It was a pleasure to return to this hotel. I find it reliably clean and quiet despite the great location nearby to so many things! The staff is very accommodating, the breakfast area is kept up constantly, and the coffee is great!!!!!!!!!!

My, wife, kids, and I were in town to tent to family matters. Another family member had booked us in a hotel that should have been about the same or better quality as the The Hampton Inn, but it wasn't and we didn't care for its location. We stayed only 1 night while on a campus visit for my son. The positives were a sleeper sofa in the room and the indoor pool open til 9pm. The negative was the breakfast buffet was only staffed by one person and she had a hard time keeping up with demand on a Sunday morning. Over all not bad but not great either.

The Hampton inn is the only hotel we will use when visiting our daughter . This hotel is immaculately clean, beds are super comfy, front desk personnel are helpful and friendly, breakfast on 2nd floor is wonderful .Just like a mini resort inside a hotel!

Check in was easy & quick. The room was excellent, having a nice big comfy bed & very nice seating area & restroom supplied with plenty of towels & other needs. Thanks for a great stay in a super clean hotel! The breakfast is excellent, well stocked and organized. The location is great with easy access to major roads, shopping, and restaurants. My room was so well appointed, very spacious, and with every convenience I could want!! Next time I am in NY I will definitely return to this hotel!!

We love Hampton Inn in general, but this one in particular was outstanding. The room, pool gym and breakfast are all wonderful. Our room was huge, modern and nicely decorated. Plenty of free parking. An excellent stay.

This hotel is very clean with a very courteous staff. The rooms are big and tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast was good, the breakfast room was really nice! We will definitely stay here again the next time we have something at my son's school, Hofstra University.

The room was comfortable with a spacious and very clean bathroom. the only reason I rate it less on service is because we checked in pretty late (around 5 am) and the person at the front desk was less than friendly. Wonderful! I was able to check in at 11 am which was great because I had a wedding at noon to attend. The breakfast was included and though not amazing, was good, and had plenty of options. Everything was fine. Convenience of hotel location stinks!....very difficult to get to. We had three people staying in the room and were given 2 bath towels instead of 3, my husband had to go ask for one.

Very nice hotel - comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast. Only problem was that it was a bit hard to get to from the Freeway (LI Expressway)...be sure you have a map or a good navigator, and when booking it was not made clear that the room was shower only, no tub, which my wife did not like. overall good place to stay for travel. my only issue was that the room i was in (121?) had a lot of road noise from the LIE service road. I had a rough time sleeping. my colleague in the room next to me did not seem to have any issues. I would stay here again. Just ask to be moved up and away from service road.

Stayed last Friday night. Initially the room was very pleasant and very clean. When I tried to turn on the TV, It would not turn on. Got the maintenance man to tell me that the tv would have to be turned on manually and the remote will work. What????? I let it slide and I turned on the side table lamp and the lamp holder was dangling on top of the lamp […] base. Overall the front desk was very apologetic about it all and hopfully this was the exception. Breakfast buffet was ok but the eggs looked like from a mix or just stirred too much during cooking. Nothing terrible but nothing to brag about either. I would stay here again and use their facility like the gym (decent with a nice assortment of dumbells) and the indoor pool.
