You should know up front that this is not a hotel, but an apartment/vacation rental set up with no one on site. So if you are looking for the normal ammenities of a hotel this is NOT for you. We booked the room for one night only to find out later that this is a condo, usually rented by the week. The place was very hard to find since we were searching for a hotel. The condo was beautiful... two bedroom, two bath... decorated tastefully. Everything was clean and comfortable. I went to Scottsdale for a funeral, I selected the hotel/condo via www.hotel.com everything was done online. I got there and to my surprise instead of a one bdrm king we had a 3 bdrm king, with a full kitchen, dining, and livingroom. Checkin was via internet no hassels the place was wonderful. Everything was clean, all the aminities were fantastic. […] It was like going home the kitchen was fully stocked with dishware, etc. there was a full size washer/dryer and patio on the green belt. Extremely unpleasant experience.I have reserved a suite at Sonoran through hotel.com and received a confirmation nr from hotel .com telling me that I do not need to call Sonoran for confirmation. Hotel.com did not gave me the suite nr. although my credit card was charged when I have made the reservation.I arrived at 3 pm for check-in at the given address […] provided by hotel.com. This property is not named Sonoran and there is no Sonoran office there. The woman working at the leasing office on this property told me upfront that she is not working for Sonoran, therefore cannot help me and the office will close at 5.30pm. I had to call personally Sonoran and wait for 1.5 hours to talk to someone, being disconnected several times. Finally I spoke with customer service where Ann was very helpful and after another hour I was able to speak with the manager,Justin.He told me the nr of the suite assigned for me on this propert and where to find the key. He did not even apologize to me for all this inconvenience. The apartment was 10 min walking distance from the entrance and it was no lighting system on the property. The advertised pool inside the property was closed and it was no staff available on the property after 5.30pm. In the apartment I found a note stating that I will have to clean the apartment including taking out the garbage prior checking-out by 10am otherwise I will be charged $ 50. Another note from the cleaning lady was saying that"any tips are appreciated". Tips for what?I have stayed only for 3 nights but no one ever changed the towels in the bathroom. Definitely, not worth it the money and the stress/effort of getting the apartment I've payed for in advance. 더 보기

This is a condo style hotel. Checking in is done via on-line instructions. All was very smooth and the condo was clean and in excellent condition.

Nice room Needs some updating of TV, living room furniture Lock box is very hard to get into Outside lighting need to be brighter Never did find our parking space

There is NO HOTEL STAFF ON PREMISES! If you plan on showing up after 5, better have the Sonoran Suites phone number! I loved the place, but there is no staff! You have to call a number to get all of your services!

The condo was very accommodating. My family and I stayed in the condo while visiting family for Christmas. The price was reasonable and the unit as well as the grounds were well maintained and in good condition. The only thing I didn't understand is why there was a condo fee and we still had to wash our own dishes and take out the trash. There were ants on kitchen counter I left a piece of fruit n 2 hrs later was covered in ants. Fitness rm was not accessible to us when we were told it was. I got 2 twin beds that were not great quality or comfortable . I was told a had a choice of queen or king beds not twin beds w/o headboards.

This place is nice with large spacious rooms. It's actually a vacation rental well located in Scottsdale Arizona. I made a last minute booking and was pleasantly surprised with my accomodations. I recommend checking it out if in the area. Justin in the office is very helpful and assisted me with my after hours check-in.

The place was nice, the only complant was that the unit we stayed in had ants. We found an ant crawling on our babys head after we gave him a bath. It must have gotten on the towel or something. There was more in the Kitchen area. Other than that all was fine.

Been here before...I'll be back again...this place is great and they have amazing rates for the size of the acomodations...full kitchen, living, dining area and it was nice that they had the AC on when I arrived...I highly enjoyed and hope you will too!

Please note this is not a hotel...this is a vacation rental setup...nice location in Scottsdale in the Kierland Commons area across from the Westin..no onsite check-in you must take care prior to but it's easy and you can go right to the front door after..nice place...check it out

Spent a few nights in Scottsdale and decided to stay at Sonoran with the family. The location is great and conveniently located next to great restaurants and dining. I would recommend to anyone looking for vacation rental style as this is not a hotel

Booked for three nights and an incredible rate. I have seen a few that have been disappointed finding out this is not a hotel, but if you just read it's easy to figure that out. Well located, close to nice restaurants, in the heart of Scottsdale. Beautiful property, pool, amenities and large large rooms. I really enjoyed this place and recommend!

I have read some negative things about this place, so I was a bit skeptical about booking. It seems those specifically looking for hotel accomodations are going to be disatisfied, but if you are looking for more of a vacation rental/time share set up this is great. It should be stated somewhere that this is not a hotel, it is a vacation rental with a rental agreement needing to be signed prior to arrival because there is NO company staff onsite. The AC is left off until you arrive to turn it on, did not work properly as it was. Temperature was over 90 degrees but could not get the exact temp because that's as […] high as it would register. This place is a nightmare. The pictures on-line are deceiving. Check-In was 3:00 p.m., we arrived at 6:00 p.m. to a Room filled with empty beer bottles, trash, trash in the refrigerator, dirty linen on the beds and soiled laundry on the dining room table.
