Very friendly staff, clean room. Wireless internet was intermittent, which is an irritant during business travel.

the cable or direct tv was really bad, so I got very few stations. the front desk lady saved the day for this hotel, she was so nice and went out her way to make sure my family was happy. she was a young lady just so the owners know who it is.

For the price I paid for a night at the Cedars Inn I did not expect a luxury hotel. I found the Cedars Inn to be a good value. The room was comfortable, the included breakfast was of average quality, and the location suited our needs perfectly.

This hotel features large rooms with comfortable beds. There is a 20 person hot tub and the regular pool was a temp of 80 degrees, perfect for morning swim. Bfast was biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, juice, oatmeal, danishes, or muffins. Check out time of 11 gave us enough time to sleep & enjoy the features like fireplace, hot tub, etc. Workout room […] wasn't great. 4/5 machines didn't work properly. Loved the green soap feature (mounted wall dispensers instead of little bottles) and was happy to use them instead of wasting so much and it felt more sanitary. 더 보기

Hotel needs some updating, missing a light cover in the bathroom and wall paper starting to peel, carpet starting to come up, but overall for the price it was clean and quiet, wish the pool would be open later for children, we had 2 familys of 5 and wanted to swim when we got to the hotel, however children aren't allowed after 10 but adults can swim […] till 1 a.m.! I find it's mostly children that use that amenity! and if you are traveling for an event its late when you check in! 더 보기

This hotel is a bit out of the way however it is clean well maintained and affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I would stay there again, but hope they can upgrade their maintenance standards. Rear door which was very near our room had no card entrance, so we had to enter by front lobby only and walk to the other end of the motel. There were no containers for used cigarettes and they were scattered on the ground where smokers congregated. Had quite a bit of noise […] on Saturday night, but other nights were very good. I was not able to access the web in my room as advertised and the staff was not able to correct this. We had 2 laptops with us and only one was able to use the web, this was very dissappoining.

the biggest problem was the lack of access to internet servces. The access code worked but then it would say "Limited Access." This was a significant inconvenience and I would not stay there again.

The bed was very hard, no mattress cover, hair on the blanket. Otherwise, the front desk was pleasant but we were given poor driving directions to get there from Idaho. We miraculously found the place in the dark after getting totally lost.

I was looking for a better location . Hotel's name said at lake , thought it actually looked over lake , not true in this case . Didn't care the view of freeway and the surrounding industrial business's . Rooms were clean ,altho , they forgot to replenish us with bath towels . Stayed at the Cedars Inn for a night away from home. The room was very nice and clean, service was great. The wireless was as easy as hooking a cable from my computer to their wall input (they supply the cable at no charge). Great service ready-made for a great anniversary

This is a nice hotel. The towels and blankets are limited, but the room was large and comfortable.

The room was nicely sized and clean. The Inn was very convenient to the freeway, about equidistant to downtown Spokane and Coeur d'alene. The breakfast was so so, bu there were other options within a reasonable distance. Good value for the price.

Got in a late and was put in a third floor room, only to discover the elevator had broken down. I was assured this was a temporary problem and that it would be fixed very soon. Evidently that means sometime after the next three days. The furnishings are starting to show wear and the carpet was a mess. Everything about this hotel was great but especially the breakfast. All you can eat: make your own waffles, cereal, pastries, fruit, milk, juice, coffee, etc. Nice pool. Cheerful service. Clean rooms. These folks really try to please.

Cleaner and newer than most. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. No wireless internet, but wired connection worked great. Helpful staff. All you need.

This hotel is nice, but rooms are small and a bit cramped. Breakfast bar is mostly carbs, such as orange and apple juice, waffles, cereal, danish rolls and English muffins. Also, the window air conditioning leaves a little to be desired. Overall, however, it is a great value.

This hotel is very clean. The service was pretty friendly. There is a pool and a hot tub which is nice. Internet is included and worked well. This is a good hotel if you are passing through Spokane because it's cheaper and not that far. If you want to stay in Spokane for multiple nights though, it's better to stay right downtown because there's more […] to do. Everything was good....room was clean, hotel was clean, breakfast was wonderful...only thing we were disappointed with was the temperature of the pool and hot tub. 1) some rooms are designated for smokers but the entire facility reaked of smoke; 2) no coffee pot in room and no coffee available until opening for breakfast at 7am; 3) walls and ceiling/floor very thin so you can hear everything; 4) very difficult to find hotel, especially in the dark. It was great. I spent a night there with my family. We all enjoyed. Breakfast was great.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful making our stay very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A great place to stay for the price and location.

Great place to stay. Quiet location. The continental breakfast area was a bit limited in selections and not enough seating. Only real complaint was the pool and hot tub were not warm enough.

Room was not completely clean, housekeeping may be understaffed. Breakfast had no protein, not even boiled eggs. Coffee is Foldgers. Springy mattress. Don't count on the wireless internet working, I had to tether to my cell phone. Despite these flaws, this place was pretty full; must be the price and location.

This hotel was a great place to stay with my 5 year old. The pool was great and open early and late for her. She loved it. The room was spacious and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful! We only had a couple of difficulties; when booking online we requested a room with a microwave and fridge. Upon arrival we did not have this room and asked […] to be moved, the only room available was an accessible room without a tub (the shower was great but, my 5 year old prefers a tub) The second difficulty was with the phone and message system. We did not know in advance and as we were coming from Canada our cell phone service does not work in the US. The phones in our room could not be activated to call out long distance and there was no phone booth available. Our family was trying to reach us and we never received a message. It made it stressful for our family left behind wondering if we were okay. So, ask about the phones or make sure you have a cell that will work in the US! 더 보기

We really like this hotel. It was clean and very comfortable.

We just needed a good, clean, low-price stopover. This was great. We managed to get a room for about half price online. It was clean, convenient, really quite good.

The hotel staff, including housekeeping, front desk and friends, would be right outside the door smoking about every 15 minutes. Once a car was parked right in the way and there were employees smoking and there was one fellow having a beer.

Room was OK. It wasn't very clean. Pool was too hot and they ran out of pool towels.

We had a such a good experience the first time that we came back a second and the experience was just as good.
