Close to sights, good location.

Who ever was at the front desk at 8pm on st Patrick's day was very rude!

It was ok for the distance to the airport. More expensive than I would expect for the curb appeal.

stayed for one quick night, arrived just before 11pm. the rep at the desk, while putting us through seemed more focused on the tv show playing. not a huge deal. the hotel is at a very good location, 5mins from carousel mall! and being Canadian having a Tim Hortons in the parking lot was a added bonus. the room was very clean, perfect for a quick stay. […] only problem was controlling the temperature. when we arrived in our room it was very cold, we turned the heat on, it got so hot we were sweating in our sleep then had to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust it. then it got way too cold. so we didnt get the best rest and will probably catch cold now but overall was a good stay for the price. we would go back 더 보기

Hotel was clean and close to major highways. Downside of the hotel was we could hear people in the room next door quite clearly. The biggest disappointment was the "included" breakfast. Served Tim Horton muffins, donuts and bread for toast, and a couple of cold cereal choices. Bagels instead of the donuts would be a better breakfast choice. The "Breakfast […] dining room" did not have enough room for the busy weekend (Thanksgiving weekend). People were standing and eating until a seat came available. Area had 4 tables only. it was clean and right off thruway exit. check in and out was very easy also

This is one of the nicer Super 8 facilities we have stayed in. Easily accessed, clean and comfortable rooms with fridge and microwave, basic breakfast. Staff was quite helpful. Only minor complaint is that the bldg. shows some wear and age in places.

Had to visit SU for two days. The location is good for getting back and forth to the university. Very close to Carousel Mall if that interests you.(driving distance) We had a non smoking room but it did smell as if there were smoking rooms on the hall. A very modest no frills hotel. The hotel and the room were nice. However, the cleaning service did not change sheets and it took 3 trips for the person to bring the right size and number of sheets and pillowcases for the bed! Just be firm and precise with what you want!

This hotel a good value for the money. Close walking distance to many to restaurants.Liquor store is across the street. Tim Horton's Coffee and Doughnut shop is in the parking lot.Free shuttle to airport. However they charge extra for park and fly.

Excellent customer service.I needed to leave for airport at 4:15 in the morning.Driver was there at 4:00 with a smile. Room was clean and comfortable.I expected something lessbut I was surprised at how clean and modern I would stay again and recommend to family and friends

Everytime I go to Syracuse I stay at Super 8...Its clean, convenient location, and very reasonable rates....I recommend this hotel to all who visit there..

hotel close to SU easy on amd off of I- 81

I went to this hotel because I was taking my son to college and most other hotels were booked. I was expecting to find something that was not in very good condition. The hotel was very clean with good service and the price was great. I would go there again.

I understand you don't get all the comforts with a budget motel, but the bed was terrible. Hard as a rock. I've had better nights sleeping on the ground while camping.

If you need somewhere to sleep while passing through it is fine. Close to the HWY, no frills room was loud, I could hear all the vehicular traffic, when the people in the next room entered and exited their room it sounded like they were coming in to my room. I would like to see more handicap bars in bathrooms. Sometimes it is very difficult to get out of the shower without holding on to a bar, especially for the elderly. Everything else was okay, nice to see flat screen TV's in the rooms now. We stay at Super 8 in Liverpool everytime we are in the area. Room was clean. Service was excellent. Only problem was a cockroach crawling up wall !

This hotel was very good value for the money. I had a good experience and was very comfortable there.

My daughter & family and my husband I both rented rooms. We were very happy with everything. Rooms & overall motel were clean and included everything we needed. Great value for the price.

we have stayed here many times, but don't remember the bed being so HARD.. the staf was very willing to move us and we tried some other rooms but all seemed the same. We only stayed 2 nights so stuck out the second night.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. My room was very clean and large. Coffee 24 hours and great pastries/donuts.(probably from Tim Horton's bakery next door) By highway so noise is expected.. great value for the price and I am very picky when it comes to cleaniness!!

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location from I-90 or I-81. GREAT value

The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem was a musty smell when I tried to use the A/C so I just opened the window instead. The staff was extremely helpful. Great bargain that was close to SU and everything else I needed to set up a new student at school!

The Super 8 fully delivered on its promise: good, basic accommodation at a good price. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Location was just off the 81, which made it quite convenient to get on/off the highway easily and head to the airport or Syracuse University. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Nice Location just off Interstate. Plenty of places to eat. Breakfast left a little to be desired but I didn't show up until 9:30 and it closed at 10:00. Room was big - fine for the price!

The hotel is pretty old and hasn't been kept up. The bedding was the most disturbing. As soon as I laid on the sheets, my face started itching. My friend, who was on another bed, had the same experience. The hallways are very smelly of smoke. The continental breakfast was very poor. Mostly though, it was just the bedding. It seemed very old and not […] very well washed. We would definitely NOT stay there again. We chose it because it was cheap. We regretted that decision.
