed but, believe me. It is no where near the Munich Airport. In fact it is 15 K. from the Airport. They are suppose to have a shuttle to pick you up from the airport, but when you try to call for this shuttle no one answers the phone. So, I had to take city bus to Erding, which is the small town where […] this hotel is located. To make things more complicated, there is another Best Western Hotel caledl the Best Western Park Hotel in this small city where the city bus line ends. So when I drug my luggage two city blocks fromt the bus line ending to this hotel, I was informed that I was at the wrong Best Western, therefore, had I to take an expensive cab ride the the correct one. The hotel itself if very nice, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful in every way. It is the false listing that this hotel is by the airport that I oppose. By the way the cost to take their shuttle to the airport is 28 euro or appx. $35 to $40 American dollars depending on the exchange rate at the time. 더 보기

You have to be an athelete to enter the shower area,a gymnast to get out of it and an acrobat to do an efficient job within it.It is miniscule.You have to enter it with one hand parallel to your body and pointing upwards and the other also parallel to you body but pointing downwards,if you want to cover the entire body surface with soap.To add to it,you […] are within a miniscule tub while standing in the shower area. One tip to guests: If you throw the soap out, the space within suddenly appears much larger ! The hotel itself is clean and has suitable rooms for what it is designed to be, a hotel. The problem is in the location and the services it provides. The price of the hotel will catch your eye and make for a compelling argument as a place to stay, but its location and costly services will make you think twice. Also if you are not driving yourself to the hotel you can expect a cab fare of about 8 to 10 Euros from the nearest S-bahn station. The hotel its okay, but the metro its a 20 min walk away, and its quite far from down town and the bus passes every hour and a half. The staff in the reception is, pretty much, rude! 4 out the 5 that work there.

I got into Munich late and had a flight the next morning. I was looking forward to a good night's sleep. The shuttle to the airport was late and I had to wait a good half-hour in the cold. The hotel obviously overbooked and I got a smoking room despite the request I made on my reservation. Despite my requests they refused to change the room. Everything […] smelled in the room, including the linens. It was clean and modern but absolutely horrible. I could barely fall asleep in that ashtray. So, single travelers beware! Hotel is good value for money. However, it is more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. Location is such that a car is needed. When large groups arrive for dinner the restaurant service suffers and the wait can become long.

The staff was great, the room was clean and nice, and everything was fine about the hotel. The location is a bit out of the way, and even a bit of a hike to the train station, so it's not the ideal tourist destination. But if you are only looking for a quality room, it's all you need. If you are looking for a travel experience, it's a bit to far out […] of the way of anything interesting. This hotel is fantastic if you're going to stay in Erding or if you're just laying over during trip segments at the airport. If you're planning to use this as your base of operations for a vacation or stay in Munich, you'd be better served staying in the city itself. Car ride to the city took about half an hour. Neighborhood around hotel had a casino […] across the street. Access to the highway was great. Supermarket was close too. Room Internet was good and the staff had excellent English. Rate was fine. We were given a room in the basement that had no air conditioning facility. When we spoke with the front desk manager she said that she could do anything at that point. According to her since we did not book through the hotel directly that is the best they could do. Although we made our reservations in July we were very unhappy with the room. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious enough, clean and well maintained. They had a restaruant on site and a bar with warm food available for those needing a late night snack. Excellent restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner. Helps traveller prepare for unpleasant Airline food experience. Make sure you have driving instructions before you arrive in Erding by car.

Helt greit hotell svært nær Therme Erding. Stort rom, godt renhold. Badet er svært lite og dusjkabinettet er enda mindre. HVis man skal bo her, bør man bestille rom mot baksiden av hotellet og helst i 2. etasje. Rommene som ligger nærmest resepsjonen er svært plaget av støy fra andre gjester. Schönes Hotel in Airport nähe. Schöne Zimmer Bad (Dusche) etwas klein. Tolles Frühstück. Gutes Restaurant(mit prima Service)

Ich hatte einige Fragen und Bitten wie zB um die Telefonnummer meiner Autoverleihfirma ... wurde sehr freundlich und mit Geduld behandelt.

Das Hotel entsprach unseren Anforderungen an Lage, Ausstattung und Preis. Aufgrund des Oktoberfestes herrschte ein sehr hoher Andrang und das merkte man dann auch im Service. Es schien, als sei das Hotel an seinen Grenzen angekommen. Egal, ob Empfang, Bar oder Frühstück konnte die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter nicht über deren hohe Belastung hinwegtäuschen. wir hatten das hotel samt shuttle transfer zum flughafen münchen gebucht. als wir nach einer langen zug zum flug reise aus dem saarland über frankfurt in münchen airport ankamen und das late night check in nutzen riefen wir beim best western airport hotel an das man uns abholen kommen sollte denn der hin und rücktransport zum airport war mit drin. nachdem […] wir endlich einen erreicht hatten sagte man uns das dies so nicht ginge erst zum hotel und dann zum flughafen. dieses ist aber absoluter blödsinn denn es ging immer mit jedem hotel. so reisten wir halt mit bus, bahn und zu fuss an. endlich angekommen sagte man uns wir mussten einen nebeneingang nutuen da man reparaturarbeiten im hotel hätte, dies kann ja passieren. auf die frage was mit dem transport zum airport am nächsten moregen wäre sagte man uns nein dad ist nicht im preis für 6 std übernachtung incl. da wir eh so müde waren und der internet zugang nicht ging im es zu beweisen buchten wir für mehr als 20 euro ein hotel taxi. unser zimmer erreichten wir durch einen notausgang was aber passieren kann durch die massnahmem im hotel, aber das die tür die ganze nacht über auf und zu geschlagen wurde geht nicht auch war das zimmer so hellhörig das man jeden gast auf dem flur hörte als wäre er im zimmerauch das man alles aber wirklich alles auf der toilette hörte. dann dachten wir schauen wir tv es spielte deutschland aber es ging nix mal 1 kanal mal keiner dies zeigte ich an der rezeption an und die antwort war das ist uns bekannt es ist schon seit tagen so da wir umstellen. auf die frage warum man das denn kunden nicht mitteilen würde lachte man und sagte dann wäre man ja schön dumm. so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt wir nehmen immer abstriche in kauf kein thema aber das ist arglistige täuschung. 더 보기

The TAXI fee is 35 EURO including tip. In case of tariff-TAXI, the fee on the display is 31-32 EURO, but the driver hopes 35 EURO as including tip. overall the hotel doesnt feel like 4 star hotel. rooms are ok. service is pretty good. dining restaurant was a disaster.

Als Flughafenhotel o.K. ,aber für mehrtägigen Aufenthalt nicht. Extrem hellhöfig, laut. Durch das ständige Abreisen und Ankommen der Gäste oft eine unzumutbare Geräuschkulisse, die durch eine bessere Dämmung vielleicht in den Griff zu bekommen wäre. Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Im Nebenzimmer haben die Gäste bis 4:00 Uhr (!?) gefeiert, es war sehr laut. Keine Reaktion von der Nachtportier, auch nach telefonische Beschwerde! Wenn man überhaupt nicht schlafen kann, bringt die Größe der Zimmer und die Sauberkeit auch nichts! Frühstück für 15 Euro pro Person völlig übertrieben.

die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, das Personal ist auch super nett und hilfsbereit, was will man mehr.
