Never stayed at such a great hotel! very classy, and close to Nationwide arena for the concert I attended. Even though our car was broken into & we had our GPS stolen, it was a great place. Really needed that GPS on the way home, we got lost!

The service is absolutely great. From check-in to check-out, the staff was great. They were so friendly and personable and happy and cherry. They really made me genuinely happy. The service is great: there is free happy hour from 5:30-7pm, in which there is also free finger food (chips, hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, etc.) and free […] hot breakfast from 6:00-9:30am (which is great--the food is delicious). The food staff, especially Rosalia, is full of life and wisdom. She interacts with the guests, and has a conversation with you. I really felt at home at the Drury. The linens are a bit dated, and so are the rooms and furniture, but they are still comfortable. The service definitely made up for any bad aspects of my stay. Also, the location could not be better--it is in the heart of downtown Columbus (which I must say is a great city). The only downside is that parking is $12 a day, in a parking garage located on floors 2-4 of the hotel (the parking garage is in the hotel). All in all, I loved my stay at Drury Inn. 더 보기

I left my wedding ring and engagement ring in the hotel after we headed home. I called and spoke to the guest services rep and she was extremely helpful. She even went up to the room as I was on hold to look. She found them and they mailed them overnight, FREE of charge! It was such a relief. We have stayed at most of the hotels in downtown Columbus due to going to Nationwide Areana for the Blue Jackets hockey games and the Drury Inn has not disappointed us yet. It is also close to the Farmers Market. If you have not been there, be sure to make it a stop!

Was totally happy with this hotel, will try Drury more often!!

I enjoyed my stay in this clean, customer service oriented hotel. Would definitely stay again! Was a great room with great amenities. Pool was really nice. Awesome "happy hour" with free appetizers and drinks at 5:30, as well as breakfast in the morning. Very closely located to restaurants and attractions

Two city blocks away from Nationwide Arena. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast as well as evening cocktails/appetizers to guests. On-site parking garage. Would stay again.

Great place to stay with a great location just off the interstate. Cat walk right to the convention center. Room was clean and had everything we needed. A little on the hot side for sleeping. I always stay here while in Columbus and plan to continue.

My son had a surgery at Grant Hosp early in the am, so we drove to Columbus the night before and stayed at the Drury Inn Convention Center and will absolutely stay again. We do go to Columbus a lot and found this to be the best hotel we've stayed in. Great location, great rate, and clean, comfortable hotel.

Stayed here to watch a hockey game. Great service, and great location. Just a short walk to all the local hockey bars and arena. Will definately stay here next time. Much cheaper and very clean. The only thing I would reccomend is to bring your own pillow. I woke up with a very sore neck!

This was the first time I have stayed in a Drury hotel but it will not likely be the last! This was a family trip to Columbus and we wanted a suite so we could have some space between us and our kids. The indoor/outdoor pool was a big plus this time of year, as were the 5:30 Kickback and breakfast. While the cost of the room was no bargain, the service […] was excellent. We had a toilet overflow and the manager that came up was very pleasant about the whole experience. I did have a bit of a conversation with the bartender at the kickback who had marked two spaces on my card (up to three alcoholic beverages included per night at the kickback) but she finally relented. It was a bit disappointing that we missed that we missed the kickback the 2nd night because we were headed out to the First Night Columbus festivities. Parking was surprisingly free, in fact they did not even take a credit card for incidentals! Parking can be a problem as the hotel shares a driveway with a parking garage that got quite busy on New Year's Eve and made it difficult to get back into the hotel. No problem though because it is an easy 2 block walk to Nationwide Center where we took in a hockey game. Overall it was a fantastic experinece and one that I would certainly repeat! 더 보기

We were very impressed with this hotel! The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and We loved the snacks and drinks provided from 5:30-7pm! The breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel and the girls working during our stay were very friendly and ready to help! GREAT stay!

Hotel was lovely - which I already knew. I thought the phone number listed on line was for the hotel, not Hotels.com. I was not happy with your services and will not knowingly use you again.

An overall good experience. Free basic hot breakfast and afternoon snacks were a plus. Manager of the dining area was very friendly and went around to all the tables. It was someone's birthday that day and one of the staff members starting singing "Happy Birthday" and all the diners joined in. My husband and I were in town to celebrate his 25th birthday with his friends. We LOVED the hotel, its location was not the only perfect thing. The hotel offered a "get-together" which gave us two free bar drinks and had tons of tailgating food! The indoor-outdoor pool was a lot of fun and the room was SPECTACULAR! Highly recommended !!1

I was not impressed with happy hour. After staying at Embassy Suites their happy hour was unlimited and breakfast was ok. The hotel needs a bar. We got in late and I wanted to have a beer without having to leave the hotel. That was not possible. Everything else was very nice. If I could fix anything I would put a lounge in the hotel.

great service, friendly clerks, free snacks and cocktails -- all terrific. Room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the coffee service in the room and the cafeteria area. Really, really bad. Other than that, my stay was great.

Stayed at the Drury Inn after an Ohio St football game on a Saturday night...great location, walking distance to High St entertainment and the Arena District entertainment. Much nightlife in both! Hotel was great, Scott at front desk so helpful and kind! Got an very early check in which was convenient. Will for sure stay here again.....

the hotel is nice and close to nationwide arena.the rooms are comfy,the elevators are slow and confusing.and the free food was terrible,cold weiners,prison mac and cheese,and baked potatoes that looked like the were from another resturant from a few days ago.also the free drinks line was so long we didnt even get one.dont know about breakfast after […] the dinner meal you couldnt pay me to eat there again.the parking garage was nice though.all in all quiet rooms with nice beds and tv.just dont go hungry 더 보기

I liked that the hotel was quiet and very well taken care of. People at the desk had a smile and willing to help out. Breakfast was also good, and the price overall compared to the area was great specially because of this amenity.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location with free food morning and evening. And get this - 3 free alcoholic drinks on each day of your stay. Good pool. Spent evening with friends at hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good in evening and also breakfast next morning was wonderful. My friends told me they were glad that I picked it and would recommend it to others.

Very nice room for the price. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was sparkling like new, and a great tv. A few stains on the carpet, comforter was gross (like most hotels), and the free HBO didn't work. Manager at the front desk fixed the HBO quickly and got my wife her free drink card while we ate and drank. Three free drinks each and a delicious appetizer […] buffet saved us paying for dinner. And what a fun atmospere! We met people that were attending the same concert we came to see. Another delicious free buffet for breakfast, including biscuits and sausage gravy, and we were on our way. Free parking in a gated garage and a nice pool were more great things this hotel offered. We travel to columbus often for concerts, and have stayed in a dozen different hotels. Nice reasonable rate for your rooms, kid friendly, nice pool. Breakfast, (a real breakfast....eggs sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, muffins, ) Dinner, (good for kids) and parking all included. Very helpful and accommodating front desk help. Allowed us an extended length of check out with no questions asked. Quiet hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms. Loved the manager's reception. Breakfast was all right.

Pretty much all the essentials you want in a hotel stay. They even recommended a late night place to get food delivered.

None of use had ever stayed at a Drury before. The free food and drinks were such a wonderful surprise! When they say snacks, they mean FOOD. The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly, the location was great, and the food was plentiful. The security was cool, but also a little annoying. NOT a deal breaker! This was my second stay with Drury and I was just as pleased as the first time. From the pleasant check-in staff, who were excited to have us with them and went out of their way to help us, to the "extras that aren't extra", which included 3 free alcoholic drinks during the cocktail hour and free food, this is the best hotel I've used in a long time. We […] stayed in Columbus for a convention, so having a covered, enclosed passage from the hotel to the convention center was a nice benefit. I can imagine that would be even more important when it's snowing. Our room was attractive and clean. The flat screen TV was nice, as was the free wifi throughout the hotel. Even better, your stay includes free domestic long distance and a lovely breakfast (waffles, french toast, eggs, etc) each morning. Of course, having this kind of great service and extras makes more aware of the times that the staff doesn't live up to the heightened expectations. We waited a few minutes one morning for help because the girl at the front desk was busy ordering her own breakfast from a nearby diner. Later, one of the assistant managers was less than competent with a computer and we sat in awkward silence (with him uncomfortable making any eye contact) as he tried to print our receipt for the parking charges. Still, there's almost nothing to complain about here. It's a beautiful building and the service is usually second to none. The Southwest of Hotels: the staff is super friendly, the accommodations are far-from-luxury.You will feel super American staying at the Drury. The good: the staff! The food options are not even close to healthy. And the fitness center is adequate (to be fair, I had the option of inquiring about a pass to the YMCA). The products in the rooms are less-than-desirable (no-brand shampoo-conditioner combo, drying soap, no moisturizer; no vanity items, like cotton balls/swabs), and the room was less than clean (debris on the chair in the room), and the comforters are the scratchy variety. 더 보기

I booked this room for a last minute visit to Columbus. The staff could not have been friendlier.Check in was quick and easy. The room was nicely appointed, very clean, a spotless bathroom. I sometimes feel truly out of my safety zone at times whle traveling, but this hotel made me feel warm and welcome.
