the price was of the room was good and I came in on the Ferry at 7am but they let me check into the room at that time so I was very happy room was clean food and shooping close by I would stay there again on my next trip

conveniently located near airport with shuttle service and restaurants a walkable distance. Long way from downtown though.

When we first checked we went to our room and it was not made up but worker at front desk put us in a different room right away.

Looking at a 0600 Flight out, I arrived at the Desk at 0425. No one was at the Desk, after calling and thumping on the Desk, I noticed there was a small sign that said "I have stepped away, Call #0" I went to the house phone and Dialed #0. No Answer! I called some more, banged some more and dialed some more. No response. After 15 minuets or so a young […] fellow came out of a room across the hall from the Desk. I said I was anxious to check out and make my flight, he said "You have plenty of time". After pecking at the computer for a while, he produced 3 sheets of paper that required 2 set of initials and 2 signatures. None of the sheets was mine. I asked for a receipt and was told that one would be emailed to me, so far it has not happened. At this point 0455, he proceeded to dial the phone and summon a taxi to take me to the airport. When I asked him why he didn't call the Taxi first, he looked at me with the same expression a Cow would have looking at Television and said, "you have plenty of time". Of course he did not realize that I had a Firearm to declare, wanted to change my seat and get something to eat before my flight. The taxi arrived at 0511. I got the Firearm declared,but not the Seat or Food. Be the Bye, the Internet connection is horrible, it drops out every few Minutes, email is slow and uploads are impossible. I will be returning to Juneau next week for 2 weeks and will stay elsewhere. Finely 더 보기

We stayed on Thurs August 4 and although we appreciated the shuttle from the ferry terminal, we didn't get much sleep. The traffic noise is crazy. Pay the extra $20 and stay at the Travelodge 1 minute drive away. The woman at the continental breakfast was very friendly and talkative!

This hotel is simple and cost effective. The staff is awesome and friendly. The only down side is there is no air conditioning or wasnt working which when the temprature gets above 80 is a little tough. Over all I would stay again as it's location is so convenient.

good place to stay for a night or 2 no fridge though and the traffic is annoying but other then that it was a great weekend

Hotel is clean and I felt safe in the area. It is near the airport, but a 1/2 hour bus ride from downtown Juneau.

Even though its right off the main highway the super 8 in Juneau was quiet and clean the only trouble was a clogged toilet that the staff was able to clear up in a very short order.
