Disappointed. My room smelled like smoke and mens cologne.The bedspread was lumpy. The room darkening curtains didn't close, I used a pant hanger to clip them shut. There was water from a previous tenant in the ice bucket...gross. The front desk clerks were very kind and offered to move me to another room but could only offer first floor. location was excellent for my stay

I've stayed at some of the other hotels close to this one which were not-so-nice, so I was really happy with everything about the Hampton Inn! The room was beautiful, clean, and it had a great breakfast!

The bathroom floor was "greasy". The carpet by the door seemed damp. The rooms need a bit of an update.

The people that work there are so wonderful. The place is so clean and breakfast is great. The pool and hot tub are fabulous.

We booked this for a visit to the Basketball Hall of Fame. The hotel was great: comfortable beds, nice pool, tasty breakfast. When we went to the Hall, there were a few hotels of comparable quality/price right next to the Hall. P.S. The Munich Haus restaurant, recommended by the hotel's literature is a loser.

This Hampton Inn is just like most other Hampton Inn's and that's why I booked the place. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and they had a decent breakfast. Nothing bad to say but it wasn't fabulous. Then again, I don't expect fabulous from a Hampton Inn

My top priorites when staying at a hotel are security, ambience and prices. Customer service is graded after the stay, of course. This hotel scores high in every category. However, when I found out I needed to be in town for an additional two weeks, and I asked for an extended stay rate for the upcomig stay, I was dissapointed. The general manager herself […] told me she'd work something out and slide a note under my door that afternoon with what she came up with. Didn't happen. Only one mishap when our NY Times and Economist magazine was thrown away. We did received a note of regret and also a small gift so we did appreciate that offer.

I rented 2 rooms. All kinds of noise all night long for both nights from the swimming pool pumps and laundry room. One of the room 219 doors was previously broken in to, the marks were on the door and it didn't close right. At the breakfast area they were vacuuming both days at breakfast time near the location where people eat. For the price I paid […] for each room I would have gotten a better service at a 1 star motel. I complained to the front desk both nights about the noise and the hotel door and nothing was done about it. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel, more like a motel to anyone, unless you want to deal wit poor service and all kinds of noise!!! 더 보기

Easy to get to but not the prettiest neighbourhood. Perfect for a stop over. Good amenities, service and comfort and above all good value for money.

Just enjoyed it very much. Same can be said of our Boston stay the same week. Only sorry I didn't set up a rewards account since I probably lost out on two stays.

This room was a pre-wedding stay and wedding party com center.Doug and his staff did such a great job with our friends and family.Thank you very much.

What a comfy room after a long, rainy drive! Hotel staff was marvelous. The breakfast buffet was having a problem with the food prep warmers,so beware of half-frozen scrambled eggs. That was the only flaw in an otherwise great stay.

Nous avons planifier une nuit à cet hotel car il est très bien situé par rapport au Hall of fame Basketball et de deux autoroutes. Dans cet hotel, les chambres sont grandes, très propres et très bien équipées. On y retrouve un petit réfrigérateur et même un micro-onde. Notre fils a adoré sa visite au Hall of fame Basketball.
