Upon getting into the room it seemed that there had been an overlook from the cleaning crew and also an issue with the in room internet. Front desk did change my room the next day to another room.

This was one of the best places I've stayed because of the comfort of the bed. The staff were very friendly despite the very late hour at which i checked in. I will def stay here again.

Verry nice Hotel, Room was execlant, friendly host, breakfast was verry good. only problem for us was the 8 Trains that went by late at night, but not unbareable... but dont get room 665 rear corner there is a trucking co. 6 trucks running all night could here them but again not unbearable. I would stay there again but on the front side Thanks

Great location, great staff.

Good room. Very clean. Room service was uno restaraunt and prices were great. Only about 10 min drive to EA.

I've stayed in a wide variety of hotels across the country this year and at this Hilton Garden twice in the last few months. My main issue with it is that I can get a better value elsewhere. The complimentary Internet is sufficient only for checking emai—trying to access websites is excruciating, it either takes many minutes or will not connect at all, […] They have a higher bandwidth version for which you must pay an annual subscription fee to join their "club". Breakfast is also an extra cost if you are not in the club. For the same price I can get a very similar room—the sheets are quit as luxurious— plus breakfast and excellent internet service at another major chain whose name begins with an H. If money is no object then you are fine and the sheets and pillows are great, just remember to check the mattress comfort adjustment dial located near the head of the bed on on the side to be sure it's set to your liking. 더 보기

Nice hotel, great staff and the breakfast is cheap and fantastic! Be warned, there is a semi-attached restaurant that has live music every night! No lie, it says it on their sign. My room was just above the stage and it was LOUD! If you like classic rock, stay on Thursdays as they band played some great hits. I enjoyed it but if you are looking for […] peace and quiet then when reserving request a room as far away from the restaurant side as possible. Other than that a great hotel! When we checked into the hotel the lady at the desk mentioned that there was a free complementary breakfast in the morning between 8am-12pm. When my husband and i sat down for breakfast a waitress came over and took our order. Before we left we were handed a bill, come to find out it was $10 a person for breakfast.. Hotel was clean, organized , conveniently organized. There was a Uno's restaurant right next door. Had outside seating as well as in, with a band on Saturday night. Band done early-approx. 10 pm so not an issue while sleeping. Beautiful indoor pool open til 1000 pm.Would definetly stay there again. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were also lovely. Surrounding restaurants were great as well.

Convenient to my son's tournament, right next door to the Basketball hall of fame, close to pike. As someone who is tall, finding a hotel that accomodates my height in the shower is a rare treat, this shower was perfect, bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a great value. Definitely will be a place we will return to.

This hotel is one of the best in Springfield. Great location, wonderful staff, Chicago Uno's restaurant right next door. Highly recommended. The only thing that needs an upgrade are the TV's. Great Stay, look forward to returning !!

great location friendly staff very clean. rooms could use some maint., and it would have been helpfull for the front desk to have access to change for the washers or to even brake a 20.00 to buy from the little store

We had stayed for two nights to attend a show in the area and we had a very nice stay. The hotel staff are very nice and the room was clean and comfortable as a matter of fact the whole hotel was a pleasant atmosphere , the foyer, elevators etc all shined.It was cold outside and the fireplace was great to sit by. When we arrived our room was a bit chilly .When I called the front desk the woman was very helpfull and started trouble shooting with me when that didn't appear to be working she said she was send someone up immediately.I felt she was listening and was very helpful

Easy for our purposes. Directly across from the Basketball Hall of Fame. Breakfast was fine and staff and rooms perfect for the price. Fitness room and pool very good for a hotel of that size.

As a lone traveller I felt very comfortable and safe in this hotel. The service was excellent including the service at breakfast time. Since I was travelling for almost 3 weeks I did use the hotel's laundry facilities which I found excellent, everything was very clean and well mainatined. I am not normally used to such the facilities but found using […] them very easy. In fact, staying at this hotel provided the comfort which was needed as Springfield is a town which did not have much to offer to me. I knew as much before I booked the 3 nights stay but it was a convenient place to break my journey to the Mass mauntains. Sadly, even so, I found the downtown disappointing. The area around the hotel which includes the Hall of Fame is very clean and safe with lots of places to eat. The only downside for me, travelling without a car, was the good 10 min brisk walk near a busy road to the downtown and the public transport. If I ever returned to Springfield which I very much doubt, I would gladly stay at Hilton Garden Inn. My room was specious with excellent bedding and very quiet. Most importantly staff were very helpful and receptive of individual needs, on one occasion going beyond what would be expected of them to help me. 더 보기

The room was fine, they allowed us to check in early, they had a room available. All in all it was a pretty good stay. The machines in the work out room didn't all function. The staff over breakfast was challenging... but the convenience of having breakfast in the hotel evened out for the rudeness.

Hotel was as expected for the price. The attached Uno's resturant was a good plus. The breakfast served in the loby was not worth the $9.95 they charged. The coffee was terrible and so was most of the buffet. Would rec. have an omlett made if you decide to eat breakfast there, they looked good and are made fresh. But upon check in the person at the desk was more concerned with their phone call than getting us checked in and any questions anwsered. 더 보기

Room service was way off schedual, and the kicker there were not many guest, 3pm and the room was still not done. the maid gave of some towels and smiled and left.

Hotel appearance very nice, comforable bed and clean room, paper thin walls were a surpise to me since this is a Hilton property. The loud music from the restaurant right next to the hotel was right under our window. the best thing going for this hotel is the location. it is near to the basketball hall of fame, restaurants, bars and easy to get to the highways. it is also a very lovely place to stay. the only negative comment i have is that the breakfast buffet is not free. those who did pay for breakfast received a terrific amount of good food and personal attention. […] i, for one, could never eat that $ amount of food in the a.m., so for me, it was a no no. there is a cheaper continental buffet available that is sustaining. because there are so many restaurants next door to the hotel or across the parking lot, the hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, but it does allow one to order in from the fun place next door. the ambiance was great!. it was quick and easy to get to downtown springfield or surrounding areas. i highly recommend this as a place to stay. you will enjoy the restful comfortable room and friendly help. 더 보기

While the maid on our floor was absolutely terrific and checking out at the front desk went smoothly and the girl at my time of check out was great. Of course the girl behind the front desk when I went to check in was very rude and short. I approached the front desk about an hour before the 3pm check-in and explained that I was a little early and was […] wondering if a room might be available. She rudely and with a lot of attitude told me that well I don't know b/c you came too early if anything will be available and sighed that I was obviously bothering her. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was treated great, this girl obviously needs an attitude adjustment and needs to be removed from dealing directly with the customers. 더 보기

I requested a nonsmoking room and it smelled strongly of smoke. I found the price high for the quality of the entire facility.

このホテルはスプリングフィールドの中で唯一の観光である、バスケットボールミュージアムの直近にあり、付近に食事ができるレストランが多数あり便利です。 しかし、私たちが泊まっていたときは、フロントから一階のすべてが工事中でした。

离BDL机场和springfield小城市很近，紧邻93号高速公路，上90号高速也很方便，附近有篮球名人堂和墨西哥餐厅、加油站等设施，进出方便，免费停车场很大，下次去还会住在这里。 交通噪声稍大，可以忍受。
