한국의 모텔만 못한 호텔입니다. 수영장이 있다는 장점외에는 추천할만한 호텔은 아니구요 만약 다음에 홍콩을 방문할 일이 또 있다면 절대 Empire에서는 숙박하고 쉽지 않네요! 다른 좋은 호텔들 많이 있으니 신중이 선택하세요. 절대 사진 믿지 마세요!

침사츄이 돌아다니기에는 적당하지만, 홍콩섬 지역 돌아다니기에는 교통이 조금 불편한 곳이예요- 홍콩섬쪽에 자리 잡을 걸 그랬다는 생각이 들더라구요-

정오를 넘어서 도착하였는데 바로 check in 하지 못하고 1시간 이상을 대기하게 되어 불편했고 결국 업무를 마치고 자정이 넘어서야 check in을 할수 있었음. 바로 room이 정해지지 않으면 deposit도 check in 시 해야 하는데 정오와 자정 두번에 걸쳐 deposit을 하는 번거로움도 별로 물론 cancel해서 금전적 손실이야 없지만 투숙객에대한 배려가 조금 부족한듯. lobby에서 가방을 정리하는 불편함과 주위의 시선으로 인해 민망하기도 했음. 바로 check in 이 불가능하면 잠시 대기할수 있는 작은 공간이 따로 필요할듯. 객실관리는 양호했으나 무선 internet을 위한 usb는 error가 나서 […] 객실내 internet 사용을 못함. 차라리 유선 internet이 더 편리할듯.. 더 보기

The Internet connection was bad. Not consistent. Bring your own cord to connect, still for a fee. Their's was short.

Good location and clean room was nice and kind room service was also good. Service was good compare with other similar grade Hotel. Will surely stay again in next time.

Room is small but comfortable. Lots of eateries in the area. Within walking distance to lots of places. Lack if full length mirror in the room.

I was dissappointed because the hotel had no free WIFI. In the middle of the night about 12.30am there was a ring on my room door.There was a lady outside and she apologise to me saying wrong room.Again the same lady called and when i answered she again said sorry.I wonder what happened to the security system in the hotel...

Stains on floor. Non-smoking room that smelled of smoke. Black hairs on my sheets. Cracked door frame (from getting kicked in?). The best part was a letter regarding extermination that was taking place on the entire floor. Bed bugs? Cockroaches? Gross and unnerving experience. Never again.

Hotel is nice and good value. One complaint is having to wait between 5 and 10 mins to get checked in/out due to only 1 member of staff being on the front desk at the time.

The hotel location is great. You are close to metro stops and access to Hong Kong Island. The overall condition of the hotel is ok and is expected for the price.

the location of the hotel could be better bit 10 min walk its not so big dil from the main road/ the room was great but thier is no wi fi for free like other hotels

Our room was upgraded but the aircon of the room was not working. The hotel immediately sent a maintenance person to look at it and as they could not fix it, we were transferred to another room. The room was small and can barely fit two people but it was clean. Swimming pool is clean but cold and not good for laps (as circular shape). Gym is adequate […] but can do better. Location of the hotel is very good and close to shopping and lots of food choices. Highly recommend to friends 더 보기

Horrible Internet, room so small I had to go outside to change my mind. Breakfast is a fortune and not worth it. Area is ok but really a dump outside. Inside is clean but a bad design. You can do better elsewhere.

the hotel is nice, but expensive and the staff was young and inexperienced. I had booked a deluxe room, but nobody explained at checkin what that included, so i had no idea that it meant access to the club room for free happy hour and free wi-fi and breakfast. It was no wonder the lounge was empty when i was there. I happened upon it by accident when […] i went to the spa to book a massage. I had to pass the indoor pool area first (lovely, by the way), where the attendant sent me to the 2nd floor to book the massage. it was there that the attendant advised that because of my Deluxe room booking I was entitled to free access of the club room. The spa and massage were a disaster. The spa was not manned and nobody seemed to know or care about it. They contracted out the masseuse and she took 3 phone calls during my 90 minute massage. It was so incredibly rude and totally ruined my paid time for relaxation. at check out, there was no smile or thank you, again a very young, inexperienced staff with no customer service training. i stay in Kowloon often, but although the area is convenient and safe, will not opt to use this hotel again. 더 보기

This hotel is in a fine location with short walks to subway, shopping and dining. Airport Express stop right outside makes for a cheap commute to and from the airport. Only three negatives: web access was horribly slow and expensive, Empire Kitchen breakfast was unimaginative and generally not good, and lastly, if you like to use a workout facility, […] this place was sorely lacking even adequate gym equipment. The Empire has a great location in TST, close to museums and easy walk to waterfront. value is good. we had a real problem with the internet connection, poor internet service and lots of frustration. also the bed really sagged in the middle, needed a board underneath it or a new mattress. the hotel responded to the internet complaints and did not charge […] us. 더 보기

First impression was bad: I stood at the main door with a suitcase, one roller case, and a briefcase hoping that the doorman will open the door for me. No, he looked at me but did not open the door. Needless to say, I had a hard time entering the hotel. When I finally entered the hotel, the doorman just looked at me, then looked in the opposite direction. […] At the counter, I asked why the doorman does not open the door. His answer was: "he is the doorman but also a security guard." I said: "that is not a good reason why a high ranking doorman should not open doors for guests with many bags trying to get into the hotel". Note: This hotel should be avoided if you have bags to carry. Second negative impression: The hotel internet kept on cutting off, and I had to re-insert ID and password every time I pushed the Return Button on my internet page or moved to a new section. I do a lot of work on the internet, so it must have been more than 50 times of reconnecting. I called the front desk and told them the situation. He only said that everything is OK at their hotel, and something must be wrong with my laptop. After more reconnections on the internet, I called again and told him that my laptop is only 6 months old and I have been traveling to several countries and used their internet without any problems. I also have the current anti-virus software. This is the first time and only time I have experienced such a problem. I kindly requested to please come and see what is happening, and please try to correct the situation. He said it is not necessary to come to my room to check the internet status, and kept on saying nothing is wrong with the hotel side. If things can be solved by saying nothing is wrong on their side, we will not have any problems in the world. Conclusion: if you need to use the internet, beware of Empire Hotel Kowloon. They will say there is nothing wrong with them. And they will not try anything to remedy the situation. You can't cancel your room without 더 보기

As we know it is a brand new hotel(may be not more than 10 years) But we found out the room is so old that look even much older than Ramada Hotel which we stay there couple years ago. The wall paper already purl off, the carpat was so old and dirty. Even wores was the slice door of the bathroom was broken which need to call room service to send a worker […] to repair at the very first day we stay there. The 'man' stand in the lobby like a statue, never have a smile nor greet customer. Next visit, we may go back to Ramada even their room is too small but their service really fantastic. 더 보기

Very nicely located and close to everything.

The hotel room was super small. Smaller than I expected even though I had already read the previous reviews, However, I have to say the staff was nice and accomondating and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good and reasonaly priced.

The place was clean and nice. The location is a little off of the main road (Nathan Rd) than we'd liked. The breakfast was not free. I would rather be at a hotel closer to Nathan Rd, like The Kowloon Hotel, located on No.19-21 Nathan Road, where our friend stayed (although he says it's a bit small).

Since Hong Kong is extremely costly, this hotel was decent for the price they offered on the net. As expected, the rooms were small (But I did not expect them to be any bigger). 10 minutes walk to TST and East TST MTR stations. Lot of eateries closeby. A decent place for an affordable price.

ok when you go to hong kong, well my experience is, that if you want a room reminicent of say an aussie hotel as far as size goes you have to pay. that in mind it all depends on your budget. the empire was fine, you aren't having a saturday dance in your room, but is that what you go for. the empire is in a fairly central location with plenty of restaurants […] both local and international to choose from within a five minute walk. we found the local restaurants good value for money, while the international ones off observatory rd more expensive. go to the local ones on kimberly rd and you won't be disappointed. the hotel bar will give you free internet time if you buy a drink. there is a severe shortage of internet cafes in hk, so if you need frequent inet, take your own. also starbucks up the road will give you 20mins free for the cost of a coffee. 더 보기

hi all, i guess it is because we are on holidays and are pretty happy with ourselves, so we expect everyone else to be. i guess the empires roof did not leak and there was a bed. we were upgraded to a life style room. space is a premium in hk, so don't expect to be able to swing your cat in your room. the empire is in a good location, easy walk to nathan […] rd and a ten minute walk to night markets, i guess the best advice i can give is that just because it is asia it is not cheap. though you can find cheap food and services if you look hard. organise your transport transfers before you go. check out the train & bus from the air port before resorting to a taxi. i did get a bargain on an electrical item,be prepared to haggle and you will get a heap off. hk is a good experience, take plenty of money. the tourist ladies at the hotel are very helpfull. they booked our train ticket for a small fee. i wouldn't say don't stay here, but then i wouldn't say do stay here either. check it out yourself and don't listen to to many recomendations. happy travelling. 더 보기

I checked in in the very early hours of the morning having asked for a non smoking room. I opened the door of the room to the smell of old ash tray so went back down17 floors to reception to ask for a non smoking room. I was told that I was wrong, that my room was non smoking and could I please put up with it. I replied no. So they asked me to wait […] for half an hour whilst they asked housekeeping to spray some air freshner. Also not an option as far as I was concerned. They told me they had no other rooms. I told them I wasn't going to sleep there. They found another room. For which I had to wait half an hour, whilst housekeeping sprayed it with air freshner. Luckily the second room didn't have an underlying smell of cigarette smoke. I noticed that there were no signs asking guests not to smoke and there were no designated no smoking floors. I would not recommend this hotel to non smokers and the attitude of the staff was complacent. 더 보기

l usually stay in the Regal , however stayed at the Empire for the first time . Hotel room was quite small and compact but very functional and at the price good value for HK .l was there on business for 6 nights and did have to negotiate my way around my suitcase a few times due to the lack of space ! As everyone says the rooms are very small but not really a big deal unless you plan on spending a bunch of time there. The location is very good and the overall value for the room is good. Just up the hill in front of the Hotel to the left are a bunch of restaurants to choose from or you can get fast food down Kimberly road left on Nathan Road 2-3 […] blocks. McDonalds, KFC, Burger King. Local bars in Kowloon close to Hotel would be down the street on Nathan road Holiday Inn or Sticky Fingers. The shopping mall is a short walk from the hotel as well. For more night life choices go to Wan Chai and one of the locations we liked was Joe Bananas. Probably will get a better currency exchange rate on Nathan Road. Rate was not that great across from Hotel. Temple street (night street shopping) is not to far from Hotel we walked maybe 15 minutes or so. Lady's Market a little further you can get a cab to go there. Get a map from the hotel and its marked on there north of Kimberly road. 더 보기

Small rooms, mediocre staff attitude. Breakfast not very good by Hong Kong standards.

Hotel is situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui even though it's a 7-10 minute walk to the MTR station. The room is fairly small but it's fair for the price. Since I was traveling by myself. The lack of space didn't bother me. Room is clean and well appointed except for the TV which is one of those old tube TV on a wall mount very high up. The decor […] in the room is pleasing and fairly modern and the shower only bathroom is tiled with marble/granite. The neigborhood is full of small shops and great eating places. One complaint I have is that the shared ventilation system brought in cigarette smell from another room for the first few days. After the smoker from the other room left, it was fine. 더 보기

The Empire Kowloon is located in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants. The room price was a great value. I've stayed their twice and will go back again. My only problems: 1) The beds are hard (like many in Hong Kong and China), 2) the fitness room is under construction (has been for over a year ... will they ever finish?). They have one […] hotel room with a bike, treadmill, and stepper as a temporary fix... better than nothing. If you plan on eating breakfast at the hotel, I suggest you get the rate including breakfast. We paid over $25 per person for the buffet. It was good, but not that good. 더 보기

The AC didn't work.

One of our rooms had exposed eletric connections in the dang shower, and rusty metal in the bath room, apart from this the hotel was niec, its well furnished and has marbel entracnce, and is presentable, not a dive. Its a fine hotel, everyone was helpful, pleasant, and palced centrally to what you need on Kowloon side. Typical first world hotel.

湯船はなく、シャワールームだけでしたが、ビジネス利用としては、十分です。また、買い物や食事など、便利な立地でした。

Bien situé, service correct, petit déjeuner sans plus vu le prix. Gros défaut, des chambres minuscules.

Erittäin tyylikäs hotelli, hyvä aamiainen hintalaatusuhteeltaan, huoneen koko sopiva. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä, hintaansa nähden erittäin hyvä. Ainoa huono puoli, että sänky oli hiukan jousitukseltaan parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Loistava sijainti.

Не совсем то что ожидали от данного отеля. Цена не соответствует качеству. Слишком дороговато, но переночевать пойдет.
