considering the safety situation in Cuidad Juarez. This hotel made me feel safe. The staff was very friendly and the room was in perfect conditions. Food was a little expensive. But other than that, no complains.

this was a fine place to stay, secure and safe given the situation in Cd. Juarez. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good. The bed was great! The most comfortable bed in Mexico, I think!

this hotel was recently built and no effort has been made to keep it updated. the tvs are old and only have couple of channels available. the food is decent but very overpriced and every time i used the restaurant or room service they would always forget my 20 percent discount given to me by hotels.com and would have to remind them and have my bill […] resent. the maids knocked daily at 7 am to start cleaning our rooms (on weekend).. and finally and most scary the hotel is constantly with patrols of armed soldiers and trucks in the parking lot making it a scary place to stay...we moved out to another more safe location closer to the consulate after our paid reservation had expired. 더 보기

The staff was very unfriendly, except for the restaurant staff especially Mireya the witress and the manager and cahiers. I had to call the front desk 4 days in a row for someone to turn off the radio alram in the connecting room, they had morning meetings on the 8th. floor where I was able to hear clapping and talking outside the room. The pricing […] on the list in the room needs to be updated the cigarettes listed for $33.00 pesos and it was $50.00 the price of beer was different on 2 occasions even alaksltzer tablets were a different price form one day to the next. When my reservation was finished I walked 2 building away to the Radisson where I stayed 2 months ago, and the $30.00 dollars i saved on the reservation was not woth it. The Radisson staff was much more friendly they gave me a home welcome the food and cigarettes are chaeper and the food is better. 더 보기

AL HOSPEDARME ME ENTERÉ DE UNA SERIE DE RECLAMOS DE VARIOS CLIENTES POR QUE NO HABIA AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN EL HOTEL CAMINO REAL CD JUAREZ, ME OFRECIERON UN VENTILADOR.
