Me and my fiancee stayed at his hotel on Christmas night as we were in town to visit relatives. My financee and I stayed at another Extended Stay Hotels in past in other states so he wanted to stay at this one. I was very disappointed as this was my first Christmas lving out of state and to return to my home towne and stay in a hotel was difficult enough not to mention choosing a lousy hotel on Christmas night! 더 보기

The receptionist checked the room after I had checked in to the hotel. When I arrived in the room, I noticed the toilet was not clean, no towels in the bathroom, and the blanket on the bed had a cigarette hole. Would not recommend this hotel.

My girlfriend and i wanted to change our room since it shared a common wall with co-workers, we didnt need to be that close close to them if you catch my drift....checked in late, asked the night manager SHAY to change my room, no deal and plenty of rude attitude. I pointed out that there are 4 floors and the parking lot is almost empty, so there must […] be some rooms, please change our room. no deal and even more attitude. clean and very minimal. Definitely have to bring toiletries or buy some, they don't provide you with shampoo and conditioner, only soap. If you need that, you have to pay for it at the vending machine downstairs. Very close to the mall, right across the street.

I guess for the price it was OK but not what I expected. If you did not bring shampoo you have to buy it in the vending machine for $2. Large stain in the rug in our room. Overall, kind of dirty. On the plus side the room was fairly large with a kitchen, including a toaster, microwave and fridge. I was double charged for my room and it took me 4 phone […] calls back to the hotel to get the charges reversed. If you book with hotels.com be sure they know this or they will charge you again.
