It was very very good for dropping off someone to an early morning flight at the airport.Please have some fresh fruit , whole wheat breads and yoghurt available for your complimentary breakfast. Just a little healthier.Thanks.

Stayed for 3 nights and I must say I was really surprised. They allowed for an early check-in to which I didnt think to call ahead for. The beds are very comfortable, my body melted when I laid down. loved the pillows, they were soft and cushiony Everything was in working order in the room, ie. iron, coffee machine refridgerator,air conditioner. We stopped over for 1 day to see Niagara Falls and the staff were very helpful, suggesting we used the airport shuttle bus to catch the bus to the Falls. We were very weary when we arrived, and the people on reception helped us with our room key, and the next day stored our bags for us.

Small beds, small pillows, old and run down. Won't stay there again.

great location, we stayed there before catching an early morring flight. Nothing special, for the price was functionable for our purpose.

Great service, great food in the morning, shuttle arrived on time & everything went well!

Close to shops, staff helpful, breakfast 3 out of 10. Mold & dust on wall near air conditioner. Would not recommend this hotel.

Cheap and clean, beds a little old dated.

This hotel is located across the street from the airport. We stayed here for one night to avoid a real early rise to catch a flight. I t was still early. Walls and doors are thin, neighbors were having an argument in the hall a few times. The price was good, location great, that's all we wanted.

Cheap hotel beside the airport, near galleria. Breakfast is coffee and danishes. Denny's in front driveway.

Old bedding, crummy pillows, worn carpets...just what you'd expect from a Best Western

A few of the staff were super friendly, others were not friendly at all and maybe even unfriendly. Some kind of bug was in the room - not a bedbug - but nothing I was excited to see (and I spent the night with the lights on). Over reacting? Maybe, but then, should beetle like bugs be in one's room (in January?)

close to Amtrak, Airport, Fast food restaurant, etc. Nice place to stay check it out when in Buffalo, offers very good price etc.

This hotel was perfect for our short stay! Location was very close to airport without the noise Staff was very friendly and kind Room was very clean, it made our trip perfect I would Recommand this hotel for those visiting the buffalo area and or flying out and needing a room for the night, don't forget to visit Denny's

Close to restaurants & near airport.

Very nice hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was very prompt The only problem was the air conditioner/heat source was a little noisy.

This hotel was very good. Sometimes when I stay at a hotel I can hear everything that is going on in the hallway or even the next room. But this hotel I did not have this problem. The front desk people were very customer friendly. We had both our hotel keys lose its door opening skills and the front desk people just fixed them no problem. Excellent stay as usual

Have stayed in this hotel in the past. Close to the airport. The breakfast is simple and could be alot better. The room was clean, but had a musty smell to it. Vey friendly and courteous front staff.

It is a good place to stay close to airport,rooms are spacious and comfortable.Nice staff,good breakfast and free airport shuttle service are really great things to appreciate.However,located far away from downtown with poor public transit in area,I would recommend it for short stay

WE STAYED HERE AS A SHOPPING STOP FOR TWO NIGHTS. IT IS CONVENIENT, AND WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE ADMIN STAFF THEY ARE GREAT. WE HAD A BUS LOAD OF FOLKS STAYING THERE ONE NIGHT AND LEAVING AT ABOUT 4:30AM. THAT WAS NOISY. PERHAPS A ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. OVERALL A FRIENDLY PLACE TO PUT YOUR HEAD

The hotel was a little worn and tired looking but the location was great for getting around Buffalo.

It was a great pleasure to stay there and easy to get to where we wanted to go. Niagara Falls both sides you have to visit.

the hotel was clean and relatively new. Staff was attentive and polite. The continental breakfast was fine, and for the price of the room, I'd say it is well worth a try.

Perfect choice to stay overnight and catch an early flight out of Buffalo. The staff was friendly and efficient at check-in, the room was nice, clean & quiet, and the airport shuttle was hassle-free.

The Best Western Inn at The Buffalo Airport is conveniently located to the thruway and is literally a 2 minute ride to the airport. I had several minor complaints...face towels were not replaced when room was cleaned. I did ask the laundry person directly for the towels and was told he would deliver them when they were done drying. I never got them. […] Also, the bath tub stopper was broken. I prefer a bath, but the shower did suffice. Breakfast could have included a few more items. On the Pro side, I got into town early and the front desk was kind enough to let me check in 3 hours early. Really appreciated that! 더 보기

Very pleased. Moderately priced, very clean, good staff. Breakfast okay.

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is in a very convenient location. It's about 5 minutes from the airport and about 25-30 from Niagara Falls. The building itself is a bit outdated (halls, carpets, etc.), but the rooms are very comfortable. Awesome beds! The free wifi and continental breakfast sealed the deal. Would stay there again!

We enjoyed out stay which was very close to the airport and offered shuttle service not only to the airport but when we had to return the rental car the night before.
