Clean rooms, comfortable beds, soft pillows, and friendly staff make for a very pleasant stay.

Great Hotel. Clean, quiet and with a REAL breakfast buffet. Worth every penny. I'll stay again.

This hotel was in an excellent location. We made our reservation last minute, they were very accommodating. The front desk staff was excellent, Edcel took care of us even though it was a late check in. The breakfast area was clean and the items offered were perfect. I have stayed at 3-4 hotels in Livermore for work and this has been the best place I have stayed so far. They have updated rooms, with updated flat screen TVs. Typical free breakfast you can find around but the sausage was actually edible. The man at the front desk was very helpful and there are lots of food locations near by. I chose to walk 1.3 miles […] to downtown Livermore to go to 1st Street Alehouse and this seemed to be the closest hotel to that location. 더 보기

Checked in the Hotel at 10pm. No one up front, Entered room to not only find it at 52 degrees, but smelled like deodorizer masking smoking smell. (in our non smoking room) Sink would not drain and shower needed updating. Very much a disappointment.

We stayed at the Hawthorne on the recommendation of a friend who we were visiting. The hotel was fine, nothing spectacular, but did the job. We stayed the night on Saturday and at 8:00 on Sunday morning, the cleaning staff began cleaning the room directly above us. They were changing bedding, emptying garbage, and vacuuming very loudly. I know that […] cleaning must be done, but it woke us up that morning. The breakfast left a bit to be desired and I would probably find a local diner or cafe to go to instead. Found everyone at the hotel very friendly and attentive. Starting from the front desk where we were always greeted with a hello and smile. Found the handicapped room very convenient, QUIET and spacious. The kitchenette gave us a chance to eat in and save money. The people working the daily hot breakfasts would also greet you with a pleasant "have a […] nice day, see you tomorrow." We especially liked Miriam. She was so ethical, that she would not take a tip no matter how hard we tried to convince her it was OK. The hotel provided a hot breakfast every day, and lots of it. It included scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon , hash browns, waffles and instant oatmeal on the hot side. The usual stuff included Dannon yogurt cups, fresh fruit, orange, apple and cranberry juice, cold cereals , fresh bagels, white bread and English muffins for your toasting pleasure. My only complaint is that there was no cream for my coffee, only whole milk...not much to complain about with this hotel...The hotel was a big part of making this a relaxing time away from home. Very clean, everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful, THE BATHROOM WAS NEW AND CLEAN, that was a big plus for us, the breakfast was a little cold but was able to use their microwave. Walmart and Popeyes are right across the street.

Recently traveled to Livermore, California for a business trip and stayed at the Hawthorne Suites (Wyndham). The hotel is located just off the freeway and approximately one mile from downtown. Service was great from the moment we arrived. Rooms had small kitchenettes and a step up that almost made it feel as though you were in a small suite. Also loved […] the fact there was a balcony I could sit out on at night, even though it overlooked a parking lot and next door business, it was quiet and pretty peaceful. Rooms were super clean and well laid out. Plus, they offer complimentary beer and wine in the evening, as well as a hot/cold breakfast in the morning. Will definitely be staying here again on my next business trip and would recommend it as a nice, convenient, affordable stay for anyone (business or pleasure). 더 보기

Although the price was slightly higher than some other hotels in the Livermore area, we felt that the Hawthorne Suites suited our needs perfectly. The room was comfortable, we loved the balcony, and the breakfast was nice and convenient. The hotel was also convenient to downtown, as well as the majority of the wineries in the area. We checked in early as we had an event to get to and did not check room. Upon returning after event the room we had booked us into was a smoking room and of course wreaked of smoke. Although we had reserved a non smoking room weeks in advance. My wife has allergies so she was immediately affected and it was so strong it was bothering me also. No offer of contacting other local hotels or even suggesting where we could try.This was 12:30 at night! /so we were sent out on the streets to fend for ourselves. We found a hotel at next exit and although they were full the clerk gave us the name and directions to two nearby hotels! We did get a room and will stay at that hotel in the future. Easy to get to - just off interstate but not so close as to be bothered by traffic. Very nice room, great bed. The afternoon "Happy Hour" was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is a nice perk too. Even though this trip was mostly business, the location is great fot tasting Livermore wines. We would definitely return.

The service was friendly and very helpful and the rooms were spacious and decorated in a lovely manner. However, the beds were really firm. It was like sleeping on a thin pad on the floor! If you like your beds firm, this is the place for you.

Hotel was new, clean and inviting. Welcoming staff. Beds were comfortable and made for a great rest. The hotel was fine...we stayed there as part of a wine-tasting weekend and didn't spend much time in the room. Rooms are large with glassware and stuff - so that is helpful. Very pleasant staff and amenities. We enjoyed the daily breakfasts and evening glass of wine from a near-by vinyard. The hotel was quiet inspite of its convenient proximity to the highway. We would happily stay there again.

We loved everything about our stay until we were ready to sleep. Having stayed in many many hotels due to work related travel, I must say that these pillows were the worst ever. I have never considered my need for a good pillow until these bad ones kept me awake. I ended up sleeping with my head on the decorator accent pillow. The hotel was located right off the highway and easy to get to and located close to everthing. I had a handicap accessible room (that was all that was available) and it was very roomy for one person. The bed comforter was soft and downy but, the pillows were on the hard side. Had a microwave, small fridge in the room. My room faced the back of the Jack […] in the Box next to the hotel and just about every day around 0500-0530, the large trash truck would wake me up. Some rooms face the parking lot and others, the highway. If you want a quiet room, you'll need to decide which of the three "noises" you can put up with. There was a hot buffet breakfast every day; not every hotel offers that. It was in a good area and I felt safe coming and going, even at night. Good value; I would stay here again. I would stay here again. The room was spacious, clean, well decorated. And the beds were very nice.

We booked this hotel because it looked like it had a nice pool. However, when we got there the pool was the size of a hot tub. We were very disappointed. Also, the sheets were uncomfortable.

We're two parents with two teenagers halfway through a 1,000 trip to LA. As is our custom, we run into SF for a day. Livermore gets us out of the Bay area traffic and close to I-5. Our room was great and very kid friendly, the pool wasn't huge but it was great to take our 2 1/2 year old in and the service was quick and efficient.

The accommodations were great! The arrangement of the room was unique to other mini-suites we have used. We took the directory for other Hawthorn Suites to be able to use them again!

Great room for business travelers, it is located by the freeway and it has office max and resturants across the street.
