We stay here with our 6 year old when we visit my friends in the east bay. Affordable, clean, and staff is courteous. Breakfast is just okay, but considering it's comes free with the room it's fine. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, and just off the highway 680 (but we never noticed freeway noise.)

I loved staying here. everything was clean and nice. The FREE evening weekday social hour went above and beyond. Free beer, wine, soft drinks, salad, soup, chips, snacks, etc. You can make a whole meal of it!

We stayed for 1 night and it was totally relaxing.

Excellent business hotel with access to Bishop Ranch business centers. Great rates if visit includes weekend dates, otherwise competitive.

The carpets look clean, but if you step on them barefoot they are sticky and dirty :( The hotel looks nice, but the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard at all.

Great location, convenient for our purposes, wonderful breakfast and a great price. Would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, decent restaurants near by

The stay at this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I really loved the mini apartment layout and I will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were fine until we opened up the sofa bed. Housekeeping didn't bother to check to see if it had been used nor did the check to see if the extra sheets were clean. Instead, they left it for us to find the left over gummie bears and fruit loops inside the bed sheets and if I wasn't dreaming I think bed bugs may been crawling on me or could it […] have been the ants, who knows. Great location and wonderful spot to spend a night on the way to Napa! We love this hotel and comes with a breakfast to start us on our way. Only problem was the shower head did not work well and came out in a straight hard spray. I let the desk clerk know. WE have stayed here before and it is always clean and nice and comfy beds.

room needed the lock on the door frame replaced. therefore, it felt unsafe to be there.

I travel a lot and spend more than my fair share if time in hotels. The Sierra is a hidden gem! We will be bacy for sure! Thanks to all.

Close and convenient to freeway. Clean and comfortable.

Great location and room. Easy access to fwy and shopping. Quiet room and adequate breakfast. Would highly recommend it!

Very nice and clean and well furnished spot for our one night. Love the free wifi and nice TV and comfy bed! Would recommend this place anytime!

Kids were running in the hallway at 7am to 10am. could not sleep at all. Even the adults were loud from time to time.

Great Hotel, and nice service. I plan to stay there again.

The property and the facility were beautifully maintained. The patio, pool area, and breakfast room lent themselves to relaxation and enjoyment. The staff were most helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay again.

I loved this hotel, very private and location was perfect. The staff was incredible

The room and grounds were clean. The service upon arrival was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again when in the East Bay.

I saw the pictures and read the reviews and I have to say I was still worried that it might not be like what we had seen on the pics, well shocked and soo happy I really was pleased, and the breakfast and pool and hot tub wow just really can't say enough!! Thank you, Bonnie

The rooms were pristine, the accommodations were beautiful, the free breakfast buffet was a plus and it was located in a convenient area. Oh and the staff were kind and helpful. I WILL be staying there again.

This was my first stay at Hotel Sierra and I definitely will be back. Everything was top notch.

I have stayed there before about 3 yrs ago as a gift from my children. When looking for place to stay in the area again for another family function I booked this Hotel not realizing it was the same place until after I had booked. Both stays were more then AWESOME! We took the kids here to find a little sun and relax. The hotel staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was good and the hotel very clean and seemed new. Only (very minor) issue was that the pool didn't open until 10am on Saturday - late for my kids but I can understand why they would have this policy. I was there for three days and had a great experience. I was surprised by the exceptional quality and large selection of food for breakfast. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I feel the cost to quality ratio was very low making it one of the best values in a suite style hotel I've ever stayed at. I'll be back!

Haved stayed here several times and have notices a decline in the Happy Hour treats as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. For the price, it use to deserve a 5 rating, now it's 4. Hope the old atmosphere and food quality returns soon!

It is clean and everything in the room you need. Close to the freeway.

Not only did we enjoyed free breakfast every morning but during the week we also enjoyed an evening snack that included free wine & beer (all you can drink), salad, soup, chips & dip, cheese & crackers and a hot appetizers! The staff there was very nice and we enjoyed our 4 night stay.
