Given the situation...last minute and near to the work i had...it was pretty good... Ask ....persist for a room away from the road...noise is ...much...and near to the front office...also pretty loud...more road noise... Overall the room was ok...a bit worn...but nice for the price...rough neighbors/other guests...industrial like setting... Very comfortable and cozy hotel room. The room had a stove, refridgerator and kitchen sink. Very quiet surroundings and centrally located in the middle of all types of restaurants from simple Fast Food to Cafeteria Style to the 5 Star Restaurants. most of it was good except they put me n a rm with 1 bed n smell like smoke n I had change that 2 a rm w/2 bed n non smoking n i am 67 n had 2 walk a ways 2 get back 2 offic n rm but she did give me the rm i needed n was nice about it n i would stay there again

The room was very small, the tiles on the floor were all cracked; the tub had this large discolored area which made me not want to even step in it yet alone take a shower in it. The only apprehension I have about the suite was the bad insulation. You can hear pretty much noise from the outside. It also takes awhile for hot water to generate. Other than that, everything else was great. I got upgraded to king bed free of charge. The staff was also helpful. Absolutely horrible experience. The room next to ours had about ten people in it, people kept going in and out all night (obvious drug deals). At 3 in the morning they tried to get in to our room, pretending it was an accident. They kept the music up all night. Our room smelled bad, as if it had been flooded. the hotel was clean and service was great but our door wouldn't shut we had to psychically lock it with the dead bolt. and also the ac would when it wanted to.

We had to rent a room because the water was shutoff in our townhome community. I had stayed at Sun Suites before but in another city. Check in was easy and quick. Upon opening the door to our room we noticed that the room had not ben attended to. Went back to the lobby desk upon which the clerk was very apologenic. The AC in our room was not working very well and the office closes early so we couldn't talk to anyone the first night. I tried to phone the lobby but the phone in our room was not working. They couldn't move us to another room since they were booked but they didn't suggest that they would get someone to look at it. I booked the room online and showed up about 10mins within that time and the clerk stated she was calling me to tell me there were no rooms available. But she was able to find us one after a few minutes searching. That was a plus! But when we did get the room there was a smoked joint on the floor in the kitchen. Overall stay was ok.

The hotel is convenient cause been close to the fwy as well to have close access to many other stores around however is no the best hotel, it has some smell, there is bugs, it have everything you need like and appartment but I will not stay there no even for one night again.

Room was clean and cheap although the a/c hardly worked at all - the room stayed very hot so we didn't get a good nights' sleep. Neighborhood is pretty scary too.

the room stinks to smoke, yet it was in the non smoking area. I did not felt safe specially when I saw two police cars in the parking lot, the day I checked out.

I am a pretty easy going hotel-stayer. I don't need anything fancy - when I am on the road (I am a lot) I need a cheap, clean, simple place to stay for weeklong business trips. This place was fairly inexpensive, but not so much so that I would have thought that it would be in the condition that it is. I would not feel comfortable staying here again. The […] room was very dirty, dingy, and the carpets were icky. I did not feel comfortable walking on them even in socks. We found adult product wrappers under the bed. The fridge leaked very badly and created a puddle in the kitchen. Turning on the shower water was challenging since the handle was coming off and we also needed a tutorial from the front desk person (Jacob, who was very helpful and kind). The water was either super cold or super hot. My friend also stayed at this hotel in another room and he got propositioned by ladies of the evening. We had to switch rooms at first since the first room smelled very badly of smoke. I am normally a very easy going traveler and I don't need anything fancy when selecting a hotel. I wish I could say that my review and others like it was an exaggeration, but that is not the case. I would not stay here again and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone other than someone wishing to rent a room by the hour... 더 보기

The tv in my room did not work at all. When I called the front desk at night- no answer, the next morning- no answer. Not very pleased when there is no tv to go to sleep or wake up with.

No housekeeping, small rooms, not enough towels and they charge for more.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. If you are looking for a clean affordable hotel, this one will do. No frills, but it was just a place to sleep & shower for us.

Beds were clean and comfortable enough for the price. Air conditioning worked fine. Hot water was plentiful. Staff was very cooperative and polite.

We arrived at 10pm and cannot find the lobby anywhere. we drove around the building to look for the lobby. There were so many people sitting outside at their car and drinking alcohol (it was very ghetto and scary). we finally found the lobby and it was lock from inside (it's like one of those security office that they have to press a button for you […] to get in)...that prove this area is very ghetto and they probably get robbed before. we wanted no smoking room and it was terrible when we got to our room. we actually not able to sleep at all b/c of the smell and the vent. The AC made so much noise and we tried to turn off but it turn to heater...then our alarm went off. The whole room had electrical burning smell after we tried to turn off the vent all together...but we were not able to turn it off. so we slept from so much noice on the AC to heater in the summer in Houston. Our eyes were swollen when we woke up in the morning....Please do yourself a service and spend a few dollar more to get a better room in a better area. the price was not worth it. I consider myself easy and would be able to sleep on the floor anywhere but not this place. We just glad we didnt get sick or anything after sleeping at the hotel. 더 보기

There was a funky smell about the room. There were burn marks on various pieces of furniture due to I'm assuming a lack of ash trays, we were in a smoking room. The only real issue we had was that there was leftover hair from I can only assume the previous guest on the floor of the kitchen and bathroom as well as in the bathtub. The room had a weird odor. There were roaches in the kitchen area. The faucet in the tub leaked water all night. The beds were not flat. There was fleas in the bed. Was able to handle it for one night but not more.
