This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Location is difficult to find as it is in a small lane, but overall location is not bad. They just raised the price and pretend to give a huge discount. Air condition in room is broken, we opened the balcony door at first, but then there are mosquitoes flying in and we cannot sleep. We ask for help, but the only […] room is next to reception and we do not want to change. We change room in the second day. Breakfast is very normal, like that in a 2-3 star hotel. Great staff, arttractive inner court for breakfast of meals, and fine breakfast. Rooms was well appointed yuet lacking in drawers space. but 1st rate bathroom and fixtures. Helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel is clean, traditional and in a very convenient location without being noisy.

The rooms looked a little tired - but then so were we after 13 days of traveling throughout Sicily. We found it difficult to locate the hotel but once there the staff was very helpful - they took our car and parked it in their garage which was so helpful. 街の中心部から少し離れていて交通の便は少し不便、夜間は道は明るいが人通りはない。部屋の環境は良好、バスタブはなくシャワーだった。朝食は普通のコンチネンタルブレックファストで、オレンジジュース生絞りの機械があってその場で作れるのは面白かった。ただ朝食時間初めだと準備が整ってなかったのは残念かな。

Il n'y a rien à redire sur l'hotel en particulier. L'extérieur ainsi que la petite rue sur laquelle il est situé ne paie pas de mine mais à l'intérieur, il ressemble à un petit palace avec un patio très joliment décoré. Les chambres sont confortables avec tout le nécessaire (mini bar et wifi gratuit) ainsi que la salle de bains. Le service est excellent, […] les personnes au petit déjeuner gentilles et serviables ainsi que les personnes à l'accueil. On peut vous garer votre voiture dans leur parking sous-terrain. Le seul point faible serait peut être la situation car nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de temps pour explorer les environs de Catane. Certes, l'hotel n'est pas loin de la Villa Bellini ainsi que de certaines rues commerçantes (via Etna et via Umberto) mais il nous a été impossible de trouver des restaurants (à part la célèbre patisserie Savia). 더 보기

Meget hygglig betjening , hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Meget god mat på hotellet.Hadde 3 netter på hotellet og måtte reise tdlig ,ble da utsyrt med en fantastisk frokost til og ta med oss. kan anbefales.

Excellent hotel avec un service irréprochable : nous avons eu un soucis de clim, une autre chambre nous a été proposé immédiatement, on a eu droit a une petit dejeuner à emporter comme on quitter l'hotel tot... Service voiturier donc pas de problème pour trouver une place ce qui est pas evident vu la situation en plein centre ville de l'hotel. En plus […] le restaurant a une etoile au guide michelin.... tout ca pour un prix très raisonnable ! Je ne regrette pas mon choix ! Seul inconvenient la vue de la terrasse sur les escaliers de secours.... mais bon c'est vraiment pour trouver un point négatif ! Die Hotel-Parkplätze sind stark begrenzt, d.h. max 8-10 die auch nur durch hintereinanderstellen möglich sind. Autoschlüssel muss dann ab der Rezeption hinterlegt werden. In der Hauptsaision werden diese Parkplätze sicherlich nicht ausreichen. Für uns war das im Septenber OK.
