I found the manager on duty amazingly helpful and ready to go the extra mile to help us out. The room was very nice and the bed wonderfully comfortable. Location was convenient for us and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with business or vacation time in the Boise area.

We loved this place and plan to stay there every time we visit Boise. The location is great for restaruants, entertainment and shopping. Our service was excellent and so was the room.

Pillows better than most hotels! Ez access to freeway & close restaurants seemed very secure found a sock from previous guest tho

Very convenient location, easy on and off. The room was clean, the maid missed some of the previous occupants items though. The bed however was very hard. It was an adjustable tension bed and no matter how soft we set the control it didn't become any softer. Very uncomfortable bed. This was the 2nd experience here with this type of bed. This is the second time we have stayed at this Hotel and we enjoyed our stay both times. It is a wonderful location walking distance to movies, restaraunts & Costco. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very well kept. The only down-side we experienced was that our bed had a memory foam mattress that we found to be uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast consisted of juices and yogurt, cereal and some fruit and toast. The full service breakfast advertised had to be ordered and it wasaround 10 dollars and not worth that amount, esp when it sounded like it was included in the room price, otherwise if was a good location, close to lots of restaurants and movie theatres, costco […] and walmart and the both the mall and the airport were fairly closeby. the title says it all

We were on the second floor and the people above us were making a lot of noise, then about 10:00 p.m. we heard a dog barking and discovered it was right next to our room. The front desk people tried to summon someone from that room but of course the dog had been left and continued barking until midnight. We weren't able to sleep so we left the motel […] at 12.00 and went home. The front desk didn't offer to refund our money or comp us another room. They did offer to give us another room that night which we declined. 더 보기

Although it is a Garden, it's the best one I have stayed at. Very good value for the room. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the service and the room accommodations at the hotel. The room was immaculate, the bed quite comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and the flat screen television. Highly satisfied. Would recommend this hotel and definitely would stay again.

We were very pleased with the hotel from the minute we stepped in the lobby. The stay was very pleasant, the staff was cordial and friendly. We enjoyed the facilities. We didn't know how to work the treadmills.

Very nice accomodations. Nice location to interstate, golf, movies, restaurants, shopping mall. Reasonable weekend rates.

Special weekend rate caught my eye when travelling to Boise for a wedding. Hotel was so much more than we expected. Room was spacious and lovely; bath had everything we needed. We found a great deal through hotels.com that was 20 bucks cheaper than other websites for the same hotel. This hotel was great to stay in. We came to Boise for a wedding and wanted to stay the weekend. Our room was a single king bed, non smoking on the 2nd floor. This hotel was everything we wanted and more. Pros: ---Large Room- didn't feel cramped at all ---Free High speed internet (Yes it was wired, but they supplied the network cable and detailed instructions […] on how to set it up. ---Large bathroom, well lit ---Shower had the new curved bar, so you could shower with ease without hitting the curtain. (Also had a new type of curtain where the top was mesh and see through so the shower was lit up and not dark. ---Comfortable bed and pillows. The bed was adjustable soft to firm with each side independent. The knobs were at the head of the mattress on each side. ---Heather/AC was fairly quiet when running. ---Great curtains, when closed keep the room very dark for someone who would want to sleep in. ---Very close to freeway on ramp so getting around was easy. ---Many restaurants, fast food, and movie theaters were directly across the street. We went and saw an IMAX movie that was less than 100 yards from the hotel. The other 22 screen theater was right next to the IMAX. Cons: ---Ice machine on our floor was broken (2nd floor), so i had to go to another level to get ice. ---Toilet paper dispenser was mounted under the counter, barely within reach of sitting on the toilet. (Yes i know random.) ---Unless you go in the side door, you have to weave through the lobby and past the front desk to access the elevators. I wish there was an easier access for people who had already checked in. This was probably just a safety measure but made me feel awkward walking past the people at the front desk with nothing to say to them. Overall this was a great hotel, despite the few small cons that i noticed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone looking in the Boise area. I travel for work and this hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower and toilet worked well, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was fairly new and comfortable, the ironing board and iron were clean and worked well. I borrowed a yoga mat from the front desk, the breakfast area was clean and the food was decent. We only stayed one night but it was a great hotel for the $$ we spent. Very clean and comfortable. Many eateries in the area as well as a theater

Very Nice, especially for those last minute rates!!!

Although some rooms had HDTV's in them, the one we received did not. That was one of the amenities that my family was looking forward to. Also, asked for a cot (son was sick so wanted to get him a seperate bed) but was told one wouldn't fit in the room. Room looked plenty big enough to fit one.

This hotel is very nice! The people are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and relatively large. I would definately recommend this hotel to everyone.

When we checked in the room was not as advertised. I asked about the differances. they imediatly corrected the problems and upgraded us to a Walk-in Shower and Complimentary beverages. Great staff.
