The room was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable.

The overall hotel experience was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. The room and everything else was incredibly clean. It's only about 10-15 minutes from anything worth going to in Columbus, which is nice. Even though it's pretty much ON TOP of the airport the air-traffic was not disturbing to us or our young children. If you're looking for somewhere to […] stay for entertainment I'd probably choose the Hilton Garden Inn at Easton, but seriously, this was a great hotel and a very short drive to anything good in Columbus. Location could not be better, especially if you have early or late flights. The bed was not as comfortable as in previous stays - but it served the purpose. Highly recommend

My girls and I loved staying at your motel. We didn't want to leave and have to come back home. Everything was great. The manager Rob, was very nice and helpful.

Super convenient to the Columbus Airport. Front Desk personnel were very friendly and efficient, room was big, comfortable and the heating/cooling unit worked well.

The hotel was really nice and staff very friendly. The only draw back was the noise of the planes. Then again it was an airport hotel.

Right choice for an overnight when you need to catch planes early or when you arrive late. Service is first class, I was helped with heavy luggage, the business office was open 24 hours and the facilities were all in working order. Breakfast really good a reliable place to stay.

i booked a king non smoking but they put me in a double smoking, that was all they had left??? the room was stinky

This hotel is very clean, very affordable and very convenient! We had to check out at 3am and the persons on duty were friendly, polite and helpful. I would probably stay there again next year on my vacation.

great hotel on the airport, hotel arranged a free bus to local mall, massive had the lot, great afternoon evening spent there, hotel was clean and comfy, little or no airport noise, would stop again

Convenient location for overnight stay in anticipation of early departure out of Columbus airport.

We checked in very late due to a late arrival at the Columbus airport. In the middle of the night the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building in very cold, icy conditions. After getting back into the lobby and waiting for an hour or so, we were guided back to our room through the kitchen. The firemen couldn't get the alarm to turn off […] because of a broken sprinkling head, so we had to listen to that for another hour. Then at 8:30 someone knocked at our door, waking us up, just to see if we were still in the room. The whole experience was a nightmare and we do not ever intend to stay in that hotel again. My husband and I felt that the hotel staff handled the problem very poorly. 더 보기

Bed was very comfortable...room seemed really clean. My only after thought was wondering if the room was as clean as I thought because as I was leaving the hotel I saw one of cleaning ladies mopping the bathroom floor with a rag underneath her shoe...not the way to get a floor clean.

The hotel was a fantastic value. The customer service the staff provided was excellent. Everyone always had a smile and was quick to ask if you needed help with anything. As an aside the breakfasts were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Columbus on business.

airport shuttle fast for pickup and delivery

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our stay at the hotel was a marvelous experience. Our children really enjoyed the room, food, and the pool. My wife and I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, fittness and business center. Very satisfied with stay.

Great location near the airport, complimentary shuttle service to/from airport, also to other destinations. Very friendly and professional staff, clean and modern facilities, very comfortable rooms. All in all excellent and unbeatable value for money. Breakfast good but could be a bit more varied.
