A little difficult to get to but a fine establishment and excellent value... !

The rooms represented online did not look like what they were in reality.

I was under the impression that the hotel had a fittness room which it did not. It had an outdoor spa. We found everything else great. Lots of restaurants close and a nice quiet room. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Great rates and nice staff.

The hotel staff was nice but the "full breakfast" was NOT maintained! We had to go eat elsewhere both mornings. Also, beds were extremely hard (pillows were nice) and bathroom fan and hairdryer were broken. Hyatt Place Airport is ALOT nicer for the same price.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, easy commute to Downtown Portland,

Better than expected! Great service friendly staff I will stay here again on my next trip!

The internet service was very bad. This was a big disappointment since I had work to do. My friend at the other end of the building had the same problem so it was through out the whole hotel. An older property but under renovation. Room was clean and spacious. Towels could have been thicker and breakfast was basic. Would like to have eaten the eggs and sausages but eggs were green and sausage looked greasy. Convenient to expressway.

easy to find location right off of the I-5, the hotel in undergoing renovation so its kind of an eye-sore. the hotel was just adequate, nothing fancy. however, the ways are verrryyy thin and footseps and sounds could be heard from the floor above us at all hours of the night. also, the breakfast provided in the morning is kind of sketchy (funny tasting […] and discolored?) Stayed here for a business trip. Gentleman at front desk was very friendly and gave me an upgrade to a suite. Was so satisfied, we are staying again in a couple of days for another business trip.

This is an older Best Western which is somewhat updated. The lobby looks great, but the breakfast room really needs a facelift. The employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. it urgently needs a remodelation

This was within easy walking distance of restaurants, very close to Portland Meadows race Track, and only one exit from Jansen Beach for shopping . Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Great value for the price. Very clean and open.

This hotel was in a good location for us as we were visiting friends in St. John's. It was clean, nice staff, and good breakfast. There are also placed to eat within walking distance if you miss breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

We were very satisfied with our room and the cleanliness. Loved the large bathroom and counter space. The breakfast was good too, although we had to eat in our room because there was no vacant tables.

Nice, clean room. Updated furniture includes microwave and minifridge. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast offering included. You can hear noises from adjacent rooms, rooms above, airport and trains. Bring your earplugs and Ambien.

This was a very nice hotel. Nice breakfast and very clean room. Wish they had a pool, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating and the complementary breakfast was great with a large variety of fresh and hot items, much more than the bagel & fruit generally offered.

just off the freeway- easy for our son and daughter to come visit or vice versa-shopping very close-elmer's restaurant very close (perhaps one hundred feet) good food. room clean employees friendly, professional and helpful

The breakfast buffet was a disaster. Because there was a convention, everyone was trying to eat breakfast at the same time. There were long lines and not enough food. The management should have known about the convention and planned ahead. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay here the most. We liked the room, the breakfast and the staff. Clean and quiet!

Everything was fine except the breakfast. It was, without a doubt, the worst continental breakfast I have ever seen. I say seen because it should not and could not be eaten. If you stay at this motel eat at the Elmer’s restaurant nearby. Don’t even enter the room with the breakfast to look. It could ruin your appetite.

The room was nice, ac worked very well, overall a very nice room. The pool was very nice but the spa did not work and was not hot. The tv provider was not working and the tv was unuseable but a trouble call was into the provider. The breakfast was nice but they had a full room and seating was limited. The hostess was very nice and helpfull.

After staying in four star hotels on a long road trip, we just needed a safe, clean place to sleep for one night on the way home. The Best Western at the Meadows fit the bill. While it's no where near grand, we didn't leave feeling like we contracted some disease. The room smelled like stale smoke and mold, but we travel with air fresheners! The fan in our room did not work, however the staff offered to put us in a different room. Problem solved. My only negative was the breakfast, which was marginal at best. The scrambled eggs were awful.

Two problems: Entrance to hotel is hard to find. Second, lighting in bathroom over sink is poor. This isn't a review but there wasn't any space for comments.

Everyone at hotel was very friendly, a good place to go if you don't want to pay high prices to visit Portland. We chose hotel because it is within a ten minute drive of University of Portland (where we were visiting my brother). Although we had a car and didn't use it, the Max (public transit) is only a five minute walk from this hotel! How nice!
